My interactions have only been with the pharmacy, and everyone has been kind and helpful. They have to do something about the pharmacy hours though. If you work 9-5, and the pharmacy is only open from 10-6, and closed on the weekends, it’s next to impossible to pick up prescriptions without taking time off work. At least stay open until 7, or open on Saturdays.

Have always had a positive experience here. The pharmacists have been very helpful with last minute prescriptions, even when they’re busy. We also get pictures printed here and they’re always ready very quickly and such a great price! Thankful to have this store so close to home.

Prices are bad enough and then if you're not a part of their special club you don't get the sales. I wanted something quick and wasn't dealing with signing up. Most places. At least offer you a store card to get the deal, but not this place.

Ridiculous hours if you have a job. Open 10-6pm Mon-Friday CLOSED all weekends plus close for lunch!!! Very inconvenient hours and very unfriendly!

I love this pharmacy! The staff has always been extremely helpful. The pharmacy hours may be a little inconvenient (hence the 4 stars) but the staff is friendly & the pharmacist Ms. Kim has gone out of her way several times to help me whenever I’ve had any issues with prescriptions, so I don’t really care about them being closed on the weekends.

Never have my prescription ready, always issues. Don’t call for a refill, the system is worthless. I wish Fallston could get a decent pharmacy that provided competent customer service.

Great staff, they always give me the drugs I need! Short, blonde girl behind the pharmacy counter was very helpful and made the experience great. I will definitely only be using this pharmacy from now on and you should too.

I've been picking prescriptions up from here for years. When it was RiteAid it was bad. Now that it's Walgreens, it's worse. Inconvenient hours, rude staff, impossible to call and get ahold of anyone. I just keep coming because the location is convenient. The cashiers and all staff but the pharmacy are nice, though.

I called ahead to make sure I didn't need an appt for a flu shot. I was advised I did not and to just be there before 700pm. When I arrived they said that they don't take walk in flu shots. Pharmacist was very rude. Every time I go to this walgreens there is always an issue. I won't be going back. Horrible customer service.

I disagree that Rite-Aid was better. Since it’s become Walgreens, the building, the inside, and just everything is a lot cleaner. They have a lot more products, and more useful ones as well. If you ask me, $30 is not a lot for 4 passport photos. I also like the Walgreens brands better.

I live Down the street and I’m taking my business elsewhere. This place is ridiculous - pharmacy hours closed all weekend??? Only open from 10 to 7 and they close for lunch in the middle of that. Never more than one person at the register to help.Now on top of all that they’re doing vaccines which is drawing from the help that they do have. Add some employees people

Pharmacy closes at 6:00 pm on Saturday. That’s crazy. I went to the doctor and can’t get my medicine. I sure do miss Rite Aid.

This place is asking too much for passport photos. I need 4 photos for an application (not for passport) I paid $15 for 2 photos and asked for 2 more photos and they charged me another $15. 🙁🙁🙁

Pharmacy not open on weekends!!!! Really!!!! Many times a Rx is sent it called in and they claim not to have received it.
