Tractor Supply is a handy store for a variety of things. They have work clothes, power and hand tools, pet supplies, auto and tractor parts, and a great many other things. Staff is friendly and helpful. I like to buy my wood stove pellets here. It is easy to pull up to the side and load up the car. I highly recommend this store for both online and in-person shopping.

I Can't give you a 0 star l but this is the worst place to go for delivery on a truck. There is a car parking lot on the dock and it's not enough space with those cars it definitely the worst place to go.

This is not a review of the Fallston store but rather Tractor Supply online purchase. I like Tractor Supply and I asked my family to get me gift cards for Father's and birthday. When I went to redeem them for a product, there is a maximum of four gift cards I could use on the website. I had more cards and was unable to use them. I called a local store who gave me a customer service number. There is no way to get to a human on the customer service line. The recorded "help line" sends you to either the local store which can't help or back to the website. I had to pay for the remaining balance with a credit card. It's frustrating and you lose customers when you pull stunts like this. Amazon or Google search is easier and what I'll use in the future.

3.27.24 Update - knocking off yet another star;Arrived and paid for a stock tank. They needed to page 'John' (heavy set middle aged white guy) to come out and open the gate. I wait 10 min, while it semi raining, for him to walk out with another guy...look at me...then condescendingly say he would 'open the gate in a little bit- im with another customer'. Mind you they paged him to open the gate for me so i wasnt waiting in the rain, and i was self loading my stock tank. Also, i had paid for my items while the guy who has JUST walked in, only wanted to look at fence posts. So instead of walking the 12 feet to the gate to open it, then assisting the SECOND guy with post questions, he wanted to be a tool.He had to act like we were bothering him since he had to walk out in the rain where we had already been waiting.Immediately went in for a refund before he then decided to waddle over and open the gate.(the 2 ladies up front were perfectly fine)-----------------------------------Have to update my review since this store cancels 50% of of my online orders that I purchased due to items no longer being in stock. Even when the website clearly gives same-day pick up or same day delivery options

I do curbside pickup when I order online here. It always goes smoothly and it is a nice service to have. The only thing negative I can say is that the prices seem on the high side but then again everything these days is doing nothing but going up in price. As a specific example the dog food I bought 2 months ago is now $6 higher today than it was then!

I was trying to find the call center. I bought a gift card on line, for 2 plus weeks I had horrible service calling multiple times. Tonight, Dennis at the call center fixed it. I give Dennis 10 stars. He is the example of true customer service. I was on the phone over an hour and I'm not upset. I wish this could make it to him. He is outstanding.

Staff is friendly. This is our primary store for chicken supplies. I do find that many times they don’t have stock of something I need that should be paired with another item. Example the bottle for a feeder/waterer but not the bottom or heat lamps but no bulbs. It can be frustrating, but otherwise the store is great.

Lots of cool stuff, prices are ok. Staff is not super efficient. If you do a curbside pick up, check your order before you leave. I noticed an item was missing and they very nicely went and got it. When I got home, I noticed more stuff was missing, such as 2 instead of the 3 I ordered...disappointing as it's pretty convenient location.

Great store. Was organized and clean. Christine, Crystal were ULTRA helpful and the other staff, including the manager Chris, went out of their way to make a huge request for my daughter become a reality. Thanks guys....my daughter is a "happy camper".

This place is wonderful. We buy the bulk of our pet supplies here! Prices reasonable, service with a smile, broad selection, always clean and inviting! I hate shopping but I love this store!

Very disappointed in the customer service today. Waited 15 minutes for my online order that had long been "ready" per a confirmation email. The very friendly cashier talked to me while I was waiting, and offered to discount my purchase because of the delay. When the gentleman returned with my items, he said the order was ready and I didn't wait. No discussion, no apology, nothing. I will not return. I will happily give their competitor my money and get better service.

This was my first visit to a tractor supply. The store has a little of everything!! Staff was friendly. Prices were very good!! I was looking at an item online but I wanted to see it in person first. They had it cheaper. That hardly ever happens. So I bought it.Bonus!! My kids got to see some chickens and a goat.

Had problem finding what I wanted and the salesman found it as I was getting ready to get in my car. He only had 1 and I wanted more so he took my number to call me when a new shipment arrived. Prices are competitive. Service was excellent. Additional information. I received a call telling me that the items were in. He had reserved the items for me.

Stopped in for one item. Knew exactly where it was. Grabbed it and got in line. It took about 5 minutes to even move up. The line was 8 customers deep before a second cashier even appeared. Seems like more/better staffing would be an improvement.

Although the inventory is usually adequate, the store itself lacks organization. Every time I visit the store is in disarray: boxes, pallets, etc. throughout the store making shopping very difficult. The customer service is never very good; was told by an employee that I would need to ensure the inventory myself because they didn't have time. It makes shopping frustrating, I prefer shopping at Aberdeen location despite the longer dive.

Bought stall mats 6x4. Brought them home, 30 minutes and carried to basement. 2 mats ripped in the center. They are very heavy. Called the store manager and said I needed to lug the mats back to the store to get refund. Also, they had no more mats. The most they would give me is 20% for 2 mats that are torn in the middle. Not happy at all with Fallston store.3/15/21 update - tractor supply responded to my comment/review about the experience which was nice but even more frustrating is it seems to be a ruse. When you call their number, there isn’t even an option to speak with anyone. I tried several times to get a live person but no luck. Not great experience and certainly not much help resolving the issue.

This is a great store with alot to choose from. My horse farm lady Jessie introduced this place to me, thank you Jessie!! I promise you that I will be returning soon. I already have bought the horses treats. Lots of horses to love and ride with a great trainer at Sadie's Manor.

I like to just brouse around the store. I usually find something I want or need, especially in the clearance section! The grandkids love to see the baby peeps and ducks. They carry a large supply for horses, dogs and cats. They also have seeds and watering items for lawns, safes, tools, clothing, shoes and much more. It's a neat place to shop!

We found all the employees friendly and helpful. We needed a price check and we were helped with a smile and quick response. We also refilled two propane tanks and found that the cost for the propane refill was HALF the cost of the place I was previously using.

Remember it's new Chick Season and still no reply.We were sold Chicken Feed that should have been recalled. It killed all our chickens. We attempted to contact Customer Service, but were completely ignored after providing extensive information. Will never shop here again.Thanks for the Cookie Cutter response. We spent two hours on the phone with your "Customer Service". We gave them detailed information about the Feed and the FACT that it was recalled.We were promised a call back... still waiting.P.S. - Tractor Supply actually sent my wife a link to leave a review for the Feed on your website. She did and you removed it. Go Figure.....Concerned about Bad Google Review? Time for YOU to contact your Customer Service Department and have them contact us.

I love this store. T.S. has many things you won't easily find at dept. stores. I can easily spend an hour browsing the isles even if I really don't need to buy anything. If you have never been to a T.S. store you really should stop in and have a look around.

Today was my first time at Tractor Supply Co. and I really like this store. They have a nice array of items. I also like the sale rack. If the item does not get sold, they reduce the price until someone buys it.

2 of the last 3 weeks I've had mold in My bags of feed and Birdseed. Never had this problem with Aberdeen after shopping there for years. Now I have to spend more money on gas taking the feed back AGAIN just to get an even exchange. What about all the hassle? Corporate gets a call tonight.
