No issues. The chicken tenders and fries were delicious and filling. I also got gas and a cheap car wash to get the pollen and bird mess off which worked fairly well so I'm pleased. I had to wait a little for the food but it was ok. I wish they could tell you when they run out of something before you order though.

I love this Royal Farms. The people are friendly and helpful. However, the last 4 times I got a chicken box the chicken was not good. I kept going back thinking it will get better but I’m done now. Yesterday was the worst. I’m thinking they are not changing the grease. Tastes old, stale and burnt. 😞

The two representatives working at this location were very pleasant and friendly. I loved theirenthusiasm and great customer service. Kudos to Ms Claudine and to Ms. Sandra. Service date the morning of May 3rd. They started off my day with a smile.

On the morning of 1-12-23 Parking area had some glass on it . I asked a sweet lady behind the cashier area if she had a broom . She said that I believe his name was Erin , Eric something like that , would clean it up for me.Well he did and was very courteous and did a great job of sweeping the area so no one would get a flat tire .I had cut myself by picking glass out of my tire tread and he also made sure I was okay and offered me a bandage .Very nice fellow. The lady inside gave me her name and the managers name but I forgot them too .This was the Fallston store. Please make sure they get a compliment from me .Thanks.Nick Senanes

Can't even rate the store well because it's always closed, aren't these supposed to be 24 hours ? This is why Wawa is better. Turn off the lights if it's closed !! :( Also the air hose is gone

It's usally good. Not very busy. But 2 times in a row I got expired 20 oz soda. And it tasted terrible . Pull from the back because they tend to put the old up front. It's their job to check expiration dates!

Free air pump is broken. It actually drains air from the tire. But there is another pay to use air pump. That’s also broken. Would have been nice to know before trying use it. Like a sign saying, “it’s broken” would have been helpful. Now waiting 3 hours for AAA. Don’t be an air pump chump, take your bad self to Wawa.

This Royal farms location is not currently 24 hours open. During the night hours when they are closed they don't have their pumps on. The pumps act like they are working taking credit card transactions but when you try and pump gas nothing happens and you have to cancel the transaction. I wasted a lot of time thinking pumps were working when I was right the post weren't working because they were shut off in a way that made them look like they were supposed to be working. If there were signs on their screens saying the pumps were off that would have saved me a lot of time and frustration. Normally I like Royal farms but this particular location is understaffed and nowhere near as good as the one close by 95

They have amazing chicken. A little slow behind the counter making food but very friendly. Let me repeat very friendly. I would stop here any day before stopping at wawa.

The store itself is average clean.However, they have a bunch of busted pumps. Come on- a gas station with 16 pumps- 3 are closed and I was at a pump that only offered mid- grade gas. I thought it was strange that they were out of two fuels so I tried a different pump... yeah, the pump I was at was busted, they had all the grades.

I've been coming to this RoFo location ever since they opened it seems like forever ago. The staff is always helpful and friendly. I don't get what people are saying about the prepared foods. I order there all the time and the food is always good, and their chicken is better than anywhere else in the area. Gotta love their RoFo Rewards program, too... you get a free drink every few drinks you buy using your account.

90% of the time the fries are old and undercooked. They look fresh when looking at them through the glass but the taste is awful. I always have to call before going to see when the fries were put out because I’m tired of wasting my money and my food is not right. So upsetting.

Seems like there was a change in management, the place is a lot cleaner, the staff is a lot more chipper, and there isn't trash sitting outside the backdoor all the time anymore.
