Just called to ask a question to see if they had a certain medication girl on the phone sound like she just woke up. Ask her to find a medicine and had to repeat myself 1000 times was very rude. I said OK thank you for your time, and she said nope, and hung up, definitely glad I will never use that pharmacy higher new staff that likes doing their job because clearly the girl that answered and her coworker in the background don’t like working

This pharmacy is terrible. Had a rx called in here and spoke with Diana who had a bad attitude. I called 3 days later asking if it was ready, spoke with Diana again, who said, "WE call YOU," but then put me on hold, then someone else picked up and said, "I'm glad you called, because we have a question..." Then fast forward a few months, had another rx called in here, they said it'd be ready "tomorrow morning," so go to pickup that evening, and it's not ready. And then they closed for the day. So have to go back again tomorrow. I'll give benefit of the doubt but 2 out of 2 times they've sucked so I'll never come back here. Plenty of other pharmacies to go to.

Always friendly and helpful staff. They do pet meds, too and many times have things that the big box stores have been running out of. Great to have a local pharmacy!

Amazing pharmacy! Great, kind staff who are extremely helpful. They go above and beyond to make sure obtaining one's medications is as easy as possible. I am so glad to have found them! They made switching from a large pharmacy, Walgreens, very easy. I have tried many pharmacies in the Harford County area, including CVS, Walgreens, and Walmart and none of them compare to this one. I no longer dread picking up, ordering or dealing with medications. I am required to take many medications on a daily basis due to chronic health issues; kind, accommodating services and people, like at Fallston Pharmacy, go a long way in making daily living easier! They will also help to align your medications so they are all picked up at the same time, if you need multiple medication refills a month...And if you live close by, they will deliver your medications! Thank you Fallston Pharmacy! I would recommend them to anyone.

Exceptionally friendly staff that are always willing to help and competently answer any questions-unlike the big box stores on every corner. Definitely great to have money stay local, help a small business and always have a nice experience.

Refuse to sell even curbside service medicalDevices/braces.Cant get an appointment because your medical problem is non essentialGo to buy a brace out your own pocketYour pain and swelling is non essential.Horrible company.Would exoect better froma pharmacy especially one that specializs in medical equipment

Yes this Pharmacy is in the middle of Fallston and it has friendly Associates and a pharmacist that also will go out of her way to make you feel adequately taken care of!

I required a compound prescription. Fallston pharmacy refused to review my policy to see if the script was covered. When I asked, the pharmacist responded that most (not all) of the time compounds are not covered so they don't check...and if I wanted to see if it was covered I could call my insurance provider after I paid and submit a claim. Terrible customer service.
