I have never been so disrespected at a pharmacy than this one. The “ladies” that work there talk down to you, don’t help you, and laugh when you go to leave. Very, very unprofessional staff. Will never return to this pharmacy.

Went there to pick my medicine up this morning it wasn't ready and was told to come back in 10 mins. which I did and it was ready the cashier was friendly and had great customer service. I had a great experience at this CVS.

This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Staff is unhelpful, rude and lies. Called 4 days prior for a refill, was told it would take 3-4 days to fill. Waited 4 days only to be told that they can not fill the rx and will have to order more. Which could take another 4 days. This has happened 3 times this year, and they give me attitude when asked if there is somewhere else I can go.

Weekend pharmacy hours are short compared to Walgreens, the second pharmacy drive through lane has been closed for years creating longer wait times to drop off, and total wait time for prescriptions is terrible.Update- 4/16/24- called the pharmacy to see if they had a prescription in stock, even though I vowed to never use this pharmacy again. Had to leave a voicemail, which is apparently standard now, and wait for a call back. The woman I spoke with was rude, unhelpful, and talked over me as I asked questions. Let her know I’ll keep my prescriptions at Walgreens. Almost 4 years of awful customer service and bad experiences and still nothing has changed.Update, 7/20/22- I have been going to a different pharmacy since my last reviews. My doctor called in a Rx to this pharmacy by mistake. I got a text from CVS that my medicine was ready to be picked up. I drove to the pharmacy only to find out they ordered the wrong medicine. Unsurprisingly, they’re still incompetent.Update, 8/22/21- my prescription was filled, but the safety seal was broken on the box. I called the pharmacy at 4:50pm, was on hold until someone picked up the phone and hung up right away. Conveniently, the pharmacy closes at 5pm.Update, 4/26/21- The pharmacy has had my prescription for 10 days and still can’t be filled. I was told it would be filled on 4/19 and to pick it up on 4/21. Called the pharmacy on 4/21 to make sure they filled the Rx and I was on hold for 40 minutes and no one ever picked up my call. Arrived on 4/21 and it still wasn’t filled. I was told it was ordered on 4/20 (different date than what I was originally told) and to pick it up on 4/23. Arrived on 4/24 and it wasn’t filled. Called today, 4/26, and was told they haven’t received the order to fill my prescription. No phone to give me an update, just gave me the runaround for 10 days.Update, 3/23/21- In the drive through line for over 30 minutes and was asked to pull around and to get in line again because they couldn’t find one of the prescriptions.Update, 1/24/21- I sat in the drive thru pick up line for 40 minutes to pick up 2 prescriptions, and only 2 cars were in front of me. They charged me for both prescriptions and only put one in the bag.Update, 1/7/20- dropped a rx off on 1/6 and was told it would be ready by 2pm. I get a call a few hours later telling me they wouldn’t have it until 1/7 and they would call me when it was ready. As of 8pm, I never received a call and the person I just spoke with said someone at the pharmacy took the rx out of the system as “pending.”Update, 1/21/20- it took over 30 minutes today to drop off a prescription at the drive through.Update, 10/1/20- sitting in the drive through lane for over 30 minutes and there was one car in front of me in the prescription lane. Finally got my prescription after 45 minutes and one prescription was missing. The missing prescription was filled with the wrong brand. Now sitting here waiting for them to fill it with the correct brand.Four cars have now gone through the C-19 testing lane next to me.Broken glass from a prescription bottle that is in the drive through lane.

Appointment at 530 for covid shot. Waited 20 minutes and there were people already waiting an hour that had appointments earlier. Pharmacist bouncing back and forth between shots and filling prescriptions. No respect for people's time to allow so many appointments to be be filled and make people wait.

I am incredibly sick with the flu, they are out of tamiflu according to the app when my doctor called in my prescription. The app says to call the pharmacy to ask to transfer the prescription. I called, was on hold for 15 minutes then hung up on. Called back. On hold for 5 minutes hung up on. Medication is vital, why is this such a nightmare to get help with?

I picked up my prescription tonight. This is the very first time I am taking this prescription and the woman through the drive up window didn’t ask if I had any questions or say anything. She plopped the bag in the shoot and that was it. Not even a have a good day. I used the call button to see if I needed anything else and all she said was no. I said she could have said something and not been rude and she hung up on me.

The only objection I have is the former pharmacist, Tom, no longer works st this location. Tom is fantastic, he is very knowledgeable and takes the time to answer questions with the utmost accuracy. The two pharmaceutical assistants Ellen and Jessica are outstanding. Their work ethics meet the highest standards, their knowledge is well above my expectations and they provide the utmost customer service - they surely are an asset to your corporation. The new staff assisting the pharmacist is doing a good job especially with the large amount of work. My prescriptions are ALWAYS FILLED timely. Customers need to be mindful since COVID the pharmacy work has at minimum doubled - put yourself in their shoes.

I had an appointment for a flu vaccine at 6:45. I was there at 6:35 and was checked in quickly. I was advised to go to the white booth for the vaccine. At that time I counted 9 people in front of me. The pharmacist was the only one giving vaccines and he was constantly being called away to the pharmacy. After waiting until 7:30 and only seeing 3 people get their vaccines I canceled my appointment. Both the young lady and the pharmacist (who was behind the counter again) were apologetic. I was told they usually have a nurse there but after reading other reviews it seems this may be normal. If you have a couple of hours to spare, take a chair and a book, you may just be awhile.

I have NEVER had a good experience with this pharmacy. every time I go in there they mess up my prescription or it’s not ready. most recently I was on hold for 45 minutes then was hung up on. I tried calling again and the call was never picked up after another 30 minutes of waiting. this was my last straw here. I understand they are busy but this is ridiculous.

Scheduled a COVID booster two weeks in advance. Received every email and text about my upcoming appointment, even today, the day of my appointment. Arrived at my appointment on time just to be told that they are out of vaccines and they claim to have sent a cancellation. They did no such thing because I received a text message with check-in instructions about 40 minutes before my appointment time.Awful experience. -100/10, do NOT recommend.

Received text messages that my prescription was ready. I went to the store to find the pharmacy closed and locked. A store employee said it was her understanding they were waiting for a pharmacist. This was at 10:45 am. Might be time to start using a more reliable pharmacy.

The pharmacy is truly dreadful. They never answer the phone and they’re always extremely slow in the store. I walked in today while calling them and watched 4 pharmacy techs ignore my phone call (which had been ringing for over 20 minutes). I’ve sat in the drive through on multiple occasions for over 25 minutes. The staff seem to not care at all when issues are brought to their attention. If it wasn’t the only pharmacy on my way home I would have switched to a new pharmacy a long time ago. Glad to say I’m finally switching today.

Had to give one star cause i can't give zero. Hands down the worst Pharmacy anywhere. While driving home today I called to refill a prescription. Someone answered after approx. 5 min., then promptly put me on hold. After approx. another 10 min. the Pharmacist himself answered, when he found out I was not a Doctor HE put me on hold. I then drove another 10 min. to the CVS and went directly to the Pharmacy counter. While waiting, with phone in hand and still on Hold, I could hear the phone ringing from behind the counter. When asked how I could be helped I advised I had been on hold for 25 min., and asked if that was Normal? My jaw hit the floor when they responded "Yes". This Pharmacy has always been mismanaged, and unorganized since day one. I would not task anyone working behind the counter to bury a dead rat, knowing they are not competent enough to do so without taking all day and getting it wrong. Today was the last straw and I am moving all my future Prescriptions to Walgreen's up the street. God bless Walmart!!!!!

The pharmacist who is there during the time we typically pick-up our medication is always helpful and has always been available to discuss how new medications may interact with current medications. This is easily the WORST pharmacy I have ever used. Takes forever to get a person on the line and then you get put on hold AGAIN. The automated phone answering system asks the same questions multiple times and it takes at least 8 minutes to get out of it. Also, NEVER do business thru the website or you will be bombarded with ads and phone calls forever. Apparently, they sell your information to anyone. FIND ANOTHER PROVIDER!

You get notifications that Rx is ready and you get there and they have lost it, it isn’t really ready or they refuse to honor GoodRx prices that every other pharmacy will. Their Rx prices are higher than any other pharmacy as well. I can’t pick up an RX under 30 minutes even if it is supposedly ready. They are unorganized and no one gives you the same answer. It’s torture!

Pharmacy is always great, helpful and patient. There can be a wait to checkout but it is a CVS and not a grocery store so that meets expectations. The store is always clean and well organized. My only complaint is the coupon printer has been broken for months and it can be hard to find someone on the floor to assist. Other then that we love our CVS and use it regularly!

The pharmacy is always unhelpful and not accommodating to my needs. Unfortunately, my teenage son was prescribed a drug that is classified as a narcotic, so every time I return to this store to fill this prescription they have to order it. Apparently they can't keep any qty on hand due to the class of drug. The order instructions are never clear from the pharmacy and I often times end up disappointed. Unfortunately, being close to my house, they are super convenient so I try again. But, again I get dissatisfied. This time I will try another destination for good. CVS has lost my business, and of course, I always spend good $ when I visit. Perhaps my money will be greener elsewhere.

This is by far the worst CVS around Fallston CVS . The Pharmacy Dept is terrible. They will tell you to wait that their so busy with four employees working the Pharmacy Dept but no one waiting in line. Every time I've went to this CVS I've had an issue. Well it will be the last issue because I will go else where. And the Head Manager in the Pharmacy is Very rude he shouldn't even be working at CVS. Or better yet he should find a different job if hes that miserable with his current job. Very RUDE!!!

The pharmacy is HORRIBLE. I've been going here for awhile and really didn't have many problems (1 guy is always helpful) but as of late the new help is horrendous. I have a medication that needs refrigerated so the lady pulls the meds, already had my credit card/ made me wait a good 20min but asks again for it.. told her she had it!! What did she do? Walk away and leave my meds for 15 min more until another guy came to help. I tried to call to speak my concerns and was hung up on. I've transferred to Rite Aid!! My time IS worth something to me!

Horrible in every way. Nothing is ever ready when they say it is. They tell you something will be ready in 15 mins, the pharmacist fills the script, doesn’t tell anyone else, and then 45 minutes later you have to go ask what’s taking so long. Then they act like they have no idea who you are, like you haven’t been sitting in their waiting area for almost an hour, and grab your prescription from another pile where it’s been sitting for the last 30 mins. This happens almost every time I go here. The staff does not communicate at all. Avoid this place.

A large majority of the time my Rx's are not ready for pickup. I feel that 24 hrs is enough time. It has come to a point now that I call them and ask if it is ready. If it is not, they fill it then. I recently called in a script on Monday, forgot to pick it up on Tuesday. I went to pick it up on Wednesday. Guess what, not ready. I wish the Walgreens closer too my house accepted my insurance.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever had the displeasure to deal with. Last year I had changed insurances (around June) and despite giving them my new insurance card, after telling them I had new insurance, they ran it through my old insurance. I didn’t notice until I went back and refilled those Rx three months later. At that point, I had to jump through hoops with the insurance companies because of CVS’ incompetence so as not to be charge with insurance fraud and to get the difference refunded ($400 I might add). The third time I went, they STILL had my old insurance and I had to wait 45 minutes for them to cancel the order and redo it on the correct insurance I gave them six months prior. In January 2018, I again got new insurance. Knowing the headache I had all last year, I emphasized “new insurance”, gave my new card, and have had to remind them EVERY REFILL. Three refills later and I STILL had to wait 45 minutes for them to bill to the correct insurance after they billed to the incorrect one I haven’t had in nine months. At this point, I’m done. I called a different CVS (Perry Hall) and they were so kind. The woman immediately removed the old insurance (again, should have been gone NINE MONTHS AGO), removed my Ready Fill for Fallston, and looked into EVERY Rx I have had filled since January 2018. Turns out in March, the incompetent idiots had charge one of three Rx to the old insurance, despite my waving a new card and asking if it was ran through Y insurance not X. They also ran a Rx through the old insurance today, after I waited 45 minutes for them to fix it! So now I have to look forward to calling both insurance companies to fix their screw up from six months ago as well as the one from today.Other issues I’ve had are:- Texts and phone calls saying an Rx is filled only to not actually be filled.- Filling the wrong Rx.- Switching an Rx that states “name brand only, no generic” to generic without telling me.- Not able to answer questions about an Rx when I was inquiring about an allergic reaction I had and wanted to figure out what in that generic brand was causing it when another generic brand was ok.Why these Neanderthals are still allowed to handle medications is beyond me. They are a hazard to their client’s health, wellbeing, and finances. I will never use this god awful place again and will be screaming it from the rooftops to every- and anyone that can hear. They don’t even deserve one star.

All the reviews are correct. Rude pharmacy techs, drive through is a nightmare, slow and always backed up. So busy they can't even tell you if they have an rx in stock, so you drive up there and they say no. Sorry kids, daddy has to drive to another pharmacy. Really just annoying. I wish there were more options in the evenings after work, that's why they survive I guess. I'm not just some Karen asking for a manager, I have other positive reviews, haha. Most every review for this place is awful.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. They are very slow and have no knowledge of the medicines. I went to pick up my prescription and I had a question about the medicine they told me to go online and look it up. I also went to pick up my prescription and they gave me the wrong medicine. They keep calling you over and over to tell you the prescriptions are ready and they are not ready. Forget about going inside to get your medicine because you will wait forever. This CVS Pharmacy needs to get it together :(

Need to separate all the sick folks from those who just want to purchase some contact solution. Everyone is istting in the aisle so I had to go elsewhere to purchase due to not wanting to be near them. Also, may people are needle-phobic; you need to find a more private place to jab people, not everyone wants to see that or be around those potentially sick people. Gross. Thank you.
