We get wedge fries here all the time. Lately, ordering a small is the same as ordering a large because they’re only filling the bag halfway. It’s never been an issue before. We have stopped buying them which stinks because we love them.

Yesterday I went to get chicken strips for lunch. Brought them home only to find out 2 out of 3 of them were inedible because they were tough and I found several small sharp bones in both. I threw the 3rd one away.This is not the first time their chicken was tough so I'm not taking the chance.Even though it's a longer drive; I'll go to the AC&T on Garland Groh.I never have had an issue there.

I have been getting food there since 2014. I have always loved the fried chicken and mashed potatoes and gravy. Lately the divided container has gotten much smaller and so has the size of servings . The chicken pieces have gotten much smaller too. It's a shame to see a great place go this way.. I would like to get the size servings as before. It used to be the right size meal for me , but not anymore.

The cashier name of destiny was one of the nicest person there on sat 11/05 22. I was having trouble with getting lotto tickets. I couldn’t get anyone working there to help me when she came over and ask me if she could help me out. She enter all my number and gave me my ticket then she ask if she could help me with anything else. She cashed me out with other thing I got and did it with all smiles. Your very lucky to have her there

Always had great experience with the night staff, but the day shift is the rudest and most incompetent group of folks I've ever experienced in one building. The fact that they have to hand write orders and the price on the ticket gives them far too much of an opportunity to make mistakes, which they always do. They are also straight up unpleasant to speak with and look like they are always miserable. They don't enforce mask wearing for the customers or staff. Even though I can walk there, I'd rather drive to Boonsboro AC&T or Sheetz.

Overheard a few ladies talking about how good the subs were so figured I’d try. May have been the worst sub I’ve ever had. Bread was hard and gross.

I brought my items up for purchase to Mrs.Terry who was so incredibly Curt, Rude, Short tempered, and disrespectful. No one else was in line but My Mom and I. I couldn't understand what ive done to Feel racially profiled from her. I Sincerely hope someone looks into her Lack of Customer service, so no one else experiences that.

The chicken was great but I went to get a side and macaroni salad out in front where you order and got home it was potato salad, I hate potato salad. So maybe double check labels.

I come here almost everyday wether its for gas, a drink, or cigarettes, and the service is alright. So multiple times I've bought a slushie and i guess no one who works there can tell the difference between a large and extra large, ive been over charged at least 5 times, and the one time i realized it before i left. When i went inside to get my money back they asked for a receipt, first of all i was just in there one minute before and they didn't recognize me, also the woman who rang me up didn't give me the receipt, and when i told them what happened they pretty much acted like it was my fault it happened. Im sick of being overcharged when they get enough of my money everyday. Please make the cup size more noticeable or teach your employees to tell the difference.

Some customer service training would go along way for this store. Also charged 50 cents more per sandwich because i asked for English muffins. No where does it state there would be an upcharge. Food was bland.

The gas pumps have ads. I'd rather kill myself than subject myself to ads while doing something I have to do. Go literally anywhere else, ads at pumps are absolutely unacceptable.
