I have been using Essex Pharmacy for two years now and I have been pleased with the service I receive. The staff is very friendly, helpful, respectful and most of all caring. I have my medicine delivered and never have I had any issues with delivery. They are always prompt follows directions on delivering my medication and also deliver on the delivery day as promised. Overall Essex Pharmacy has been god send and they have my 5 star vote. Thank you for being my pharmacy.

The staff and Pharmacist are so helpful and friendly. They go above and beyond for their customers. Having a sometimes debilitating disease can be scary and I was having a very stressful and upsetting day and they were there for me! They truly care for their customers/patients.

The staff are always so wonderful here & I never wait long, my prescriptions weren’t ready yet when I went today & they told me 5-10 minutes and not even 5 minutes later they were done! Plus they are so friendly and welcoming. I love having them as my pharmacy for my family and I.

Had to come back 5 days in a row. To get my monthly prescription. And they still never got them all. They gave me. One prescription twice. The new people in the back. Have that place all messed up. That should of been done in one visit

This pharmacy used to be my go-to spot in the community, but after my recent encounter, I'd sooner trust a squirrel with my meds. 🐿️ I initially chose this place to support local business, not corporate giants with cash-flow pipelines to Pluto. I even sang their praises to friends until things went haywire.I found myself in a pharmaceutical pickle with some medications on a "time-out" period. One day, I realized they hadn't filled one of my vital prescriptions, and they didn't bother mentioning it. When I called in a panic, they responded with all the grace of a bulldozer in a china shop. I suggested automatic refills; they shot it down like it was the worst idea since square wheels. I spoke to the pharmacist, who promptly told me to take my business elsewhere in a tone that would make a grizzly bear seem cuddly. 🐻I tried to be constructive and sent an email to air my grievances, but it was as welcome as a porcupine in a balloon factory. Turns out, the pharmacist who hung up on me is also the owner – must be rolling in dough, because he certainly doesn't seem to care about my business.So, if you're into rude hang-ups and a pharmacy that's auditioning for a role in its own ghost town, this place is your jam. Otherwise, I'd say steer clear of this prescription for disappointment. 💊🚫

I have been with this pharmacy since it opened and I love Vinny. However I just left because of his staff. They are rude, claim to not see meds sent over by a doc and after looking multiple times in the computer at my insistence they "find" it. The automated refill line never works and meds are never ready when you need it. And when I tried to transfer my and my son's meds they REFUSED to send my diabetes script over. And held hostage another of my son's meds so the new pharmacy couldn't fill it until the doctor send a new script ononday. So has has to go the weekend without a NEEDED med. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL !!!

It is a great neighborhood Pharmacy. I was with the chain pharmacies. Always looking for my medication 5 different stores before you find it. Your a number to them. Everyone is very pleasant and helpful. The only thing I had problem's with was a package I mailed out with them never got delivered to the destination and it's been 2 month's now. The clerk never offered tracking for the package and I never mail packages so I didn't know. They would not help me on the situation.

They are very accommodating,helpful and nice people to work with. Always eager to help and answer questions. I like the fact that the pharmacist knows who I am when I walk in the door. I had a problem with a certain generic brand of one of my meds that made me very sick from another big pharmacy. They actually gave me a weeks supply of a different brand to make sure I tolerated it before filling my prescription. I've never had a pharmacy do that before. It was greatly appreciated.
