I have been coming to this store for the last 5 years, my two kids love to come and get a couple toys, but today may be the last time that I will be there, the employees where treating us like we where there to hung out, we where there to buy stuff this employed spect us to not touch anything. He vas telling my kids to not touch every toy that he sees even thoe I buy him any toy that he likes .

Okay, now this is just sad! To rush all the shoppers out of the store at 8:40pm when it's supposed to close at 9pm is blatant disrespect. This has been the new norm for this store over the last month or so. The disturbing part was openly hearing both of the cashiers laughing about closing early because they were "tired". Imagine being locked IN a store 20 minutes before it closes because the employees are so focused on not letting anybody else inside, they actually forgot about the customers that need to leave LOL! Sometimes you just have to laugh at incompetence. I've been shopping here for years and I never would've thought that I'd witness this type of audacity operating so freely. If you don't like your job then why work there? Someone with more appreciation and maturity would be more than happy to take your spot. I've had great service at this Dollar Tree in the past but now...tuh!Within the last week and a half, I've visited this store at least 3 times and each time has been unpleasant. I don't deserve eyerolls when I greet someone. However, I do deserve the bag of items I purchased with my hard earned money instead of having to politely reach by the register to retrieve the bag that the employee didn't care to hand me (twice). I'm definitely not the only person they've been rude and unhelpful towards but the amount of effort they put into being unpleasant is so uncanny.Sorry for the long review! It's a bit overdo :)

Very well stocked with lots of selection, this dollar tree is now $1.25. The price increase appears to have allowed them to carry a nicer variety of craft and party goods.As always, the staff here is super nice.The shopping center is sketchy, but has been fixed up a bit. It's still best to go in daylight.

I saw MICE DROPPINGS on the shelves in the food isle , I walked right out , I later called to inform the staff and they seemed very uninterested in my complaint, next I’ll call The Baltimore County health department.

Rude, direspectful. Ignored my greeting when walking thru store. Then at the register he greeted the people in front of me, but said nada to me. FUAH.

I ask the store manager a question. His name was TONY. He was rude impolite. And gave me a smart answer. I been going to that store a long time. And didn't deserve that.I have also seen him talk his employees like dirt. But he is buddies with the regional manager so he can get away with it. I won't be back

The worst manager on duty ever.I’m a manager at thrift store. I normally come in special sales to buy a lot of balloons, the manager always complain about why is it too much. Why I don’t call before I get in the store. He doesn’t respect me standing in the line. He helps other customers than helping me.Today I got there. Only one cashier.I called before I got in there. He said I’m not gonna blow them before you get in the store. But he told me to call before I come in.So I’m confused.When I got there. He is on a phone call.He said I have business to run.They have only one cashier on duty with a line!!!I have been waiting for balloons since 3:00 pm. And it’s 3:22 pm and no one is helping me yet.It’s 3:27. Still waiting

I spend way to much money here...lol. This particular Dollar Store is very clean and the clerks are nice too. You can purchase anything from hair ties to frozen fruits to household stuff. Some stuff is name brand too. As a single Mom this place has been a terrific help when I've been in a jam.

The staff is always pleasant and respectful. I just wish they had more help. There are often long lines and only 2 lanes opened at any given time. And the cashiers are working their butts off.

Always clean shelves well-stocked always easy to check out people friendly and helpful. Wouldn't go to any other Dollar Tree. Manager and employees deserve a raise. A big one.

Dollar Tree has a little of everything. The Country Ridge Shopping Center location is usually well organized, clean and stocked. Everything really is $1. The associates are friendly and helpful.

My total came to $11.36 i paid with a 100 dollar bill my change should have been $88.64 but instead i received 1 $50 2 $20s an 2 $5s thats a $100 i got back in change they need cashiers who can count at the dollar tree in country ridge shopping center.
