Not only did they meet my expectations, they far exceeded them as there is NO substitute for quality work and customer service. What a nightmare that doesn't end to wake up in the early morning hours to be ankle deep in a flooded basement. I don't know what stars aligned to connect me with these gentlemen but Darrick, Juan and team did an awesome job saving and restoring my basement. By the time they finished, you couldn't tell what took place a few days before. They were attentive, courteous and professional. I'd use their services again and would totally recommend this company to anyone in need of such services.

This company helped me to get through a difficult experience ! My basement suffered a sewage water backup in July and Complete Restoration came to the rescue! They’re the best. I had what turned out to be a small water issue, but I didn’t know. I called complete restoration and they responded immediately. They made an assessment and explained everything in great detail. I couldn’t believe how quickly the problem was resolved.While on site, he explained a new product for treating covid19 that I was unaware of. I am working on selling my house, so of course I asked for an estimate and had it done.While the worksmanship was incredible, I am most impressed with the customer service. They took the time to explain everything in great detail and it really meant a lot. This company is top notch, and they truly care about their customers. Thank you

Godsend!!One never prays/hopes for a basement to flood, but you do pray for good people if/when it does happen to help make the situation that much easier to deal with. From an early at the crack of dawn call till the last square foot of the once flooded basement dried, Darrick was nothing but amazing. The calm demeanor, honest, tell me as it is, give me all my options, show up when you say you'll be there and get the job done experience I received was next to none. The other contractors I had working to get other parts of the home back to normal were amazed at the equipment Complete Restoration had in my home - it was top of the line stuff and it did the job with minimal damage to the property. Again, "Godsend" is the word that comes to mind.THANK YOU!! My son had spilled Red Kool Aid on my very light tan almost white carpet. The following day my daughter dropped a whole plate of spaghetti.Complete Restoration came to my home and cleaned the carpet down stairs , upstairs hallway, steps and one bedroom...Unbelievable results, I am convinced the carpet was dirty when I moved in. I have to give this company all 5 stars!!! I had the pleasure of working with a knowledgeable gentleman. He took his time and completed the job with pride. I have a long road ahead after this flood, however I feel comfortable with the work. I will not have to worry about germs, mold etc going forward. I wouldn't choose anyone else to help with restoration!!!! You have to go with this company....hands down!

First of all I live in New Jersey this guy came from Maryland to take care of me and he did everything that I needed him to do. He was able to get all the water out of my basement and take care of the mold problem I was having.
