Chem-Dry has cleaned my sofa multiple times over the years and always done a great job. Most recently Tereik and Maurice came and were extremely thorough since there have been several cat accidents on the sofa. They explained everything they were doing and made sure to be extra thorough in the places where the cat has been going.

We had Chem Dry clean our very dirty family room, office and stairs carpeting. James and El arrived on time and were very professional in every way. They treated & cleaned the carpeting so it looked new. Great job for a very reasonable price. We could walk on the carpting within two hours of cleaning.Three days later we had them come back to clean our large kitchen tile flooring and grout. Again they were right a time to do the job. I must say the tile and grout looks like the day it was installed 10 years ago. Very professional job by well trained experienced professionals. Thanks Chem Dry for a job well done.

James was the first person to ever take the time to vacuum before he started. Damaged my Persian Carpet and unresponsive to my complaint about the incident. The carpet had a small spot of dog urine that took several treatments to eliminate, but in the process they ruined the entire carpet which is a 16 feet by 2 1/2 foot runner . It was discolored, faded and shrunken. It is unsightly and unusable and I am very sad as it was a beautiful vibrant pink and now is extremely ugly. I do not recommend them for treating a carpet of value. Not only did they not apologize, there was no offer of a refund or reimbursement , which would have been a small gesture but not even close to replacing the loss of value of the carpet.Service: General carpet cleaning

Didn't realize how dingy the off-white carpet had gotten until ChemDry fellows worked their magic. Even a very old, deep, and dark stain is now most of the way clean (we've tried all sorts of solutions over the years and nothing came close to what they were able to achieve). I will take "barely noticeable" over "glaringly ugly" any day.

Excellent! These results are so different that it should not be lumped with the other "carpet cleaners" I have used St... Stea.. for years and for the 1st 24 hrs the carpet looked clean, but then the stains started to resurface. Not with this service! I have an area rug that had horrific pet odor/stain from an ill dog, if this cleaning did not work i was throwing away, they totally removed the odor. my carpets upstairs look new. I will never use any other carpet cleaning service. The price was pretty much the same .

I am SO THANKFUL for Chem Dry if HC! I was due to have a baby any day and I had a horrible experience with another company who kept cancelling on me. I was nervous about having someone else come into my home because of what I had experienced. I did my research and I decided to go with Chem Dry. The woman was so nice on the phone and got me scheduled within a few days. I even got a confirmation call which was huge for me! I ended up giving birth the day before I was suppose to have my carpets cleaned. Luckily my husband went home to let the man in. He said he was extremely professional and very nice. O came home to gorgeous carpets and couches that were clean and sanitized. Perfect timing to bring our new bundle of joy home. Thank you Chem Dry of HC! We will definitely be using your company again in the near future!!!

Hired Chem Dry to clean our dryer vent. During the process their vacuum caused a portion of our piping to collapse. After trying to repair it themselves it continually falls off. After promising to take care of it they have instead stiffed us and told us that they will not repair the piping that THEY broke. I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere.

Absolutely horrible!!! They did not show up to my appointment to clean my carpets. I called them to try to and see if they were in route or what was going on. They did not answer or return my phone call. Left a voice mail. It was not returned either. Called the next morning and they said they are sorry but were unwilling to fit me into their schedule for today even after they stood me up yesterday. Corporate is of no help, they tell you each office is independent and there is nothing they can do to help. Stay away from this company. HORRIBLE
