I took my dog here after having an amazing grooming experience at this establishment prior. Today, I picked him up and he looked awful. I have an australian shepherd and any good groomer knows that you are NOT supposed to shave their coat. It’s okay to fix them up and trim fly aways with SCISSORS but somebody unevenly hacked his hair off with clippers. If you have an Aussie or any dog with a coat, beware. Don’t end up like me, it takes months for their coats to grow back. Hopefully it grows in the same. i added before and after pictures of the worst part.

They messed up my appointments more than once where I wasn't even on the book and if u thought I was a no show why wouldn't u call to see if I was coming in. Very unprofessional.

Not happy with the service. I will be going else where. I do like they called to follow up, but the call was unapologetic. I wouldn't take my dog there after two grooming appointments. Certain groomers from what I have seen do amazing work. Just have to be careful and pick the right groomers who are passionate and caring for your pup.

Love this place. The people are so friendly there and they are hard workers. And my Border Collie Lakota looked amazing and yes BTW my daughter works there Courtney and she's an excellent groomer. Thank you!!!!!!😁😁😁😁

I took my dog to Bark N Bubbles for the first time today and had an amazing experience. Courtney gave my dog a bath and she is just the best! Super friendly and kind :) I will be taking my dog here from now on. Highly recommend for all dog owners!

Mojo the Mainecoone and I thank you for a great first experience. Upon arrival the place was very quiet, zen and clean. I dropped Mojo off for the 4 hour service. They took him a few minutes early and called me promptly after 4 hours. When I came to get him i was very anxious, this was his first time ever being groomed. I walked in and he was sleeping in his cat carrier without and care in the world, all FANCY LIKE ..LOL . I paid the nice women which also was extremely reasonable esp giving there is a shortage of cat groomers....She was even kind enough to offer some very well needed advice for my baby boy. I will be visiting again in 6 months and recommending to friends/family.

4.5 stars (if that was possible). They always do a great job of taking care of my cat, who frequently gets a sanitary shave. The prices are more expensive then a petsmart or other store chain but you are paying for the quality and personableness of service.

Rae (Rachel) took such great care of my furbaby kitty! It was her first time ever being groomed (she is a rescue) and I was nervous she might be traumatized with the grooming experience in an unfamiliar environment around other pets and people. To my surprise, I received a call before the 2 hrs were up, saying that she was ready and that she did so well! I'm happy that Rae helped her feel safe, comforted and loved during the process:) She even shared with me a video of how well she did! Everyone was so kind and a pleasure to talk too. Maíva smells great, is not shedding anymore and seems much happier! Thank you Rae, we will be back for her routine visits 🤗

My dogs were happy there. They were cut well as asked. People were friendly. I’m a person that is nice but sometimes say things in a sharp manner. So hopefully I didn’t offend anyone.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PUPPY TO THIS PLACE. I paid over $100. I took my 7 month old puppy to be groomed. I have had him groomed before and have had no problems with the other groomers. These people apparently were not very nice to my puppy and he became a little aggressive nibbling at them. When they told me that I asked if anyone bled and the girl said no. They admitted that they had 3 people holding him down so they could cut him. No wonder he became a little aggressive. They traumatized him. He acted that way when I picked him up. The package came with nail clipping. When I got him home I noticed his nails were not touched I called and the girl refused to refund the cost of the nail trimming which was $20.00. I asked for a refund and the girl became belligerent telling me that they could.not change the package price. I asked to speak to owner or manager and girl said he doesn’t come in and there is no manager. She refused to give me his name or number. I took him to the last groomer and they cut his nails with no problem. I wish I could give the a negative 5stars because without management the employees do and say what they want to their customers and treat puppies badly.STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Especially if you have a puppy.

I was referred to come here and I am so glad I did. My fur baby looks so good thanks to Courtney. The staff is very friendly and great with animals. I will definitely be coming here again to get my dog groomed.

I just moved to the area and was apprehensive about taking my chihuahua mix to a new groomer. However, I must say that I was pleasantly surprised by this Groomery. It was clean and there were many groomers available. My groomer did an excellent job, and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely bring my dog back to this place. Also, I saw two cats being groomed the day I was there; they weren't being cooperative but the groomers were being very nice and patient with them!

My dogs always receive great service, haircuts, nail trims, ears, etc. My only complaint is that they sometimes take more then 4hrs and don't always call right away when your pet is done, that would be my only tip for improving.They are very nice, covid conscious yet aren't ridiculous like petsmart with handoff policies that make it impossible for anxious pets like mine to be groomed.

Rachael and Sheila and the rest of the staff are always friendly and professional. Our two Great Pyrenees, Tuck and Lilly Belle always are a lot of work for them, as big as they are, but the staff never seems to mind and they take extra time with them. They come out beautiful ! (and ready to come home, lol ! ) Great grooming saloon for owners who love their pets.

My family & I have been taking our pets to Bark-N-Bubbles for many years! Our dog Daisy was groomed there 6 times a year for the whole 13yrs of her life. More recently I've been taking my 2 long haired kitties to have their hair cut into a lion haircut for the summer months to keep cool (& look cool too) 😻I recommend them to everyone & the prices are quite reasonable!

They are the only place around that still grooms cats and they are the best, my daughter and I took our cats Levi and Bruno and they were marvelous. Our babies were looking and smelling absolutely divine.Thank you!!!!

I have a very fluffy dog and she always looks fabulous when they are done with her. They don’t keep her all day you can bring her in at a later time and pick her up as soon as she’s ready. I love that. Groomers in the past have kept my dogs all day and I don’t like that.

I have three yorkies that have been coming here for years until late last year.I came to pick up my yorkie and was told by Rachel that my yorkie had a seizure while grooming him ,Which Never happens .We were so upset by this.Later on in the evening I get a blocked phone message stating the Groomer Rachel was getting frustrated with my dog and tossed him around in the tub causing the seizure .The caller couldn't come forward due to she needed her job and Rachel could make her life hell .BEWARE of this place I didn't even get a call back the next day when Ieft a message for owner !Never Take 2nd chances with your family dogs ..
