I got a quick reservation for my 13 year d maltese mix. They listened to everything I told them and gave my baby the cut I wanted. He had procedure done recently where his legs were shaved and I wanted a mohawk too. They were able to blend his legs so the shaving wasn't noticeable and gave him the perfect mohawk. They treated my baby and I very well. Definitely recommend this groomer 💕

We've been taking our pets here for their grooming since 1999. We moved to Catonsville several years ago, but I still drive back to Essex to have our dog groomed. They are the best!

Beth is an outstanding groomer! She was flexible with the scheduling I needed for my show dog. She checked his coat prior to grooming and shared her insights. He was completed within the time frame that I was as given , and Beth suggested several brushes and a spray that would help keep him looking fabulous!! At his next visit, he exuberantly greeted her with kisses which was his was of saying, “Happy to have you keep me handsome!”

This is the only way to review this business since they keep deleting any negative message on their Facebook page. My friend's dog was cut so short there that they even clipped her eyelashes!! And they cut so close on her paw that there is an open wound!! The owner was rude and wouldn't admit they screwed up!! Please don't take your animal there!

I have used Beth for years with all of my dogs and she is so amazing, very kind and loves the animals. My current dog is a standard poodle and he always comes out looking like a show dog. Any negative comments I would have to ask were the dogs matted? Are the not well behaved? Those things do factor in when grooming. I'd would have loved to see the before picture of the dog in the negative comment. Just saying.

I love this place Beth and her husband are two of the sweetest people ever. She does an amazing job on my dog Binkie. During the pandemic I tried another place closer to my home . Nope came right back to her she’s flexible and very professional I would recommend if you’re looking for someone to keep you dog fabulous if you don’t check out animal images your missing out. I’ve been taking my pups here for a few years now and I have always been extremely satisfied with every aspect of the grooming process and especially this company! They truly do go above and beyond with each and every pup. They’re always so friendly and they treat your pup as if they were their own. I’ll be going to this salon for years to come for my babies. Amazing place! So accommodating and made room for us on short notice. Puppy was so nervous going for her first nail trim and wash. We decided to nix the wash and just do the trim because she was so freaked out, but she was so mellow after the nails because staff was so great with her that we left her for a wash. She looks fantastic and we're so happy they made her so comfortable. Can't wait to bring her back.

We will never go to another groomer again because we have found the salon that cares for our animals better than anyone else! I couldn't have asked for better service. From the first phone call, to checking in and pick up time, everyone I spoke with was very pleasant and informative. This is my first expierience ever with grooming services. They truly care about your needs for your puppy and exactly what you ask for, is what you receive. I was extremely nervous taking my 8 month old puppy for her first cut but they exceeded my expectations. I felt very comfortable leaving my puppy in their care. Timely service, great turn out and cute bandana! I will be back for future grooming appointments!

I have been taking my dog there since we got him a year ago never had a problem with them they are awesome and they love my dog they called me one time saying his ear was matted which I new about and I tried brushing it but no hope so they just cut the matted part doesn't look bad at all and he is one happy pup. Love that place! I wish it was nation wide

I've been bringing my cocker spaniel to animal images for about a year now. She's scheduled in every month rotating baths and cuts. I thought everything was great until today. I had an appointment scheduled for 9am. I received a call at 1:15pm thinking she was ready to be picked up. Only to have a man tell me that my dog is very matted and can't get the traditional cocker cut, "we need to shave her down". This didn't make sense because I brushed her for about 10 mins before heading there and any matting was coming right out with a wire brush, I knew it wasn't that bad. When I told him, he replied very passive aggressively and scoffed "apparently not good enough" and scoffed again talking to me in a very judgmental passive aggressive way. I decided to pick her up and that this would be the last time I take her there. I assumed that she had already had a bath but, when I got there (1:30pm) I was completely shocked to find that she had been there since 9am and had not even had a bath, brushed...nothing!! I asked "do you brush the dogs before giving them a bath?"....he replied "NO" which shocks me. When I bath my dog myself, I brush her first, I have to...she's a cocker spaniel. I'm angry...My scheduled appointment was 9am, my dog had been in a cage waiting for over 4 hours!! As soon as I left Animal Images, I took her to another groomer in the 21221 zip for a 2nd opinion by their manager who informed me that my dog is NOT so matted that she "needs" to be shaved down, she just needs to be brushed before bathed. This tells me that Animal Images were using matting as an excuse to shave her down to get her out of there in a decent turn around time, rather than taking the time to do the traditional cocker spaniel cut...and they don't care because they are getting paid the same amount whether she comes back to me shaved bald or the fancy cocker cut.

This is the worst company my family has ever encountered. They shaved my goldendoodles face bald and one of her paw pads is pink and raw! When we confronted them they blew us off and couldn’t take ownership. This sickens me because they treated a 13 year old dog with no respect and ruined a 13 year relationship with them. I don’t recommended this company at all and I suggest you don’t go unless you want a dog with a hack job. Pathetic!

Honestly this is the best grooming salon I've ever stepped foot into my dogs been to 5 different places and I just kept switching salons because I didn't like them as soon as I found out about this place i started taking my dog here and I swear this is the best the groomer she is so sweet and gental my dog loves her and she takes her time she knows my dog has anxiety and she takes her time and does such a great job you can tell there's lots of love at this place for pets the service is beyond wonderful and my dog use to hate going to the groomer she had bad experiences she snapped at PetSmart because they accidentally nipped her vein by accident while cutting one of her nails while trimming I think it hurt her sure they stopped the bleeding and got it under control but it still aggervated her and she wouldn't let NOBODY touch her nails without sedation the vet had to trim her nails with sedation a few times ever since I found out about animal images from a family friend my dog let's them groom her and she doesn't flip out she likes the groomer and she's never snapped at them. I guess it depends on the dog if they feel safe with whoever the groomer is it's about trust because she's been to several different groomers and some was okay and some wasn't it all depends but animal images I've 10 stars if I could thank you guys for everything looking forward to her next groom

Worst company ever! What they did to my friends dog is unthinkable... And they don't even apologize.... Be aware!!!!! They delete 1 star comments on Facebook and only keep 5 stars. Poor dog is shaved bald on face, eyelashes are cut, her paw was cut. She looks sickly now... worst customer service. STAY AWAY!!!

I went to pick my dog up after having a groomed the owner she said she was the owner started screaming and yelling at me because I tapped on the door I tried to call a couple times to let her know that I was there didn't get no answer it kept going into a voicemail so I got out and tapped on the door she came out screaming and yelling will never do it again you do not talk to your customers that way very unprofessional and then when she brought my dog out she was very rough with him not professional at all

Have use thisParticular place Since 2009 they cut my dog's hair bathe them clip their nails and I've never had a problem with and I'm trying to get in touch with them now.
