Shout out to Kaylee and others on 3/15/2024...I ordered a lomein bowl that wasn't cooked completely, I was offered replacement but chose something else ... Was given new item and a warm cinnamon roll....PLUS a refund! Thank you for your customer service!

I've gotten food and coffee twice here but was disappointed each time.The food was not great, worse quality than McDonald's but not even a price improvement. There are some custom options (ranch dressing on an onion ring burger, whole wheat bun) but the actual execution was lacking (burger patty dry, whole thing a bit of a mess).The coffee was terrible and I would avoid any latte/cappacino/mocha.Milk was about $0.70 per gallon more expensive than the Jubilee. Convenience stores are going to be higher prices, for sure, but just go to Jubilee if it's open.

To be fair, Rutter’s has decent food. And Rutters chocolate milk is the best I’ve EVER drank!My reason for the lesser opinion of this facility, brand new building, nice big parking lot for lots of trucks, BUT, very SMALL bathrooms. Now that is a problem! Often if the sit down method is needed, you gotta wait your turn. That is kinda awkward just standing in a corner of the bathroom.

First time there today, big and clean with plenty of parking and gas pumps. I was greeted by a cashier who smiled and was nice. I seen an employee behind the counter making food with gloves only thing he was singing a Taylor swift song while making food I mean idk I really don’t like people singing and even talking while making my food but hey that’s going to happen if you’re eating out so no biggie I guess nice place, will return.

STAFF YOUR STORE!!!!I will never understand why any manager worth their salt thinks it's a smart choice to only have 1 human being run the entire kitchen.I am so disappointed by this because I have been here at 2pm and seen employees just relaxing but no staff on third shift.I am not upset with the food or the 1 staff member in the kitchen. I am upset with the poor management.I didn't know Rutters was a bad of a place to work as Sheetz with regard to horrid staffing and management that doesn't seem to care about their staffing.If you are not willing to be so busy you can't take a few moments to use the bathroom or take any kind a break then stop under staffing your store.Have some respect and be a decent person and a manager that has earned respect.Do better. Be better.

Rutter’s get with the times. They still have the worst pump interface out there, I’ve gotten fuel there multiple times, and there’s always issues with it at the pump. They need to update the system, for being brand new it is a horrible example of today’s technology. On another note, the inside staff is friendly, it’s a shame that they have to work at such a place, maybe one day they’ll be as good as their competitors and you can do mobile ordering from there for food, and the pumps will actually work correctly.

For one thing, there's no signs telling you which entrance to take for a tractor trailer. The first entrance is too small for a tractor-trailer because of me width. And the second entrance is where a tractor-trailer should enter but again there are no signs. And then after making a right, there should be a signs pointing tractor-trailers to go straight to enter the lot where the fuel Island and parking is. If you make the first right that takes you to the gas pumps and car parking for the store. Directional signs would be really good for that location and I hope they put them up soon. Also there is a very large area across from the fuel Island not marked for anything but would be great for more truck parking.

THIS is what Emmitsburg needed! And on a Northbound exit! Fill up before you hit PA! The on and off ramps are great for passenger vehicles and truckers alike. I see more truckers there everyday, many of them from local & regional industry. I know our Drivers fill up there before we get back from BWI/IAD/DCA etc. Become Rutter Rewards Member and get an automatic 3 more cents off per gallon. If you are from PA you know this means and even deeper discount per gallon (lately, that's approximately $.58 PER GALLON SAVED.

The guy at night wore gloves while making for .. great except he's sweeping the floor and other housekeeping things and never changes his gloves. What's the point of wearing gloves if you're not going to change them when they become contaminated
