Great communication and attention to detail. Took our “new” (used) car in to get checked over before we fully committed to purchase. They didn’t perform any unnecessary maintenance or repairs. They texted and kept us up to date through the entire process; with comments and photos. They also provided a ride to/from my home so I wasn’t waiting there all day. We had been looking for a local place since moving here and this is now our go-to. Thank you to Jason and Jesse!

I'm honestly flabbergasted by the level of service I received. I'm a student at Mount St. Mary's, and I brought my car in for an alignment and oil change. Adam was completely transparent, explained that they would do a (free!) inspection of my car as well as address the issues I brought it in for. They then gave me a ride back to campus for free, and picked me up again when my car was ready. I was kept updated throughout the process, with an electronic report as well as a pdf of all the issues they found with my car with a breakdown of how they'd repair it and the cost. They were incredibly friendly, understanding, and just all around amazing. I would recommend them to everyone in the area.

This place is a VERY BIG SCAMMING Do Not Let Them Work On Anything . Had my SUV for 3 day's we told them it was the Starter,they were trying to fix everything but that. Took it to other place 45 minutes Sarter was put on that was all we need on my way home.

Had suspension and steering repair and suspension work done on April 28 along with tires and front-end alignment done. Little expensive I thought but that was okay. In July mid July had to return for suspension issues again. Told both front CV were bad and needed replaced. Bill was 892 dollars of which over 300 dollars was labor. Thinking maybe these were bad as well the first time and should have been replaced while the suspension was already tore apart. Great guys and fast service for sure but I don't think both CV joints went bad that quickly. Would have preferred just to have everything repaired while the car was already tore down. Not really sure if I will use their services again.After a phone call to the manager and a explanation of my dissatisfaction I was credited with a refund of half the labor cost originally charged. Which I thought was fair.

Excellent service. I recieved text messages when the mechanic was looking at my car, as well as when the diagnosis was complete. Service was outstanding, several tasks were finished in 1 day. Technician communicated with me when I went to pick up car. Very informative, timely, helpful and overall excellent experience. 2023 UPDATE:I’ve taken my 2006 Honda CR-V there several times over the last year and this place is GREAT!I love the initial inspection reports and text communications! They are super friendly, attentive, do good work, and are reasonably priced. Have been able to borrow their loaner vehicle so I don’t have to arrange a ride or wait there.Huge thank you to Adam for everything that he’s helped me with and suggestions to keep my CR-V running. (Currently at 262k miles!) 😁They most recently just replaced my ABS sensor.2022Wow! First time here to have them check a battery issue for me, and Adam was great. Never even knew this little gem was tucked away back here in Emmitsburg. Hopefully I won’t need any repairs in the near future🤞 , but I would definitely come here again. I had transferred all of my cars’ repairs and needs here for the last year until present after reading good reviews online. I was hesitant at first but so far all of my experiences are way better than my expectations. The flexibility of scheduling that’s convenient for me is the best feature that hooked me. They are always willing to accommodate even last minute changes due to whatever unexpected reasons. I also liked the fact that they give you an online report of whats good, need future attention or critical needs with pictures and videos. Adam, is also very patient in answering and giving advice on all of my questions-being someone whose knowledge about cars is driving. These help me in making decisions on what and when a repair or service need to be done. So far I am a happy customer here. So I recommend them.Btw, service is fast too. These guys are great. Had a really difficult problem with my high mileage vehicle and they did not quit until they rooted out what the problem was. They could have charged me a lot more for all the time and effort they put into fixing the problem but they were extremely generous and fair. This Business is new to the Emmitsburg area. I thought I would give them a try. They are an operation that likes to upsell and tell you things that are wrong with your vehicle that you did not take it to the location for. They will make a lot of recommendations and try to sell additional services. Very similar to a Jiffy Lube style approach… I was charged over $200 (207.14) for an oil change. The answer they gave me that it was due to the type of oil that they had to find.When I expressed that this exact same oil change was completed at the exact same location with the previous owner for $100 less they wanted to bash the other parties service…There was no call in advance Or conversation about pricing. Buyer beware..It remains to be seen if their service and workmanship is worth the cost. I don’t think that they are priced competitive… I actually was going to be sending other vehicles their way this week however will be looking for other locations…Sometimes businesses should follow the model of being upfront and grateful for service and not trying to nickel and dime people from the onset.
