Rachel, is awesome! I called the store to inquire about availability and pricing and she was super helpful. Thanks to her we were able to save $90 on our Weeping Willow. I'm glad my mother suggested Tractor Supply, it was the right decision. We will definitely return in the future.

The only thing I don't like about TSC is their app. I've been shopping there since 2018 but the app does not keep track of my points. And if the points expire, they just expire. No notice, no nothing. Other than that, I find the staff. They're very friendly and helpful. And they go out of their way to make sure I find what I'm looking for. And that's for the tractor supply in Elkton and Oxford PA.

Been getting my propane filled there the last 6 plus months with the same tanks now all the sudden they can’t fill it cuz of the date stamped it’s ridiculous if you’re going to follow company policy, make sure everyone follows company policy and not just one employee and one manager. It’s ridiculous.

Walked in with a list of five items I needed for my riding mower. They had exactly zero of them. But I did hear dogs barking in the back as customers walked in with their dogs for who knows what. They can groom dogs but can't take care of customers who need to get SUPPLIES for TRACTORS (riding mowers).

I don't come here often enough. They have a great selection of outdoor-type equipment, clothes, shoes and things for inside the home. The staff was readily available and helpful in answering my questions. Prices are great and many items were on sale or clearance.

Its like a candy store for me. I love visiting the store. I always go in for one or two things and end up buying a bunch of stuff. Great prices!

This store gets worse each time we go there. Shelves are never stocked, always have to ask for everything which is either in the back or on the very top of the shelves. Never see a manager there. They never ask if you need help loading. The stores in Delaware and Pennsylvania are 100% better. Will drive out of my way to go elsewhere.

I had a faulty kerosene heater which I had purchased a warranty on. I called to ask if they had one in stock. I was told yes. I brought my heater up there for an even exchange. After looking where their heaters were, and not seeing it, the cashier looked on the system, and told me they had ‘one somewhere in here’. So I got to go up and down each aisle looking for your one heater. No luck, nor did anyone offer any help at all. I got to lug my defective heating home after wasting all that time. Pathetic.

We went looking for parts for our wood stove but they were out of them. However they were getting a delivery the next day if we wanted to come back. Everyone was very nice and helpful with the other products that we had purchased.

Excellent place to shop for bird seed. A nice variety of items as this is my first time feeding. Staff very friendly and helpful. Have always found what I needed (and some things I didn't)

This is hands down my new favorite place to get my dog, Loco, his food and treats. I bought a box of the Greenies edible toothbrushes for dogs with something like 32 or 44 in it, for way under The Price I'd pay at Walmart. You literally got the equivalent of 3 or 4 extra boxes which is a deal cause those things are like $8 per bag of 4 normally. So that's like 24 to 32 dollars of free treats. Can't beat it. They also carry Hills Science Diet, which I switched my dog to because he was getting upset stomachs and it really seems to have helped. Tractor supply makes a good food too, except there's are a bunch of plant based proteins in their food as opposed to Hills, whose first 4 ingredients are meat based proteins. They also have a great selection in grooming items. I went for food and came out with brushes, shampoos, treats, and finally, food, lol. They definitely earned a new customer here. This one Associate was so helpful as well. She even gave me tricks to save money with Dawn dish soap as opposed to spending money on this shampoos and whatnot. You don't get that very often. I really liked Tactor Supply. Hopefully, I can look around a little more next time cause they looked like they had some cool stuff.

The service is great here and they really care about animals! We came for the vaccination clinic which was much more affordable than going to the vet. They offer more vaccination options than just rabies. We also took advantage of the microchipping and heartworm prevention services. Got there a half hour early, got in line, and were out at 4:15...the event started at 4! The store itself is clean, organized and offers a variety of merchandise.

Called to see if there was Aluminum utility trailer in stock. Answer was Yes. Drove up. Two on lot. One had rental sign on it other didn't. One did not have a hitch (claim was it was stolen) Said I'll take other, Duh! Told that they could not sell rental. Only other one but could have it repaired. Strange the rental was perfectly clean. The one without the hitch was weathered and full of mud. Think maybe they switched rental sign to the new one? With the drive up and back and dead time in store, I wasted multiple hours of my time. Even a comment on the damaged trailer when I called would have allowed me to make a decision without wasting my time. A $2000 lost sale and lost customer for want of better customer service.

My favorite place. People that work there make feel like you're back home. The people that work there are excellent and extremely helpful. Prices are competitive with the market. MOST definitely recommend this store.

Honestly would give zero stars if I could. They are absolutely horrible. I use to work here and they treat us all differently. It's nothing but favoritism. The manger Loren she is absolutely disgusting. She is rude to customers and employee's. Tractor supply in Elkton also gets robbed and people steal all the time. It's completely unsafe. There is constant drama in the store and fighting. Loren also likes to treat her employees like slaves. Loren also makes up her own rules that's not even in company policy. I had enough. I have reported Loren and this store to HR bc of her harassment and favoritism. If you are reading this. I would highly recommend keeping your child away from working here. They can find so much better. And Loren also doesn't care about your availability she will put you all over the schedule. I hope this helps.

It was very easy to find what I was looking for. The prices are competitive for the area. The only thing I would say needs improvement is that Tractor Supply only gives a military discount 2 days a year. On Veterans Day and July 4th.

Very helpful and pleasant employees. I shop here on a weekly basis for my dog and cat food. They have the best prices even over Walmart for bulk food. Can't beat this store.

I’ve chosen to update my review. I will say that that staff tried to give us information, however, the situation for my review still applies. See below for your own reference:My husband drove all the way to this store to buy a trailer. I sent explicit instructions for them to sign and notarize the back of the MSO (which it literally states on the back) and they wasted my time and his. I work for a tag agency in PA. If you don’t know how to fill out an MSO and you’re talking with someone that does it for a living, don’t sit there and argue. If you can’t abide by the neighboring State’s regulations, then maybe you shouldn’t sell the product. Shame on TSC for not training their employees to correctly execute a title document.

Tractor Supply is a regular supplier of my horse and cat needs. I often shop on-line and pick up at my local store. Clearance sales are GREAT! I've gotten great deals on both winter and summer clearance items. Stop in, it's worth the trip..

It appears that the persons that stock the drawers with the special fittings or bushings or nuts either can't read or don't care! I was being helped by a TS employee trying to find a special thing and everything she pulled out of the drawer didn't belong there. I know people just drop things wherever, but this was just plane and simply not stocked right! Thank you the employee that helped me!

Helpful and friendly staff have always been available when I needed them and the store stocks many items I use to maintain my house and lawn equipment. Quick to do an Internet search or grab a tape measure, if need be.

Second time ive been there. Wonderful store has great stuff. They sell their own brand of dog food. I get the lamb n rice . my lil dog loves the kitties but growled at them when he was eating the new food. Must be yummy . the store in Elkton is closer to me , the little extra i pay for sales tax is ok verses the gas to go to the one in my state

If your getting propane your better off going somewhere else. They waste propane when filling the tanks (as if the bottles cant hold pressure) and only certain staff can refill the bottles. The propane service is not the same as store hours. Dont waste your gas or time.

Freaking awesome the Winter's coming and it's the place to come to batten down the hatches start getting some winter supplies and thermal gear to wear also..Word of mouth has Debbie to this place today and found that a price here for what I want to do it's a lot less then what I was quoted from another retail store ..I am happy!
