Everyone is always super friendly and they have a great process that helps get you in and out super fast. I always recommend doing an online order and setting up dutchiepay for the quickest way to get in and out! Also recommend placing orders early in the day since they don’t fulfill them until a half hour before you pick up, so sometimes things run out and you have to choose new stuff on the spot. But I love this place!

James was awesome and despite the 4/20 holiday madness he and the Pharmkent team are quick and efficient! James went out of his way to provide me with excellent customer service! I was greeted outside the door with FREE Curio swag beanies and a smile while waiting on line. Once inside more smiles by security and the lovely lady at the front desk. Keep up the great work! Happy 420 ya!!!

Lennon was friendly and quick. I wanted to add to my order and they were super friendly about it, asking me if I had anything specific or needed help. When I pointed something out, they quickly found it and rung it up. Fantastic service!

This place sucks. I want to like them, but they refuse to make any effort to fix their issues. Place order night before for a specific time frame and they let walk-ins inside before you, don't have all the items from your order, or will raise the prices by the time you get there. That's false advertising!! They repeatedly charge more than what they even confirm in your order. Today got told that the order I placed the day before, for today, was no longer valid because it was from the day before. Are you kidding me? You were closed, it was late at night and I placed it online for the following day on your own website!!! So you charge me $30 more than what your email confirmation says, $30 more than what my order confirmation says, because you feel like it when I arrive? If it's a system issue, fine, FIX IT, but you don't penalize your customers who drive long distances to get to you, by repeatedly screwing them over. How is someone supposed to like coming here, and want to do business with you, while also recommending you to others, if you won't even make an effort to stand by order times, totals, and product availability. Also, some of the customer service reps could be better. They don't care if you're being overcharged or about your concerns at all and just want you to pay and leave. Doesn't feel like they value the customer, just the dollar. If someone from the corporate office wanted to reach out, I'd be happy to change the review based on our conversation on improving all of this, but otherwise, the 1 star was fitting. If I place an order, the product should be there when I get there. If I place a order for a specific time, and I show up on time, you should be ready for that time period. If I place an order and get a total that includes tax from you, that's what I would be paying when I arrive. These are simple things and every business has to be held accountable for them. I'm not sure why this place is having a issue with those simple business practices. This isn't a one time issue either, it's a every single time you place an order kind of issue. Not even the manager would stand by their own order total they gave me, both on the website and through email confirmation. Unbelievable.

I have been shopping here for months and the prices are amazing and the products are high quality. However, every visit over the last few months has gotten progressively worse as they keep messing with their line system. First it was a waiting room, then it was a line in the waiting room, now it’s multiple lines in the waiting room and waiting in lines outside. I get that business is obviously going well, but I’m not standing outside on a 90 degree day for 15-30 minutes and then wait again another 15-30 minutes inside, all of that is after placing a timed pick up order online. You guys have to figure out some way to make this better or you are going to lose that customer base you worked so hard to build. I’m going to give this place one last shot tomorrow and if it’s just more of the same, I won’t be coming back.

Really disappointed and what’s become of what I used to think was very well organized friendly people is now tons of security guards are around and it seems like the workers have now become power, hungry and feel like they’re in a place where they can mistreat people and treat them like a number, so I would recommend there’s many other places you can go, but I wouldn’t go here unless you’re looking for long lines outside and angry employees that like to threaten you with the security guards for just speaking up or speaking your mind in an appropriate way. Highly recommend Natural care and wellness. Port deposit on highway 40. I was in and out in a 10 min no security guards. Nice people friendly environment. Peace

Suzi was a wonderful host. She went 'above and beyond' helping me find products I would enjoy and even mentioned a few of her favorites. It was my first visit EVER and she made it absolutely splendid. Keep being great Suzi!

Brittany is an outstanding employee. She double checked my order and made sure everything was good before I left. She was very polite and pleasant to speak with. She made me feel welcomed and comfortable on my first visit to this place. I'm very happy and will definitely come again!!! 😊

Kimberly is the nicest sweetest most awesome and professional worker in the cannabis business, not only is she helpful and accommodating while at the front desk checking in clients, but she's also knowledgeable and personable while in the back cranking out orders as a bud tender. My day is literally brighter when I get to interact with her , 5 stars isn't enough she deserves 10 stars and a raise

You make an appointment, and it means nothing. Theres a line out the door and into the parking lot. They will accept walk-ins before you. You will wait at least an hour to be told they no longer have the product you reserved for your appointment and that you owe them more money than agreed upon for the order. They have no idea how to run an efficient business, it should not be complicated to put jars in bags and take money from people, but somehow this place cant handle that with what seems like 40 employees.This place does not value you as a customer. Do not give your money to people that treat you like this.And by the way, don't believe these fake 5 star reviews. The customer service isnt great and the bud especially isn't all that great. Curio has been fined for selling literal dumpster bud before.

*edited to add better review*I’ve gone back several times since writing this review, and I have been much, much happier with my visits here. Their new system is efficient, organized, and it makes sense from a customer standpoint. Even on 4/19 when the line was out the door, I still felt taken care of and prioritized as an online order customer. Thank you for making these changes, I appreciate coming here nowI appreciate this dispensary as it’s convenient in terms of location and deals, but other than that I don’t really enjoy coming here. The wait is always ridiculously long due to high volume of people coming here. I stopped placing pre-orders because it didn’t make a difference and I was still waiting as if I was a walk-in, even so my pre-orders were never bagged and ready when I did arrive. The last time I was here the front door was physically locked and people were just standing outside, only to find that the waiting room was virtually empty. Aside from medical patients, I legitimately don’t understand how they prioritize customers….numerous people who checked in after me will be called before me, and usually I’ve been waiting for quite some time when I start to notice that. It’s become the normal for every visit for me, and it’s just a little too stressful to deal with at this point. I’ve been to numerous dispensaries down in Baltimore and have always been called back in the order in which I checked in, even if the dispensary was packed.I will say though, that Tia is really nice and super vibrant and I love her energy!

The new system with segregated lines for medical, online, walk-ins is fantastic. Everyone there is always so pleasant and and happy. Appreciate the organization there now. Make so much more sense. Disregard reviewers that Bang them because they're too busy smdh. They had a problem with overcrowding and they fixed it.

Lennon was a powerhouse... there was some stuff not on the menu that he personally went and sought out for me to give me the best experience as possible. And the best deal for.my money. Half ounce 2 grams of carts for 118. You can't even get a half in some places for less than 125. You go boy thank you for saving my life this weekend!!!Add on denote hooked it up today 4/27/24!!!

Newest update. Tried to give them another chance. I’ve been back twice now since I started going to Aberdeen instead. Now the line is out the door and if you’re medical you’re waiting in that line til you’re checked in! Yes, afterwards, you’re prioritized. Really stinks I want to like coming here, but I just cannot. The stress isn’t worth it. Breathing down others necks while in waiting area is ridiculous. Too crammed. Why is no other dispensary I go to like this? I do notunderstand the issue!Update since nothing has changed I stopped coming here was a weekly spender of about $250 a week here. Aberdeen now gets my money..Been coming here over two years now. Never had issues with my orders til recently. Orders disappear off my account. Orders never filled in time or at all. It’s ridiculous anymore. I used to like coming here and now it’s just stressful! Please fix your system..

These guys struggled to meet demand after recreational use became legal in Maryland. Wait times were ridiculously long and the service was very lacking. I even stopped using them as a result. But they've done an amazing job staffing up and turning it around. Glad I gave them another visit. It was a fast in and out my last couple visits and the service is spot on. Great job guys! We got on the walk-in line with about 20 people ahead of us. One hour later and they had only taken 5 people in from the walk-in line. That's a long wait for mass-produced low-end product at unpredictable pricing. We talked to some regulars about ordering online in advance and were told that the pickup day is unpredictable. They said it's never ready the next day, but could be ready any day thereafter. If you fail to pick it up on that unpredictably chosen day, the order is canceled. We won't be returning to this store.

Sooo they ALMOST had it. I don’t understand how they can be this unorganized. They started separate lines for walk ins rec and medical and it WAS working. Then I come today and I came at 530 and still waited over 45 min to pick up. They check you in make you wait outside and then come back in to stand in line- again. If you need to walk in, stay home. It’s really simple 3 lines take medical first then all online orders - they should be packaged already because you get a text when it is… then walk ins…I promise it will work—what y’all have going on now ain’t it

This place was amazing. The wait can be a little long but it’s well worth it. I worked with Karen who was super knowledgeable and very helpful. After I was done shopping I had some car issues and half the staff came out to help! A great place with kind people.

The elkton location is such a wonderful place ,The line moves by quickly even with only 1 worker only working at a time !!!I came in on April 12 about 10am and had a woman named Kim and a woman named Amanda G they both are awesome !!!!( I’m pretty sure that’s her name - Kim )she gave nice complete very astonishing customer service & was completely wonderful !!!Thank you so much !!!!100% wonderful experience

Even though it was packed they moved through everyone quickly and in an orderly fashion. Everyone there is always so nice. The lady that helped me allowed me to add an item to my online order which I appreciated. Keep up the great work!

It’s the closest one to us. The staff members Nicholas, and Suzi are awesome. I don’t like the new line system, especially on days like 4/20. I had an online order, after the line separators, both walk in and online were fuzed together... my idea is to Maybe do a color buzzer style system? One for online, the other for walk ins. The lobby could be for medical patients; customers wouldn’t fear missing their turn in line. Just a thought.

My go to for my medical use. All the employees are very helpful & knowledgeable when it comes to the products-especially useful if an item is out of stock & you need a recommendation for something similar. There’s approximately 5 employees I really like having behind the register. Unfortunately I don’t know/remember all their names, except for one who I just recently had- shout out to Rhonda!!!for always making my experience pleasant, being patient while I shop for/ask my questions about/decide on what I want to purchase, & going the extra mile whether it’s searching the entire store to find an item or getting a manager to price match a product. She also gives great suggestions on items similar to the ones I purchased & I always make it a point to try them when available as I’m never disappointed!

Amazing and friendly staff. Tim was helpful with a last minute item I added to my online order at the register, and gave me an awesome recommendation based on what I said I was looking for. Love this place ❤️ expect a wait though because sometimes it can be super busy, sometimes it's not, it's hit or miss, but the line usually moves pretty quickly. well worth the wait.

Don’t matter what register this cutie is standing behind, don’t matter what day or time I gravitate to that elevation; his vibrant smile and curious mind knows what I want before I gotta speak, every single time I walk behind that door in slow motion, I look up and time stops but I try so hard to concentrate so that I don’t fall. Lennon knows their stuff! As a child of the 80s I've had some lettuce that's amazing and some that is only advertised as amazing. Well recently my trip to PharmKent was met with Lennon who listened to exactly what I was looking for and hooked it up! One of the best flowers I've had in a really long time! Well done!
