After looking around and comparing reviews and cost of several different dog training options we chose to go through PetSmart (Elkton) as it was the most affordable. We just finished the 6 week Beginner course with Trainer Cara, and we absolutely LOVE her! Not only did she cover the curriculum but she took the time to answer any and all questions a first time dog owner could think of. She was patient with the fact that I was also learning as well as my pup.I honestly cannot rave enough about her. If your looking for a wonderful training experience I highly suggest checking them out.

I visit this pet store often. The other day I pulled into the parking lot. I look to my left and the dog trainer is smoking weed in the parking lot. Be careful of who you trust with your dogs while training. Definitely wouldn’t trust that pet trainer with my dog.

This is a very nice pet store. I love buying their cat food for my cat. Many times when the food is set to expire in a few months, they give you a discount. It's still good. I love saving money.Also, my cat had a UTI and I found a supplement solution that is helping her tremendously. I love this store.

This store is amazing. The staff is genuinely knowledgeable and cares about the animals in the store and making sure owners (new or current) know how to care for their animals. We've done two rounds of training with a third planned and Cara the dog trainer is awesome. Highly recommend this store and the staff. Attached is our pup graduating puppy class 😊

I asked an associate to help me get a bag of kitty litter in the back of the shelf, because the one in the front, the vacuum seal was broken. She had a whole attitude for bothering her while she was putting her truck away. Next time I'll just climb and get it myself.

The girl that work there was very helpful trying to find the product I wanted. Even though she wasn't sure about how to answer the questions I had about the product she did go AND get her manager he was extremely helpful answered all my questions. I highly recommend this place for cat and dog supplies

I went in there to do a door dash 30 min before closing wed 3/8/23. The children there working just kept an eye on me to make sure I wasn’t stealing but couldn’t go out of their way to ask if I needed help finding anything (which I did) then they made a point to do a closing announcement (I was the only customer in the store) and I was waiting at the register to check out after I had searched every cat isle for the last product I needed. How about we do our jobs instead of stereotyping

Found what we needed but the cashier here, WOW we are disappointed. Unfortunately I didn't catch the name of the cashier but she had blue hair, glasses and a septum ring. So first, she didn't know how to do a discount for the people in front of us in line, they left disappointed. Next was us and she couldn't pull up our rewards account, so instead of calling a manager she threw her hands up and simply said she didn't know what was wrong, and that's ok, as a former cashier myself, I get it. But her attitude in general was horrendous. No "hi", no "goodbye" nothing really besides sarcasm and a bad attitude. I'll try Petco up the road next time.

Love PetSmart it's where we get all our cats food and get my mom's dogs groomed they knew exactly what my mom wanted and now her Yorkiepoo has Grinch feet 😂 my mom's loves how they look and the staff both in grooming and the store are amazing

We Love This place and it awsome but we usually come here for our fish or gecko and sure enough this time it was for a gecko but we wanted to buy some food for a gecko some crickets when we came to the place they changed how it looked we loved it. But they moved the cricket carrier we thought and so we tried to find if there were any crickets we asked the person and they were out of stock The people should really keep up their stock that's my only problem otherwise thank you
