This store needs upper management intervention ASAP! I visited this Ollie's location 2 days ago and was disgusted and frustrated with what I saw.The store was in total disarray. Many of the isles were unsafe for customers to walk through. The back of the store was even worse.The stock room is dangerous for store employees to work in. Boxes were stacked on pallets a mile high (no exaggeration) and the floor was littered with packaging material and who knows what else.Had I been the general manager of this location, I would've had the store completely closed to the public until the store was safe and clean to shop in.This store is a potential trip/slip/fall lawsuit. I am posting pictures for all to see. Shop here at your own risk if you dare.I will not shop in this location again until the store and management are back on track and in order.

(See new update below, February, 2024 with pictures)Upper management should be embarrassed, appalled at how dirty and unorganized this store is! Completely uninviting to the shopper. The entire floor needs a good wax job! It's dirty and unkept. Aisle after aisle throughout the entire store needs to be tidied up. A number of grass fertilizer bags up near the front of the store have been broken and the fertilizer is openly lying on the floor waiting for an unsuspecting customer to slip and fall. Various products are out-of-place and scattered everywhere (see picture below). Store management seems to be nonexistent at this location. I was at the Ollie's store in Lancaster, PA on Route 30 last week. It was night and day compared to this store in Elkton. Very sad! Hopefully, management will address these concerns and hire additional staff to make this a better place. In closing, the cashier was extremely pleasant and nice at the checkout.UPDATE (Feb. 2024)I revisited this store and found that it actually got worse!Very filthy and dirty. How can upper management be proud of this store? How can the manager be proud of this? See the new photos below. Who would want to shop here? A complete mess!

Been here multiple times and always full stocked up with items. We have purchased several rugs from this location and they have fitted perfectly where we placed them and no issues or damages on them. Not usually busy and great parking area. Employees have always been friendly and helped out. We definitely be back in the future for more.

First time I went to this Ollie's store. I was impressed. The outside was nicer than most, and the location was nicer. The store was clean, and seemed more organized. The cashier was very friendly and welcoming. The inventory was good, but considering it was just after Christmas the shelves were were somewhat empty, and racks a little messy.

This was my first time in this location and they didn't have anything I was looking for. Asked some of the staff for assistance and they acted like I was asking something absurd. There was one gentleman in the hardware department that was a lot of help which is why this store got 3 stars. Otherwise, it's a great store with great pricing if they have what you need though.

I always say a trip to Ollie’s is a treasure hunt. The stores all carry something a little different so you never know what you’re going to find. To me, it’s always worth a stop if you’re near one. I always manage to find something I use in this location. I visited a week after Christmas so they were still get themselves sorted out and reset for Spring. My biggest complaint about this location is the condition of the bathrooms. Find somewhere else to go before or after because you’re not going to want to use the one here.

As always, I love Ollies, but be careful....You will more than likely spend more than you planned to spend, when you see the varied items and the low prices. I went in for a flashlight which they were sold out of, and I ended up spending over $50 on items that I just could not pass up.

Good place, but the cashiers don't listen. I didn't want to round up to give to charity because I do my own charitable contributions. I didn't catch it till I got in my car. It wasn't much I know but it's the point. So be sure to check your receipts...

They have just about everything. Groceries, pet stuff, car stuff, pool supplies, tiles and carpet, kids toys and essentials, and the list goes on. Everything was reasonably priced from what I seen! I can't say much about customer service since I haven't needed it yet but so far im impressed!

Good bargains but very crowded and disorganized. Also I slipped and pulled my back on something that was spilled on the floor and when I told the clerk about it she just looked at me blindly and said ok.

I could spend all day going through stuff in this store. As with any store some deals are good and some are just ok. If they have what you need get it quick or it will be gone .

First time here and I am amazed at how many different types of items they have at this store we just came for a couple things but ended up grabbing a few other things... they abide byball covode standards and you are required to wear a mask when entering and shopping

Ollie’s in Dover DE good for delivery start receiving at 0700The one in Elkton MD takes forever ever no good,The one in Baltimore MD goes by appt and takes like 3 hrs no good.The one in towsond MD don’t do it they start receiving at 5pm.

Great bargain!! Some aisle sections are not in order and is messy. You really have to have patience to look through it til you have exhausted looking for what you are searching for. Basically items are not in order on shelves. Remember you will be charge for taxes since store is in MD.

Would have given it a 5 but when I asked if they had any luggage I was sent to a spot where there was none, walked the entire store and asked another employee who sent me to the same spot. When I returned to the front I asked again, was finally told "we may be out of luggage, but we have a truck coming in tomorrow may be some on it" both employees were very nice, just wished that the first one would have walked with me to where they thought it was instead of me wasting so much time. I did not buy anything went to just look at luggage and then was tired with walking the entire store a few times, to look at anything else, but I will go back in.

Lights are fixed. Shelves look better. Lots of items at a great price.Suggestions:• Book section is always a MESS and needs to be organized.• Floors are horrible. They need to be swept and mopped. Lots of tripping hazards!• Front doors barely work and dirty entryway that needs to be cleaned.• Front windows are dirty and need to be cleaned.
