I would suggest staying away from this CVS if at all possible. Poor customer service and seems to be always some kind of problem. Out of medicine, can’t get through on phone and store closed unexpectly

There is always something going on since I moved to Elkton MD and start refilling my prescription through CVS. I don't understand how the insurance pays for my prescription for the first two months and then it won't pay for some of it. Organizing customers prescription bags is a mess. They keep going back and forth and through bags to finally find my bag. I have 7 medications suppose to be refilled every month. But unfortunately they never refill it all together in one shot, I have to call two or three times to get everything. And finally I decided to switch to another pharmacy next refill because I am sick of this place.

I love the Staff they are caring, understanding, respectful, I have nothing but Positive to say.Hire more staff, I heard alot of people have tried to get a job there and they said something about you have to complete some type of survey or questionnaire or something and if it doesn't reach your expectations then you can't even fill out the application (I could be wrong) I forget I'll find out. Other then that it's awesome just not the wait till on phone or having a long line but the employees are awesome and are really caring and take there time with you and are quick to fill your prescriptions.

Be prepared to wait in line for half an hour to get your prescription. If the store decides not to close early that day

Worst pharmacy that I've ever had to deal with. They don't answer the phone and keep you on hold for a half hour more and they constantly mess up medication.
