During a recent bathroom remodel we visited the Home Depot in Edgewood. The manager and staff were incredibly helpful and the materials we ordered were either in stock or quickly delivered to our home. The customer service was outstanding!Below is completed bathroom picture and everything but the glass came from HD.

I refuse to leave a bad review for anyone, so I’ll just leave a positive review for this Home Depot and nothing for the one near me. I timed the drive to my nearest Home Depot. It takes me about 2 minutes. But I just pass it by to get to the Edgewood Home Depot. Though it’s a 20 minute drive, it’s worth it. Well stocked and employees with good work ethic make the difference. Edgewood Employees: “Oh no, does that mean we are drawing people from further away…so we’re causing an increase in carbon emissions?” Chill…my hybrid is mostly electric on that route.

Over the last year I have actually done out of my way to shop this location. Most of the staff is amazingly helpful. More than a few employees actually have knowledge beyond what's in the store to assist you with your projects

Millwork Shout out!!! Purchased a special order Masonite steel entry door and Anderson storm door with a Schlage Encode lock set. This was the result.Huge shout out to our installer Eric who was incredibly efficient and professional. I think my house is cleaner now than it was when he arrived. He cleaned up EVERYTHING! Also so many thanks to The Home Depot in Edgewood for their absolute professionalism from the start of the process with Annette and Jasmine scheduling our measure (hopefully I remembered their names correctly) to Caleb who took the time to make sure our order was exactly what we wanted and Matt for following up to make sure it was in the system and underway. I could not be happier with the finished product and we will be back for anything else we need going forward.

Ryan at the pro desk. Was a life saver. Knowledgeable and professional. Someone who finally cares about doing their job.I was jerked around by the aberdeen store. And no one could answer any questions or even know how to work a computer.Too bad there aren't more people who care about quality customer service....THANK YOU, RYAN!

Service is unbelievable. We left Lowes after an hour wait in line in the kitchen and appliance section. Went 5 minutes down the road to home Depot and was met by Lexie at the end of the isle. She guided us through our entire shopping ex1. In and out in 15 minutes. No line at the checkout. I love this store. And this is Saturday at noon!

So much better then the Home Depot in Bel Air, where most employees are rude and avoid to interact with customers.Go Home Depot Edgewood Team! I shop here everyday and have shopped at every single Home Depot in Baltimore and Harford county. This store is by far the most organized, well kept, and professional store. Other Home Depot’s in the area are always missing the product I’m looking for but Edgewood Home Depot always has it in stock. I know the store like the back of my hand. Bathroom is also always clean. I’m not sure why other Home Depot’s in my area don’t make their store as organized as this one. And if I could give this store more stars I would!

This Home Depot is great. Order online and they will bring it to your car. Great for people with bad back who need heavy items.Shopping inside is cool as well. HIGHLY KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF who will help you find anything you need! Always plenty of parking and lots of disability parking spaces and store is 100% ADA compliant.

This location isn't over busy and crowded which makes it easy to get into the parking lot. Once in you can take your time to shop and look without other shoppers getting in your way.

Walked in to buy a new washer and dryer around 6pm, waited around 15 minutes for help, then called the front to see if they could send someone back, waited 15 more minutes and ended up walking to the front to speak with a supervisor or manager (they wouldn’t get anyone) and older woman up front said they were “understaffed” or “helping someone else” when I walked to the front there was 4 employees standing there talking helping no one. No knock on the employees in their designated area, but don’t also make excuses that make no sense, this happens every time im in this location. Whoever is supposed to be in appliances lost out on a $2500 sale.

I came in to buy some lawn products today and I needed help but couldn't find anyone. It was around 7:30 a.m. so it wasn't like they were very busy. I finally ran into three employees and I had a simple question about one of the items I was going to buy. The young guy I asked said I can't help you now because he was helping another customer. Alright, I can understand that but what about the other two older guys who were just talking together? Here's when things get bad. He did help me to a point but he decided to mock me by telling me that I shouldn't get so upset and he wanted me to high-five him? I am going to find out this man's name and maybe I will have one of the local news agencies do a expose on him. I may not proof it was racism but he was a supreme jerk for sure! Not a nice place to shop for people of color!

They would not honor n online price. No one was even busy n still no help just turned away. The help number on the website is colonial Penn. tried it 3 times since it wouldn’t process my order. I will never buy anything here again. Good thing there is a lowes

This location is nice because it's not as busy as the one in Bel Air.It's also a smaller store and things are a little harder to find, I'd say you should use the Home Depots app to help you find what youre looking for.

I had a project I was going to attempt doing myself but was a little unsure of my capabilities. I saw a home depot employee and asked for help and boy did I get it. Explained in a way that made sense, so now I had the confidence I didn't have when entering the store.

I have been shopping at this Home Depot at Edgewood for five years as an African American veteran and have received nothing but the utmost professional service from all of the representatives there except for today. Purchasing a small item I went to the self-check area and waited for the representative whose name is Maria to finish talking with a customer. As a Veteran, it is best to let the cashier or sales rep know in advance that you are a Vet and be prepared to show them your identification in order to get the percentage discount, which I always use when shopping at Home Depot in-person. (You cannot receive a discount if shopping online). Once Maria was finished the customer, since I was standing in front of her with my wallet in hand with ID to show, I expected to let her know I was a Vet and needed assistance. When approaching a cashier, I let them know I'm a Vet, they ask to see my ID which I always have ready and they make an adjustment in the cash register and usually show me what my discount is. Then a Caucasian male approached her and abruptly she serviced him and explained he could use any register that was available. At this point I immediately felt disrespected because I was respectfully standing there waiting my turn. I then caught her eye and mentioned that I was a Vet and get a Veterans discount showing her my ID. Maria then states "bring it here let me see it" Her tone and mannerism was rude, arrogant and acted like I was lying about my ID. I asked her if she was going to make the adjustment so I could get my discount? she said "just scan it and someone will help you" Then she walked away saying nothing else. If I would have continued with my sale to checkout, the discount would not have been calculated without the cashiers entry. I waited for her to come back and realized she was not, and communicated with another cashier who I often work with. I explained to her that Maria told me to scan my item and someone would assist and the cashier said that is not the way it is handled and made her entry. Long story short, if this is how Maria will treat customers of color, she does not need to work at Home Depot or any other customer service entity. When I got home to make sure I had Maria's name correct, I called and was able to speak with Manager Bryan who agreed that was not the process for a Veterans Discount, apologized and his apology was accepted.

Had an amazing experience today at this home depot location never usually come to this place but was on my way home did not want to stop by our local home depot. I was in the garden center and had the best customer service ever I do not usually do this but the representative Nicole was amazing answer my questions in regards to landscaping my wife wanted to do not knowing she was new she did everything she could to answer my questions and point me in the location I needed . During these times its nice to see people with exeptional customer service and kept positive great experiace great job thank you .

This is the nicest Home Depot on the planet. I will drive far out of my way to come to this store. The employees are so friendly and happy and helpful. I really can't give the store enough praise. I never go online to make a review, but they deserve the 5 stars... wish I could give them 6 stars!!

This store never has anyone to help. It will say something is in stock and then when you get to the store hey don’t have anything. I once asked a lady in the tools to get me a sander out of the case and she was rude and obviously didn’t want to do anything at her job that day. Go to Lowe’s and save yourself the headache!

Pretty sure they were robbed while I was there. Sone of staff also makes you feel like a nuisance and uncomfortable. Other members go above and beyond
