Great store. All employees are very friendly and prices are reasonable. Kennedy in grooming is the best we have ever experienced - we get a new dog each bath. The prices, services, and quality for grooming is unbeatable. Highly recommend this location for all your pets needs.

Came in to give my muddy puppy a bath at a time when all of the self service stations were full. One of the groomers in training offered to do it for me right away. A little more expensive, but it took a lot of stress off me and my girl got an unexpected, and probably much needed groom. Very grateful for the time and for the kindness they showed us both.

I take my husky to be groomed here (bath, blow dry, brush out, nails, deshed package) and they are always really great! They always have her done and ready for pick up within a couple hours and communicate everything thoroughly. The member discounts are always worth it too!

I had the most pleasant experience at Pet Supplies Plus in their Edgewater store last night. I had recently changed our dog’s Science Diet food to a lower calorie choice but could not remember which one. I went to the counter where a young woman helped me by going into my account and telling me what type I had bought on my last trip. Then she walked to the dog food aisle with me, found the correct bag and put the 25-pounder in my cart. I was very impressed with her courtesy and willingness to help. I even had a coupon which was honored at the cashier. Great service from this young woman and excellent quality products at this store. Try PS+ for your pet!

After a terrible experience at PetSmart Annapolis, I was able to make a last minute appt with Kennedy at PSP. Kennedy was so kind and sweet with my little “wiggle worm” and the entire PSP staff was polite, helpful, and friendly.

I love this place for pet stuff. I'm really glad they stepped in and took over Pet Valu when they became Canada-only. They also have their own food brands that are healthful and not full of fillers, like PV did.I took a photo of the baths at this location since I realized not many people had, and I was in a position before of wanting to scope it out before coming in. In case you have a dog that is nervous or shy, you should be fine here. The walls around the baths are high, and have things stacked on them that make it harder to be 'stared at' while bathing your dog.Overall, I love this place. I also love that it seems a lot of LGBTQ+ people work here. It feels very welcoming whenever I'm here.

The grooming staff are awesome! They are professional, attentive, and have the patience needed to work with different temperment and breeds of dogs! Alliana made my Jameson and Remi look sooo handsome! We can see their eyes! and faces again.😅They are also reasonably priced.I recommend and will return.

I love this location of Pet Supplies Plus because of the people who work there! I love that they suggest me popular brands when I asked them. Also, I asked about popular toys, and they suggested messy but fun chess spread toys or less messy chews! Since it was for a present, I chose the less messy option! I also like the atmosphere there. It’s not in my way from home to work but I always go to that location because of the people who work there!!!!! The people make a difference <3

I hate to complain but my long haired husky was given a full grooming yesterday and i was surprised that it only took a little over an hour when it usually takes at least 2 hrs at other grooming establishments. Last night I found several huge mats of tangled fur under her neck and on back of her front legs. It took me almost 45 minutes to remove the matted fur and much crying on her part. I will continue to buy my supplies at this store but will not have my pet groomed here again. This groomer evidently needs more training.

Best prices on fancy feast for my kitties + they have live crickets which get pretty pricey when you have to buy over 5 dozen a week for an xtra hungry young bearded dragon but their a bit cheaper than petsmart

Great store because it close by being as there is no other pet stores in the area. Staff is not very friendly or willing to help much. Good products as far as food and treats and toys , limited leashes muzzles collar & harnesses. Decent sales .

I love this Pet Supplies Plus and the store on Bay Ridge Ave in Annapolis. The employees are always polite and professional. They are always very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend these 2 stores for your all your pets needs.

Very clean and friendly staff. We came to use the self dog wash and we will be coming back. Very clean bathing area that is well maintained. Our dog loved picking out all the treats after the bath too of course. :) We are glad we found you!

A great place to wash your own pups! They supply the tub, towels, shampoo and air dryers. No mess in the home! We left a snow globe of hair there.
