I don’t typically leave bad reviews as we are small business owners, but I was very unhappy with my experience here. I was trying to reach a blanket underneath and the gentleman working there saw me struggling because I was trying to grab without making the top ones fall all. I just had back surgery and I’m wearing a huge back brace stimulator. He saw me struggling without offering to help, even when they did fall on the floor which I picked up, but should’ve left. that’s number one— number two is they wouldn’t let me use the restroom. We are paying customers, not someone walking in off the street. poor customer service all the way around.

Easy place to shop, if you need help it's there, if not in stock they get it for you and if delivered from online I know it shortly there after. They have been very flexible with my winterization needs. Glad they are near.

It’s like pulling teeth to get help in person and on the phone. Call to be sure they have an item on the shelf and they tell me they don’t know that I’ll have to come down and look. They can’t look up parts like simple service items with an excuse of “we are just a smaller WM store”. Unhelpful and rude. Lost my business

The entire Easton West Marine Staff is extremely friendly and very helpful. Most, if not all, are knowledgeable boaters with years of experience. Even during the supply issues during COVID the staff was friendly, helpful, and willing to do deep inventory searches to find needed parts.

It's the worth West Marine store I have ever been to. The store almost empty and the manager ( Carl) it absolutely unhelpful. He just should not be in consumer service. He also stated I should check items online since it cheaper after he refused to help. I wish there would be other marine storenstore in theathe but will try to avoid this one for sure.

Mason's Restaurant is a highly refined,New York style establishment of a very high calibre. I spent the Valentine dinner hour 2018 having a delightful meal. A great meal ensued of Cauliflower puree,Bib lettuce salad with a fresh grapefruit vinaigrette and of course the Cod,perfectly prepared

My biggest problem is they more often than not, don't have items that I would think they'd stock religiously. "We can order it though" is not what you want to hear from a retail store

This store is always good . They are very helpful and go the extra mile to find what I need. . I'm in there a couple times a week . They have a large selection of items for all things water related .

They never have what we are looking for...a natural real sponge...rail clips for fenders...a sham to dry the boat....it is not like we were looking for something unique...3rd time we have tried to find something..will just order on line...cheaper and certainly easier

It's a West Marine; they sell what you need where you need it. Smallish selection, usually only one clerk (so no one to help you at your area) who is pleasant and varying degrees of knowledgeable.
