I picked up a grocery order on 4/15/24 and several items were missing and one of the items I received was out of date. They were accommodating about issuing a refund or offering a replacement, but this is not the first time something like this has happened. The last grocery pick up I did, I was missing a pack of chicken thighs. Getting a replacement rather than a refund is impossible because every time I go into the store, there’s so much expired produce. When I went into the store on 4/17 to get a replacement of fresh green bean, they had a sell by date of 4/8 and they were full of mold. I know they are short staffed, but I feel like food quality issues are unacceptable. The plus side of this store is that Weis is relatively cheaper than the surrounding grocery stores.

The folks here are the best. The place is always clean and working like a well oiled machine. Shelves are stocked and pulled forward. Extremely helpful and friendly in every department.

My father, child and I came into the store today around 4pm. When we were shopping we had decided to pick up some salmon, well there was no price so we took it up to the register when we were done shopping to get a price check and possibly purchase the item. We explained to the cashier that we wanted a price check because there was no listed price, she was more than accommodating and tried to scan it, however , the item was not coming up in the system. She was the ONLY cashier on a register and was looking for someone who could call a manager to the register to inform them of what was going on. She had called the name of a girl named Amber who at first did not answer he whatsoever, so she called her name again and all we heard was a loud shriek that I can only compare to a 4 year old throwing a tantrum with the words “I’M COMMMIINNNGGG” being screamed from customer service to the very last register by the produce. Amber has absolutely zero customer service skills and is incredibly disrespectful. Well the manager comes up and once they figured out the price I clarified that he was indeed a manager and then lodged a complaint against Amber for her absolutely disgusting behavior. She was helping an older man as we were completing our check out and I look over to see her rolling her eyes at the elderly man at self checkout and telling him not to touch his own groceries. Not sure if she has an issue with elderly people or just people in general but if she hates her job that much maybe she should find a new one. The manager assured me that this will be taking higher up, however, I want to insure that actually happens. Do better. Oh and our cashier Cathy was absolutely amazing and incredibly sweet. Hire more people like Cathy!!!! Less like Amber!

This is my new go to store as it is small and easy to get in and out. They have a good selection for a small store. They still have reasonable prices compared to ACME, Harris Teeter and Giant. I am not a grocery shopping fan, but I don't mind it here.

Full stocked shelves and large shopping isles for getting around the store. Staff was friendly and eager to assist with my shopping needs. Was looking for some shelf stable milk, employee told me where is was located, than took me exactly where it was located. Check out was quick, and convenient. Great store, respectful prices for anyone on a budget. Thanks

best prices on a full service grocery store in the area, friendly staff. Aldis is cheaper for many items, but they don't always have everything. Usually Weis has it.

Very clean and orderly grocery store. Plenty of products and produce.. They were fresh and reasonable in price ,compared to what things cost in today's world. Check out was quick. With plenty of cashiers. Also, the carts worked with out the wheels making noise, and they were clean also. I would love if they would build one in Salisbury.

The short lady with glasses on Sunday night on 4/23 racially profiled me & followed me around the store as I was shopping and kept harassing me while I was checking out because I had a lot of food. Eventually the lady started staring at me non stop and made a customer wait at the desk while making sure I didn’t “take anything”.

Funny smell throughout the store, very dark, seems out of date. I bought fresh baby carrots for my guinea pig, when I got home and opened the bag, all of the carrots were slimy. I had to throw the whole bag out, they were too gross to touch let alone feed to my piggie.

I called earlier today to see if the meat dept carried chicken livers. They have been extremely hard to find for the last 6 months. Spoke to a very nice and helpful meat dept employee named Sierra. I told her I was checking on the availability of livers at her store (I didn't want to make the 45 min trip to find out that they didn't have any in stock) and she told me she had some in stock. When I arrived at the store, Sierra helped me get what I needed and then said she could order me more in the future if I needed any. What a helpful young lady! I would definitely do my grocery shopping at this store if only I lived closer. Great experience today and good work, Sierra!!!

Bad enough it was pouring down rain and going in with leg in a boot, when I was going through the entrance to store I was literally ran over by a young fellow running into store. As I continued inside and towards customer service desk I noticed why the young fellow was running. He was late to work. He was punching in. I told him I didn't appreciate what he did. It didn't matter, he laughed and continued on. Anyway... I went to use bathroom before getting what I needed. All I will say is.... disgusting! Smelled like it has never been cleaned, just turned around and continued on. Went to produce to get basil. Everyone of the basil plants were half dead and not worth buying. I just left. Probably will never walk through their doors again. Too many other grocery stores nearby much cleaner and better choices.

Nice staff. Good looking produce with an okay selection. Yummy bakery and deli selections. Good mainstream selection with most products have a store brand available. Prices are not as cheap as some other places (aka Wally world) but are not outrageous. Place looks clean and has restroom for customers.

I went to Wei’s and was trying to get lunch meat and I wanted it fresh sliced I was told they don’t slice it unless it’s not in the pre slice bin witch is always bad because it’s not cooled properly.twice this happened but I wanted to still come and shop but the cart guy told me to park my bike with grocery’s in it out by the carts witch then caused me to tell him who was he to tell me where to put my bike but I’m definitely over coming here acme it is for my family💯.hire people that know what there doing sheesh

I'm thinking this place has a boss who is not a good boss. I pasted no less than 11 employees and not a single one made eye contact, not a single smile, and 1 cashier who was working at the checkout at the 12 or less lane. It was not a pleasant experience except for the cashier, Morgan. Who smiled, apologized, and did a awesome job of packing my groceries. The place needs new management and boss

Haven't been there for awhile and the last time I was there was a lot to be desired. Pleasantly surprised today. The store was immaculate and well stocked. The aisle signs accurately advised what items could be found. I will be back for sure.

It's a decent grocery store. Nice, helpful employees. Produce section was pretty good. The meat dept. was stocked ok. Not as many bare shelves as some other stores around (thanks joe biden) and the prices are way too high, (again, thanks joe!). All & all not a bad store.

Friday , December 23...9.45 am - arrived at parking lot and looking for parking space when the man working outside returning shopping carts started cussing and yelling for me to move my car...l was not at all in his way and don't appreciate getting cussed out when I'm preparing to go inside and spend my hard earned money

This Weis has decent prices and good sales, but there are several down sides. The produce department is terrible, in both selection and quality. The aisle layout is unfortunate, and the frozen foods section is always a wreck. But the worst part is the service... The manager is awful. Unhelpful, unfriendly, and rude. The checkout lanes are never fully staffed, the cashiers slow and unfriendly, and no one can properly bag anything. Also, from the caretaker of a disabled person, the staff needs training in assisting those with disabilities and the store needs new motorized carts. Badly. I only shop here if absolutely necessary.

Didn't realize Easton has a Weis (haven't been home since 2019). Stopped in on a snowy night to grab some necessities.Staff was super friendly and helpful. Layout really logical. Easy to find anything.Following COVID protocols even without a mandate.

I had never shopped here before and the only reason I went there was because I had a gift card but it was very clean and organized and the produce was fresh and amazing. I also like the fact that there was no shortage of clerks and stock people to assist me because I was stumbling around the store not knowing where anything was and right away when they noticed I was feeling lost they approached me and asked me could they help me find anything could they help me reach something and I really appreciated that.

If you need customer service, everyone was helpful. Specifically Zach at customer service. Patient, understanding, and positive he was. I'd rate the CS at a 10. Prices were accommodating, everything was fresh and not out of date. Even the milk was seemingly brought in today. Loved the visit. Thanx Zach

This is the worst grocery store in Easton. They do not staff enough people on the registers, the produce department is horrible (ALWAYS check to make sure there is no mold) I've gotten far too many items here that are moldy. Check the dates on your stuff as well. I only go here due to convenience. Some of the employees are fantastic which is why it isn't a one star.

Staff was exceedingly pleasant and helpful. Qhen shopping and an employee walked by, she or he asked if we needed assistance in any way. We are from out of state, but the store honored all the special discounts, which included a number of 2 for 1 deals. Good place.
