I find Target to be perfect for any of my shopping needs. They offer a wide selection of products, and I have never walked into a Target store without finding what I needed. Compared to many other retail stores that use mobile apps, Target has one of the better apps. The app works seamlessly and shows you what is or isn't in stock and the aisle where the product is located, which is very helpful.However, my only complaint does not involve my experience as a customer. Instead, it is regarding the condition of the staff. When I hear the managers speak to their staff, through their walkie-talkies or even face to face, they always seem to have a degrading tone towards anyone they talk to. I could be completely wrong, but big corporations are not notorious for viewing their staff as anything more than a means to their paychecks.Regardless, my needs as a shopper are usually met. There may be slight inconveniences here and there, but every place could be better. It would be helpful to see the self-checkouts remain open or increase the number of cashiers working. The idea of reducing theft is excellent; however, if this is a concern, don't allow customers to steal up to a certain amount while you build a case. Doing this shows that there is a limit on how much one can steal and receive no repercussions.

Gave my mother harsh issues regarding buying something. She decides to buys it online, yet must leave for 2 hours and pick it up later. We are now being told it was sold to somebody else, even though we had the items in our cart and paid for. We were not allowed to take the items. Very disrespectful and inconsiderate to customers. Also, they are very ugly.

This had all of the classic things that Targets have. There was a bit smaller selection of home stuff but I could still get everything I needed. Would definitely recommend if you need to pick up a few groceries because they have a vast selection.

If you come here at certain times, expect to wait in line. Shelf checkout lines are closed and only 2 registers open. Employee said SCO lines open at 10 am, it was past 10am. From what ive read on reddit, it's target forcing metrics for SCO to be under 50%. So inconveniencing customers is fine with them as long as numbers look good...

Employees are great but the wait time at customer relations whether you wanna pick up an order or return some thing is ridiculous. They always have only one person working there which is ridiculous because they have to do so much. They have to go get the orders bring it back bring something ring up or return. It’s too much to do with just one person, and then it becomes an extremely long line and wait time

Email order ready for pickup, get there no order ready. After standing there 10 min I knew. The associate actually went out to shop for my order. I was in this store an hour waiting.

Great value for housewares, food, clothes, seasonal stuff, in a bright, immaculate, well organized store. Staff helpful, cheerful,and courteous--but not enough of them for checking out, alas. P.S. The lack of staff is especially evident in the pharmacy.

I try to do in store shopping as much as possible, but on days I can't I use their drive up option. I'm never disappointed. They always get my order correct! If there's an item on my list that's unavailable, they immediately ask if I want to substitute it for a similar item or if I'd rather have a refund. They don't just take it upon themselves.

As soon as you walk in there were carts blocking the front door which is a fire and safety hazard. Then when you walk into the front lobby area the lady that was stocking shells just rolled her eyes and pretty much growled. Not one staff member was willing to help they all walked away if you try to ask a question and they were playing on their phones. This store showed total disrespect as soon as you walked in the door and then got worse as you were ready to leave. As I went to check out the only thing open was a few self checkouts and they watch you like you’re going to steal something and make you feel very uncomfortable. I needed to get more items than what I did by I felt so disrespected and uncomfortable in this store that I had to get out. I can understand if workers are on their phone to find a product or they’re on lunch but they were on their phone stocking shelves playing games and one was throwing items in the grocery aisle on shelves blaring to music. Where was the manager for any of this I know that there Hass to be certain managers at a store like this at the time that I was there and there was a new manager clear there or if there was they don’t care how the store or staff act or look. The store layout is way too confusing and it’s frustrating to the point you just want to go to a different store and find what you need. This store has gone downhill within the last year I do not know for sure but I was told it’s under a new manager and I am guessing that is the reason I was told that this new manager name is Maggie and each time I go to the store in the last year I get more and more disappointed with the disrespect from the employees and how dirty the store is this manager needs to be checked out, The store was never like this before this new manager came.

We mostly go here for the CVS inside. We have bought some things here but some of the prices seem high. My daughter loves the cake pops from Starbucks.

This Target is nice and clean. The interior and exterior both looked very nice. There were adorable Bullseye dog displays throughout. The store is fully stocked and has a Starbucks and popcorn machine in it. Self checkout options are available as well as traditional checkout. I had a great shopping experience overall.

I go to this target all the time and the other day I decided to try in store pick up. I had 4 items a tank top, lingerie wash bag, tooth brush, and mascara. I got an email saying that the order was ready a minute later I got an email saying the wash bag and tank top were out of stock. When before I ordered them they were not, when I went to go get my order I went to where the tank top was and it was in fact not out of stock there was multiple in the same size I ordered. Same with the wash bag there was 4 on the rack , both items were exactly where the apps said they would be, not out of stock. Good thing I went and looked for myself.

I like this store, though yesterday at around 0800 pm the lines at checkout were horrific - appar only two people working them. I would like to thank my checkout person, Dianne, whom I have never met before, for her efficiency and sense of humor in the face of so much work and of some not entirely happy customers! Thank you, Dianne - you by yourself are a 5-star!

The service at target is excellent. Had a return on an item that was no longer carried in the store. The customer service person apologized and gave me a gift card. I have been shopping target regularly since October when I stopped shopping at Wal-Mart because of poor service and policies on returns. Target has been a great experience and is a cleaner better managed business with very competitive prices, better service and truly values your business.

Got a bad review for one of my favorite stores. Had all the wifi extenders on the self for 59.99 but when I got to the register it came up 109.99. Talked to the acting manager and he would not honor it. Definitely bad customer service. Try again. Now that also don't take coupons that are attached to there own items.

The customer service of every employee I came in contact with was absolutely amazing. They were all very helpful, and friendly. Some employees even just said hello as they were passing shoppers. Everyone was greeted with a kind welcome. The store itself was very clean, organized and well stocked. I love this target and wish I lived closer so it would be the main target I visit.

This target is smaller than some other targets but has almost everything you could ever want from target. There is a Starbucks inside which is amazing. The employees are incredible! Always so helpful and so nice. I use the curbside pickup option when shopping sometimes and they are so great at running it.

Very clean building. Staff is knowledgeable about there products. Everyone is willing to help you. Love the drive up pick up orders. May pay more at checkout on some items, but its worth it, in my opinion of course.

Love love this store . Can't say enough about this store . Customer service is always there for you . Handicapped ♿ chairs are available and staff assistance is ther for you. Great variety ( books , music , movies , food ! , clothes, etc, and etc.) I just love going to this store . My friends know that I will spend hours when I go to this place of wonderful things . So I say to you , GO and enjoy ,treat yourself to a wonderful adventure .

Sometimes I am in a hurry and decide to go through the self checkout line. I found that the female employee assisting me today was beyond friendly, accommodating, and was able to answer coupon questions, as well as how to ring through a Target gift card that I received from a Gain laundry detergent purchase. Great Customer Service!!!!
