Amazing customer service! They worked with me to make sure my print order was delivered in a timely manner when the paper we needed wasn't in store. Can't thank the whole team enough for their transparency and ability to find a quick solution. The result is great, will be back!

Well supplied with office supplies. Checkout was a little clunky as had to check out at the print/shipping desk. The registers were closed.

I was looking for a printer cartridge and could not seem to find the specific one I needed. There is one employee in the store working in the copy center on the other side of the store with people waiting. Zero help…. Don’t waste your time here. Order it from Amazon

Would give no stars if possible! This place was actually one of my first jobs as a teenager. I came here expecting things to be similar to when I worked there. My biggest issue was with the tech department. I took my laptop In because it was very slow and was pretty much unusable. Paid $200 for services and an antivirus program. Turned my computer on two weeks later, to do a college assignment and no changes. Called and was told it was most likely my home router. Come to find out after taking it to a local computer guy; the driver was bad and I needed a new part. I’m out hundreds of dollars after their mistake. Just avoid them go to a local computer company. Next, the printing department is no help. Everything is self service. Went up to ask for assistance and was turned back to use the self service. I know for a fact because I worked there, that they could turn my card into a printed copy with one button; and for a lot less then the $10.00 for the self service. Just no help. Will not return for anything.

Forgot to ask his name but had such a sweet cashier, he definitely deserves a raise he was working the first register on 11/09/23 at 9am and if staples gives raises he deserves one! I hope the hiring manager sees my review and takes that in to their consideration

I’m leaving a review for this staples in Easton, cause it was not long ago, it was not my favorite place to visit, but until recently I had a Dilemma, my mother past away and I was the only person to do all the arrangements. I met Jay Miller who knew exactly what I needed, although I was not exactly right cause the situation was so sudden, I needed to have the program with pictures and the the story of my mother life . Mr. Miller jumped right in to help me, as well as deal with his co workers ( multi tasking) and even help me get Large picture of my mother to sit by her cremation urn for all to pay there respect. Although this took place back in June , I was consumed with life and had forgotten to leave a review. I wish more young ppl today is as responsible and helpful, Genuinely ,and not because it’s a 9-5Again I had the opportunity to meet with jay again on a project for my father in law , with his tech ready skills he was able to help me get a photo of my phone to his printer. He even helped my father in law who is 82 yrs old , he is patient, educated and professional , this makes staple a place to go visitI wish him all the best we are greatly appreciated of Jay MillerThanks you

I came into today to print and scan some very important work documents. The young lady Shannan was awesome and great.I want you all to know You all have great multi-tasker. She ran the cashier line and also helped people print. I saw her in my section I asked for help, and she assisted me with no hesitation, and then went back to help the cashier line. Customer service is everything, bless her for her hard work.

Was having an issue scanning a sensitive document and Victoria saw that I was struggling, stopped what she was doing with a line (I had been there awhile and felt embarrassed to ask for help) and fixed it. Not only that, she said when you can please let me know it went to your email and gave me her contact info. I emailed her when I got back to my home office and she replied immediately. I was having a terrible work day and I let her know her kindness made my day.

Every time I go in I receive the best customer service. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable about whatever I'm inquiring about and I really appreciate that. The manager that helped me yesterday went above and beyond and he had a great personality. Having a good leader may be why I have such a great experience at that store everytime I go in.

The Print shop manager is knowledgeable & proficient in various services. Whomever they had at the print shop last night struggled to perform basic services & locate emails quickly. There is a search function & apparently this person did not know this & appeared overwhelmed with very little.

Not the best place for service. Some of the salespeople are very knowledgeable while others are only trying to get a big sale. The last time I used the shipping service the person was rude and didn't want to be there let alone deal with the public. They need to really deal with their people skills. We do most shopping online rather than go into the store but at least this store is fairly close if I need to pick up something quick.

The Staples in Easton Rocks!! I was in Easton for work a couple of months ago. The folks in the printing and marketing department, the managers and the cashiers - they all care about what you need and really take care of you! A Huge shout out to Victoria, Janine and Rick in the printing department!! I left something in the copier but didn't realize it until more than a month later and they still had it!! Then I still had a longer delay in getting back there to pick it up .. they all communicated with one another and went above and beyond to help me!! Thank Youuuu Rick, Janine and Victoria!! Thank you, Staples Easton!! I really appreciate how you take care of your customers!!

My experience was not at all good. I needed a poster for anniversary party and Staples did not tell me they could not do it. Had I known I would have made other arrangements. But I didn't know they couldn't do it until about an hour before the party. The only reason I found out is because I went to pick it up. Then was told they couldn't do it. I was very dissatisfied with their service.

If it were possible to give negative stars for the tech support, I would do it. The tech support was terrible and dishonest. My mother went to have her PC checked out, she was told that it needed a motherboard and that would cost more than a new PC and then proceeded to sell her a $300 refurbished laptop that barely worked.The $70 'data backup' was about as thorough as making a copy of the Documents folder and they offered no support to get the data back on her original PC (which they had already wiped) when she returned the laptop.End result, no computer, no data back up, and a lot of time wasted.

9/8/16 I asked Eric in Tech Support for help with my new Acer PC. I was having trouble connecting to my old printer and as well, installing Google Chrome. He was wonderful---so helpful, patient and courteous. I am immensely grateful. He was helping another customer at the same time, and that customer left saying, "You've made my day!" Having been a Staples business customer for 15+ years at other locations, this has to be one of the worst in their operation. Obvious lack of training, zero customer service or customer advocacy of any kind. It is poorly staffed, poorly managed, lines everywhere at the Print Center and Cashier stations. Lack of knowledge or understanding of their products. No one gives a concern. Aside from high prices, hard to figure out how they keep this store in operation ... no competition I guess!

They said they had everything I needed in stock so I went. They lied. They also lied about having clean carts inside. Complete waste of time. When you are high risk, these ethics just seem cruel. Will not shop this store again.

I have called several time in the past to get passed on to someone else.... wait..... have someone else transfer me..... wait...... then the phone goes to dial tone.The last time I was there, the line was backed up and there was only one person on the register. The manager came out and looked at the line then the person on the register and said he was going to the bank and then to lunch... what the what? I walked out.

There must have been a change of Management 3 or so years ago...If there was a way to give this location a negative star rating, I would.Absolutely terrible across the board.If you need a staples, go across the bridge to Annapolis.The Annapolis location gets a 5 star, thumbs-up rating...!

It seems they hire anyone to work at Staples. The majority of the time, im educating the employees about what i need. whether it be thermal paste or a circuit board, im usually receiving blank stares. Along with the long lines or no cashiers shopping here is a a chore.

I am done with this place. 20 minutes while copy girl is on the phone not head set, waiting on some man trying to make or send a poster you would of thought she would called for assistance, but I guess that would of been difficult as well. Not the first time this has happened.

Was at the store in easton on April 21, horrible horrible, asked for help and waited for 30mins, asked the girls also in the photo area which were all talking on there phones, then they tell me the3rd not allowed to move from that area. Had 1 man there working. Never ever again and I will spread the news how horrible customer service is there.

I waited in line for 20 minutes to ship a box with 1 person in front of me. The 2 incompetent people helping couldn't figure out how to ship her box. I finally left. I do not reccomend.
