The tech, Mike Banks, was awesome. He thoroughly explained everything he was doing and why. Upon finding two small leaks, he went to work repairing the situation, not only addressing the two areas of concern, but checking and securing all connections to the furnace. We feel much safer knowing that all connections have been refitted and tested. Thank you.

Propane tank installed too deep, then too shallow but Sharpworkers tried to hide that fact by making a huge mound of dirt around the top of the tank. Both times the landscaping was left a mess which we had to deal with not once , but twice. We were told that they would fix the landscaping but after a few weeks no one has shown up. All around sloppy workmanship installing the gas lines. The gentleman who filled our tank deserves 5 stars since he noticed that the tank was installed improperly the first time.

Sharp generally provides good service at a fair price. However, when they came to replace my gas cylinder they arrived earlier than planned, did not notify me they had arrived, and not locate the cylinder where I wanted.

Could not get gas heater pilot light in greenhouse to stay lit. Mike gave me a tip to try, it worked and saved us a service call. He and his staff have always been very responsive.

Serive was great over all except workman wore his boots in my house without shoe covers. He drug mulberries all over my carpet. Spent two hours trying to get purple stains out of my carpet. He did asked if I had something to wipe it up with but I told him not to bother because it would just make it worse.Highly recommend workers be required to put on shoe covers if coming in a house.

Jordan was excellent. He had to come to my house a couple of times. Because I did not have all of the correct things that I needed from Lowes. He was very patient. He shared with me his phone number. And kept in contact with me via text when he was on the way. I rate him the highest rating possible.thanks for having Jordan on your team.

Jordan Gray was so helpful and answered all our questions. He performed a leak check as well as other tests to make sure our equipment is safe and in good working order. We have never had propane before so we had lots of questions especially with owning our own tank. Jordan was on time and very thorough. We had a determined there was a gas leak near the regulator on our gas line. We called Sharp first thing in the morning and there was someone at the house, within 30 minutes. The technician replaced our leaking shutoff valve and 2nd stage regulator. Checked for leaks, no leaks found.We had a very good experience with Sharp, from the first call, to the completion of the job. The technician was very knowledgeable and the leak was fixed in less then 30 mins.
