It's a captive market for aquarium fish in the Eastern Shore of Maryland. I went there because I had no choice. I dealt with the young lady in the dish department, and she was abrupt and argumentative in front of other customers. I was trying to replace a couple algae eaters that were too juvenile to survive. I just wanted to replace the fish. I have medical issues that make getting to Easton difficult. She told me she wouldn't replace the fish, but could buy new ones. It just wasn't something I could do in a small budget. I wasn't asking for the moon. Just to get 'items' I bought in good faith. It just really turned me off. I work in customer service and would be called out for that response. It just rubbed me wrong. There needs to be some competition.

So far so good. Every time I go here they have everything I am looking for, the staff is very friendly and helpful and the product is good quality. Will absolutely go back and would recommend to anyone that has pets.

Nice place, but not much on a variety of fish. Other stuff for aquariums they had plenty. Service was good, staff was very helpful and I did find what I was looking for.

Everyone here is so sweet and ready to help with just about anything. When I had a issue with my fish tank, they actually did research to figure out the problem. The next time they saw me they practically ran up to tell me the solution. Absolutely amazing customer service.

Staff is always helpful and nice. Been several times and never had an issue. Once I called to find a part for my turtle filter, the associate was in the aisles trying to find it and read the label to me to ensure it was the correct piece. Was very patience and genuinely wanted to help me. Just left the store again with a rescue and the person at the register was awesome and was helping pick out a name 💛 Overall great employees make a store great

Unfortunately due to inflation I left empty handed after seeing some of the price increases (no fault to the employees of course), but regardless, this store is very well kept & the employees are friendly and helpful. There’s a nice clearance section in the back, too!

I like PetSmart and many of the employees are helpful but this time they sold me a fish fully covered in ich which I didn't see in the bag so now despite spending way too much treating them, my whole tank is dying.

PetSmart is a candy land for pets. And it is great for a socialized dog to visit. The treats are on the lower bins so your dog can pick out his favorite. The best part is their Return Policy. When my dog did not care for the treats I bought him I could return an opened bag for a full refund. Great Customer service and reasonable prices.

I love this petsmart almost as much as I love the one I frequent in Florida. GREAT stock in each department and very clean. I wish that they could keep more Nulo wet packets for dogs in stock, but I think that is more in the distribution side and shipping issues than anything the store is doing. If you can't find what you need here I would be super surprised.

I go here mostly for the live fish selection because it's the only option within many miles, and unfortunately the care seems to have gone downhill. Many tanks have algal infestations, most tanks have one or more dead fish, and sometimes there are only a few species available. At least the prices are reasonable.

The staff who let you hold the guinea pigs are dope, except the one lady who asked me, "Are you even planning on buying one?" This is a great PetSmart! Very clean and the shelves are well stocked with all the pet supplies you need. They have a good selection of birds at this location as well. I highly recommend this store for all your pet needs.

Wouldnt get get groomed there ever again after having problems in the past cutting my dogs eye lid and ear. But as far as the sales floor goes fast paced workplace. Hardly ever a long line. And when there is a line they dont last long. Have all your pet needs. The pet toys although are good quality but very expensive. Workers are very nice. Always have the shelves stocked. But overall a great place to shop at. ...................................................... ....

I know everyone is trying to adjust to the new COVID thing. Emily was great with Maggie and the explanation of having to take every collar and harness off of your dog before they were allowed to take them for grooming. The girl with the blue hair on the other hand had a huge attitude stared me up and down the entire time while I was there. I even went back to give Emily something extra for being so great with my baby and while walking back the girl with the blue hair would not take her eyes off of me. If working with the public you shouldn’t come to work with an attitude.
