Store is always clean and we'll stocked. Staff has always been super friendly. They also have an area where you may wash your furry family member! The selection of food is very good. They have some lesser known brands that are harder to find locally.

Pet Valu at Easton is by far one of the best pet stores I've encountered. Joseph is so nice, knowledgeable and is always willing to help answer any questions that I have. It's also clean, we'll kept and the rest of the staff is super friendly as well. You can tell they really care about all of the animals and fish they have. This location and Graceland should be the stores that the rest should be modeled after. I will come here time and time again based on the customer service I've received at these locations.

I’ve visited this shop a few times and found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The store is full of everything you need for your dog, cat, fish, lizard with wide aisles for easy shopping. And with some unique products I’ve never seen before, even in giant chains like Petsmart. I bathe my dogs there in the fabulous elevated tubs, complete with hot water, soap and towels. This is a store worth supporting!

Love the dog baths you can wash your own pet in for 5 bucks, but alot of good products are overpriced. If you want organic digfood it's much cheaper to make yourself and freeze part so you pull out as needed. Here you'll need to rob a bank to afford to feed your pet organic all year. But toys and treats are fairly priced

Without a doubt the BEST place to self wash your dog! Walk your dog into the deep tub. They provide everything: an apron, different shampoos, all the towels you’ll ever need and a blow dryer right there. Oh, and the price........$10!!! And, if that wasn’t enough, after you’ve gone there six times, the seventh is FREE! One visit at the other place across town is a minimum of $38. This place is a no brainer. I don’t mind doing it myself at all. We have self check out at the grocery store and other places it’s about time we had a do it yourself when it came to doggy bathing without costing a fortune or clogging up our drains at home with doggy fur! This is the place to go.

Paws downs ours favorite Pet Store. Nala gets so excited when we pull into the parking lot! The bathing area is the BEST! The case of decorated iced cookies are definitely my girl’s favorite 😄

A little pricey, but all pet stores are. Better value than most. Great deals in clearance most everytime I go in. They carry Primal Goat Milk. Staff is friendly. Get a rewards card!

They take horrible care of the animals there. The axolotl tank is overcrowded, warm (they have to have their water under 68 degrees) and it is bright green. A lot of the axolotls are missing limbs and chucks out of their body. Not to mention that they are extremely skinny and not being fed the proper type of food. Also, there is a bunny in a 10gal fish tank. The bunny is too large for the tank and cannot even move around.
