Pet Health Clinic was highly recommended to us by several people after we learned the veterinarian we had used for nearly a lifetime was retiring. It was frightening to find someone who was friendly, welcoming, and kind with our fur babies. We found all that and more at Animal Pet Clinic. Everyone here is amazing. We felt right at home with the first phone call, and the experience just got better when we visited. Everyone was genuinely engaged with our dog and listened to our concerns and experiences. The exam she received as a new client to the office was thorough and complete. The doctor was masterful in getting her cooperation while still letting her be playful and curious. They helped with appropriate recommendations for medications and future vaccinations. It was wonderful. We came away feeling confident that the recommendations from friends were accurate. We're relieved that we have found our new veterinarian practice.

Brought my cat Penny in for routine vaccines and it was our first time here. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They did great with Penny and had us in and out quick. They also have a good variety of pet food, treats, etc. I’d definitely recommend and will use them again in the future.

Dr. Andrews and her amazing staff are so friendly and awesome! They explain everything so well and so that you understand what’s happening. They literally saved my best friend yesterday by removing a ruptured tumor on her spleen. I’m so thankful to have them in our community! Highly recommended

Of course losing a fur child is something we all never want to happen but unfortunately it does. It was hard since her illness seemed to be short and then we found out she had serious issues. Dr. Andrews and the awesome staff were truly caring and compassionate during this rough time. Baby passed. My one regret was I wished I had a foot print of her because she had the smallest feet for such a large kitty. A few days passed and I received the best surprise, a lovely sympathy card and inside a paw print with Baby's name on it, wow was I feeling blessed. The clinic was very supportive, kept in touch during treatment and and absolutely care. Thank you for all your help and kindness.

Great docs that took the time to explain what was happening, good prices, large variety of pet supplies. I would and have recommended them. :-)I just had to have my pet put down. Dr Andrews was very considerate and explained what was going to happen ahead of time. The only concern I had was the price of having him "disposed of". I had another pet cremated there about a year ago and it cost $35. This time it was $75. But she was very compassionate during the whole process.

I brought my sick cat in for help. He got very sick very fast when I came in I told them I didn't have a lot of money bur could definitely do payments I was told ok there are options if need be. They then looked at my cat took his temp which was 105. I asked if they where concerned about that Dr Andrew's told me no cats Temps run high. They gave my cat fluids and a shot told me what he had was common for cats and sent me home. I was out of there office in 30 mins. By 6pm that night my cat died when I called to tell Dr. Andrew's she simply told me my cat was very sick. Well that's not what I was told on Saturday I feel like because I didn't have hundreds of dollars right then and there then then my cats life didn't matter. I will not be going back I will find another vet and I plan to get pet insurance because I don't ever want to have another fur baby die in my arms and know there's nothing I can do for them

If I could give this place a negative review I would. The vet said she had experience with a particular condition that animals can get and yet she still misdiagnosed our kitten which has led to two others in our house getting it. She treated the issue as allergies when in fact was something much worse. We also always felt rushed over the past couple of years at appointments. I would not recommend this facility.

Took my 12 week old lab here for the 1st time on Friday. I was extremely impressed with the staff. They were all so friendly and caring and made us feel comfortable. They are priced very reasonably as well. The thing that really stuck out was they called Saturday morning to check on the puppy after he received shots the day before. This was a really nice, personal touch that meant a lot.

Definitely the best vet and vet center in town. Dr. Andrews saved my dog's life a few weeks ago! My family and I appreciate this clinic more than its employees will ever know.I want to take the best possible care of my pets, but I have to be able to afford to make that happen. At Pet Health Clinic, I've been able to do this, and will definitely continue.

Very satisfied with the care given to two of our dogs while here; a 1-yr old puppy and a 14-yr old senior. Very friendly staff, very little wait, reasonably affordable (especially considering the vaccine clinic pricing), very easy to communicate pet and treatment concerns with the Dr. The vet techs working the check-out area are also a great resource in terms of discussing nutritional/pet food recommendations for our dogs. I particularly appreciated the time taken to follow-up on our dogs, via a phone call, the day following their routine vaccinations. I would definitely recommend their services.

I was referred by two people who said that Pet Health Clinic was the best Vet to go to. I couldn't agree more. The clinic was very clean and neat. The vet techs were very informative, friendly and helpful. Dr. Jones was very knowledgeable and treated my dog very well. He spent time answering my questions and the vet tech that I had was really nice and helped me find the best dog food available to help Cooper maintain a healthy weight. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone looking for the best care at a reasonable price. I was highly satisfied with my experience!

I took my 5 cats and 2 dogs to Dr. Andrews for years. She was always gentle and caring with my pets, thorough with the examinations and in her explanations to me of any problems. I trusted her completely. So much so that when I moved to Colorado I called back home to her in Maryland because I just wasn't sure about the vet I found out here. I wasn't getting that secure feeling with info I was getting. I've had pets all my life; Dr. Andrews is the best. She takes the time and the care you want for your best 4-legged friends.

I have had very excellent experiences. I had one experience that I didn't like. Once I spoke to Dr. Andrews I had both sides of the situation. I appreciated the follow-up. You can't go wrong! This is the only Vet & Groomer Guinness goes to; the Doctors and staff are very informative professional and friendly. You won't want to take your pet anywhere else once you check in and have the great experience and your pet will thank you for making the right choice for him or her.

Don't let the five stars fool you. My dog Morpheus has been seen by Dr. Andrew's a handful of times when I first moved to the area. After the first few times I visited for appointments I realized a condescending attitude from some staff members. At first I blew it off like everyone has a bad day, but as I continued taking Morpheus since I paid some crazy first visit fee it never stopped just got worse. One time Dr. Andrew's was supposed to see my dog for an appointment, but instead she sent in another doctor I've never met. I don't think anybody should be talked to like they are less than, as a black man and small business owner, entrepreneur I don't entertain. Today they turned my dying 13 year old dog away for being late to an appointment, and because I was having a bad day I later was told never to come there again. I apologized and stayed calm but to add insult to injury one of the staff members threatened to call the cops on me.. Due to covid most of these rural area vets are not accepting new patients and they know this and I was given no recommendations from Dr. Andrew's for other vets. Thanks but I want a vet that cares about my pet and not the bottom line.

The clinic promised service. They explained they only have one vet now. When it came time for the services promised they could not fo it. They said I could schedule an appointment a month out and have to then charge more because they'd have to put my pet under anesthesia to perform a simple nail trim. The girl who came out to return my pet was rude and unprofessional. I have since scheduled the service at a regular veterinarian and at a less expensive price.

I was recommended by a friend to take my dog there due to their low cost for shots. All was well until my dog needed medical attention and Dr. Andrews did not have the capability to treat my dod so I had to go to another hospital for another exam and more testing where my dog was treated properly. It made me realize, you do get what you pay for! I will not be back!

This is seriously the best vet, I would recommend them to any pet owner. The people at the counter and that assist (not sure what they're called) are all super friendly animal lovers. The vet herself is amazing. She gives you straight up facts about what's best for your pet and stays calm when there's an emergency. I would be willing to pay WAY more than what they charge here because their services are unparalleled, and they're also really affordable. They have vaccine days where you can go get your pet up to date on shots without paying the doctors visit fee which is amazing, and even checkups and medicine prescribed is cheaper than anywhere else for the quality. I cannot say enough about this veterinarian, it's been an amazing experience and I'll never go anywhere else. I would strongly recommend!

Went to their immunization clinic. Im not a fan of not being with my pet while they are getting treated. This is for a couple reasons. First, the animals are already in a stressful environment which increases their anxiety levels and makes them more likely to be aggressive. Second, I have no proof that my pet recieved every treatment I was charged for

This vet wasn't my dogs vet but I called them because the vet I was using never called me back. The person that answered the phone was very nice and even gave me tips on what to watch for with my dog. She told me what to do and if there was no improvement by Tuesday than dog should be seen by vet. She helped relieve my worries. I will be switching to this vet for sure. Whether it be Tuesday or for his next well visit, they will be meeting my little Wyatt.

I like Candice Andrews she is ok. . I did See there other vet and she was good at providing great care for my puppy but wasn't a 100% sold on her bed side manner. I feel they like to guess the problems a lot without really trying to figure it out. My cousin dog who has a collapsed trachea for over a month bringing the dog back n fourth because the dog was coughing and gasping for air every second she was suffering. Then after 3 times back to back first treated with cough meds , didn’t help and told her that is probably also a stress or almost like a ocd thing! What! Then went in thinking ok my dog sounds like she is dying oh no get her a humidifier with hot steam and a tent / so she did it helped slightly then again same situation. Then she started having seizures and howling in pain she went to a different vet this time and they said she had a collapsed trachea and is suffering tremendously and should have been put down a long time ago the vet was furious and called it abuse and neglect of animal suffering. She said she should have known that breed is known for this issue and how negligent that Dr Andrews was in this. I have found myself going to have a serious vet visit for my dog to end up leaving with issues not changing and having to keep going back paying another fee with no results. It’s frustrating. I worry when something really serious happens what if I have the same problem as my cousin? Time to switch vets.

If it weren't for the the techs here I never would have known that my beautiful baby Nikita suffers when separated from me. I only took her to get her nails cut but when they came out the door to return her to me I knew by the look on the staff's face that something was wrong. I thought maybe they accidentally cut into the quick of her nail it was much more than that. Right away she said you need to get her to a vet we're not taking on new patients right now because of covid but she needs medication because she was so upset from being separated that she tried to hurt herself while they were trying to cut her nails. It made me want to cry. So I want to say thank you to the pet health clinic for drawing my attention to this matter because the last thing I want is for my dog to suffer on the rare occasions that I have to leave her alone and I am definitely going to take her to a veterinarian and get her the appropriate medication for when I have to leave her so she won't suffer.I would also like to thank them for not trying to sell me something that I couldn't afford. I needed flea and ticks medication for Nikita but covid has my funds strapped and they offered me an affordable way to purchase that medication from them which most places don't do.I highly recommend the pet health clinic in Easton Maryland everyone there is great!
