This is our second time going to Claire and she’s done an amazing time both times! We just adopted our dog from a shelter and were looking for a groomer, saw the reviews, called and everyone is so nice there! They have very reasonable prices as well! Another plus- I’m such a procrastinator and forgot to make my pups appt, I called a day ahead of time and they were able to squeeze her in!! You can tell they really care about their animals! Highly recommend!!!

I love Jamie and the other gals that work here, everyone is always extremely friendly and easy to communicate with. If I’m not pleased with something about a trim etc. they listen and work with you to get your fur baby looking just the way you want. I highly recommend them!

This place was not just a Haven for animals. It was a Haven for me. It’s very hard for me to leave my service dog to anyone to be groomed besides myself. Unfortunately I am unable to do it right now, I trusted them with Ashland and they did not disappoint!!! Jeanette made this easier for me as well as Ashland. I called for an appointment & they were able to get my super senior (19) year old Multipoo- Malibu, in the next day!! With age comes sass and boyyyyy did she ever put on a show today SO SORRY LADIES!!! When I picked up my girl, the ladies in the office were able to have a good laugh and still offered to rebook. I’ll definitely be coming back to Paw Prints for their amazing patience!!! Not to mention that even though she was all matted up, she still looks like a rockstar…a pirate rockstar that is.

After a supposedly "accident" my dog had at another grooming salon I contacted Paw Prints and they accepted my Luna, and ever since I been taking her there. They are very good with her and she always comes home looking amazing 5+ stars!!!!

Great staff and good prices. My dog Ella was groomed precisely according to my instructions and was done in less than 2 hours which never usually happens since she is a King Charles Spaniel. Definitely recommend the place. Cheers!

Absolutely awesome service for my dog. The grooming that she received was very thorough, professional and stylish. My dog is not the easiest to bathe and groom, but Jamie was very experienced in handling difficult pets which made me feel more at ease about leaving my dog in her care for a couple of hours. I was given a courtesy call to advise me that my dog was ready which is great. The prices here are very reasonable but I do recommend making an appointment. I will continue to use them for my future dog grooming needs.

Paw Prints does a nice job with our two high maintenance dogs Coco and Lucy. Neither one likes interacting with new people, but they wag their tails and jump up to say hi to the groomers at Paw Prints (which is a huge endorsement). The dogs always come out looking nice and the prices are reasonable.

This doggie salon is the most caring and lovable towards animals I have ever seen. My groomer is Ariel and I followed her from Petco. She is so gentle and loving towards my dogs. My Yorkie will only let Ariel groom her. Gidgee just loves her. It is well worth the drive as well as the price for the great service this salon provides. I highly recommend PawPrints to everyone

My dog has never been so content after visiting the groomer as he was after his appointment today! He’s so shy meeting other people and he warmed right up to Jamie. She was so kind and loving towards him. My dog looks fantastic and feels so soft. I am so glad we found Paw Prints Grooming Spa! 🐶🐶🐶

A really great dog groomer!! Paw prints did a great job of making us feel welcome - they even had our dog's name on a welcome sign at the door! The grooming was incredible and our wonderful pitbull/lab mix looks great and smells good!

This place has been great with our old gal Bella. Jamie is so patient and loving with our dog. She does a great job cleaning her up even though we know she's a handful! She's a big ole scaredy cat so we are so appreciative that Jamie takes her time with her to make sure she's ok throughout the whole process. Thank you!

My dog Boo was a knotted mess. He came back clean as a whistle but with a little hair saved on his face which gave it a lot of character. But more importantly he did seem traumatized as he has been at a previous groomer (Western Shore...not local). Jamie did a great job and I will be back to see her again.
