Placed a mobile order for light dinner. Arrived after 15 minutes. Was unaware that each restaurant has its own driveway and parking lots, so had to turn around from the Chipotle. The order was ready on the Rapid Pickup shelves. The Caesar Salad in Value Duets was usual as expected. The Homestyle Chicken Noodle Soup in Value Duets had many ingredients. The Strawberry Lemon Mint charged the evening.

Had the best lobster roll ever today at Panera Bread in Easton. Absolutely the best I’ve had in years!Updated 2023! It’s back!! Had a lobster roll two days ago and even better than last year!!!!

Great Panera location. Plenty of parking and plenty of seating. I arrived at the beginning of lunch, there were plenty of people already there Both seating and ordering. I placed my order thru the app and started looking for a table. They have booths and tables. Everything was very clean. Food was ready before I plugged my laptop. I had the chicken sandwich and a cup of turkey chili. Both were great.

Panera is almost the same anywhere you go. Consistency is key and they are keyholders. The new Tuscan chicken sandwich is the bees knees. It was really good. They have wonderful baked goods and treats to chose from as well. This location in particular was up to par and slightly better than most of the other locations I've been to. They were quick. The food was perfect and drink area was really neat.

Order delivery for first the other night 2 soups, 1 in a bread bowl, everything was great. Order again tonight, 3 soups one in a bread bowl.. no bread bowl and 1 baguette. Manager refuses refund or to do anything, "we do many checks" (obviously not), then tried to blame the driver! Will not order again. Hey Easton panera, why cant i post the photos???.... If ur not gona give me the bread bowl I paid for, atleast give me a God damn baguette!! #nobody can do their damn job.

I am very happy to be able to say that the staff at this Panera location are not only professional and quick, but as my family learned recently they are also genuinely good people as well. We were devastated by a sudden loss of our father, and after leaving the hospital we had to take my mother somewhere to eat, because she had been by his side all day and needed something to keep her going. Without us saying anything, the staff at Panera clearly realized something had happened and we were treated so kindly by everyone we encountered during our visit. I am so grateful for their sensitivity on what was so far the most difficult day of our lives. And it may seem silly to be so focused on a trip to a bakery with everything that's happened, but little things like that can make such a monumental difference just when they're needed, and simply being a good person can leave such a strong impression on people who need a little kindness.It's not anything that someone is required to do, of course, and it's not expected in any way. But the fact that they did it regardless speaks very highly of them not just as workers but also as human beings.

Went through the drive-thru ordered a bagel with creamcheese checked the bag quickly(spent more than 5 minutes waiting from time i entered the line)there was my bagel and I could feel a cup under it. I guess I could accept some blame as I didn't remove the crumbled up ball of napkins and bagel and spread cup to insure the person being paid to fill the bag did their job accurately. Upon arriving at work I found that there was no creamcheese but instead a cup of something with chunks of nuts in it. If I had a nut allergy and put this on my bagel the result could have been tragic. When I returned to panera to have it replaced the manager was less than friendly, as if I was inconveniencing him by being inconvenienced myself. Guess where I'll not be going again.

What is there to say it's Panera bread . Always delicious, always busy, and worth the wait.Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options, just make sure when you're ordering to specify vegetarian and they will accommodate.

I had a meeting with a client here and needed a document printed last minute. The manager was so kind and printed the documents for me. I offered to pay printing cost but he did it for free. My coffee and muffin were great! Friendly and quick! Will be meeting with clients here again for sure!

I love the food. Hands-down best fast food around. The problem is you can never get what you ordered straight by going through the drive-through. Three times this week, never once was my order correct. Lady at the window very disrespectful. I never complain to anyone she just had a horrible attitude. After I said thank you she looked away. I’m really tired of not getting what I ordered. The last time I called them about a wrong order they acted like I was trying to steal from them. I’m done!

I've been to many Panera locations in Anne Arundel and Prince George's counties. This location is the best. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the restaurant. No sticky honey containers. Immaculate bathrooms. The Teriyaki Chicken/ Broccoli bowl was delicious and satisfying. The cashier had a great smile and helpful energy.This Panera is 40 miles away from my home. But I'll be back!

Food was ok but… We were just eating there and the girl with the short hair is rude AF. We are traveling from Chicago and all I asked was if could have a larger cup with a lid for water and she just pointed another employee while making rude facial expressions and didn’t even bother to answer. She needs another job for sure!

My recent visit was excellent! The staff are handling mobile, dine in and drive thru orders in a very patient and efficient manner! The manager, Keith, is exceptional at making sure all orders are filled as efficiently as possible! He helps out the kitchen, as needed! The restaurant is always clean and spotless too! This is a tall order to fill, with staff shortages amid increased business! Please be patient- the wait is worth it for good, quality food!
