I wanted to give this a 5 star because of the two people who actually did help help me!!! But let me start off by saying, the absolute worst customer service I have to wait over 30 min to get help and anyone I did ask for help they would say " Not my department" finally after 30 min of waiting an nice young lady Nia walked past and I asked for help she told me it was not her department but she will help the best way she can and she did that! Another gentlemen came to help load up the bathtub and tub wall and was very nice and helpful his name was Kevin! We get up to customer service where I see a older man and I asked Kevin was he a manager? He told me "yes" so I go up the the manager and told him my how I had to wait but the two standing here helped me and I appreciate them so much!! He didn't even care and told me to make a review! The other customer service girl who had glasses on was very rude and just not nice or friendly!!!! This is why I normally go to HOme Depot but most of them are kinda of out of the way. I thank NIa and Kevin for the help and great customer service but Lowe's you need to do better with your customer service as far as helping people who don't have a clue about what to buy! I never ever ever ever write reviews but I had to on this one!!! Thank you Nia and Kevin for all your help

The shipment of products has been terrible from the Easton store. Constant incomplete orders with no explanation. Trying to get the orders completed is frustrating because the store does not provide information willingly and i have to continue to call time and time again and i am still waiting for materials that were ordered a month ago and they have not provided a ship date. Other materials that should have been delivered and have not been delivered so i went and picked up from Home Depot- flawlessly. Lowes has lost a customer but that will mean nothing to them.

Disorganized. I went to pick up an online order. Half was at customer service, part of the other half was available for pick up at the garden center. The other part of the order wasn't ready and still had to be picked. And the last item was on back order and not even there despite the website saying 20+ were in hand. It was like a scavenger hunt... without the fun.

This is more for Jason in the Doors Department. He has been a pleasure to work with on our project and is very hard working. Best experience at a Lowe's I've had so far.EDIT: I'll never get a project done by Lowe's again. The contractors they used took forever to show up to the scheduled date. The doors they ordered were wrong so they had to reorder. The installation of the doors was horrendous. They used outdoor handles for indoor doors. I had to go out and buy veneer siding after they left the doors in shambles. See pictures for the terrible installation.

I am so impressed with the new employees at Lowe’s in Easton. I purchased a new bathroom fixture and had trouble with my Lowe’s card and the young lady in Customer Service got me through it without a wrinkle . The help finding items has also improved.Thank You

Ordered online and the military discount was applied without my having to do anything special. I decided to try curbside pickup as the order included 100 feet of 4 in drainage tubing. Instructions were quite clear and easy to follow once at the store. Signage said an associate would deliver the order to the vehicle so I expected a wait time of 5 to 10 minutes but the delivery was there in under 2 minutes and was hassle free - quite a surprise and impressive service so I will utilize it again in the future when the order has some larger items.

So this absolutely started off as a rating of a less than 1. Arrived at 1130 to pick up items that were in stock, after did being almost 215, we decided to leave the store due to a problem that everyone seems to be having, the lack of help. However at the pro desk, after voicing frustration, I met with a young lady GIO who was off work at 3 , but extremely willing to help facilitate picking up the items that were kitchen cabinets. Little did I know that she stayed until almost 4 o’clock, making sure that my items could be picked up on Sunday. She promptly called me Saturday night to let me know that the items would be available on Sunday morning, at that time I went to the store and everything was packaged neatly and waiting for my arrival. Often you do not see this kind of dedication anymore as another employee that I met, was completely useless and declined to help. When I arrived on Sunday, I felt it was important to let them out or no about the dissatisfaction with the one employee, but being exemplary willingness to help by the young lady at the pro desk!Since it was a large order and we had brought down two trucks on Saturday, I explained this to the manager who very nicely on Sunday issued a discount that would be equivalent to my time and the fuel for the two vehicles. I do appreciate the management and the employees that were willing to help me, hopefully the employee that was not willing to help will be replaced by somebody who would like a job!They even loaded my truck on Sunday with a Smile!Do to this, I absolutely rate Saturday and the one young lady GIO and the manager with a 5! I shop here often and spend quite a bit with rental properties and absolutely will be back!

I was looking for a fuel shutoff valve for my snow thrower. Since they are not a hardware store I didn't think they would have one which they did not. The staff was helpful and the visit was pleasant.

They had NO cashiers working. All lines were self check out. When we asked the " friendly " staff member if they were going to have cashiers in the future, her response was, " We have them now." I explained that there weren't any, her response was, "They must be at lunch. There's always someone here to help. " Then why did everyone have to use the self check out? I was tempted to put our merchandise back. I don't believe in self check out.****Went back today, 4 days later. Again NO cashiers were working. I asked the *friendly* employee standing at the end of the self checkout lanes if there were any cashiers working. Her response was "No, they only want these lanes open'". Will you or won't you be utilizing cashiers? I don't believe in self check out, and you are not doing your part to keep America working. You have, however, helped me make up my mind. I know losing my business is not going to matter to you. However, it will matter to the slightly higher priced, more knowledgeable, more courteous and friendlier smaller, local, family owned, hardware, flooring, paint, appliance, et c., stores where I will now be taking my business.

Do not pay to have appliance delivered, installed, & old one removed! This is a waste of time! They told my elderly mother that her existing hook up for washer leaks, so they cannot install the new one washer. They left her with the old non-working one. They then told her to hire a plumber to fix & install it. There was nothing wrong with her hook up lines. When you turn off the valves 2 drops dripped out. How many households do you go to where a couple drops don't come out. Her house is not brand new & she was an older woman so, they just didn't care or want to be bothered with it. When you try and call to rectify the issue, no one answers the phone! No matter who you ask for on their pitiful automated system, it just rings and rings.

Went in to buy a dishwasher Saturday the 14th. Very understaffed. Sales person on the phone with someone with an issue, she said they would have to give her a few days to figure out what was going on. After waiting 30 minutes, my husband sought out someone to help us. Credit card in hand we just wanted any dishwasher that was in stock and could be installed as soon as possible. We selected a dishwasher which we were told the store had four in stock, and scheduled installation for the following Saturday, the 21st. Called the Lowe's installation number Friday the 20th to check on the installation time, and were told that the installation was not scheduled, and that the dishwasher was not in to be installed, and someone would call once it was. How could that be, we asked? We were transferred to the store in Easton for answers. Easton store put us on hold, waited 30 minutes, no one ever picked back up. Called back to installation number. Told dishwasher was scheduled to be delivered to where ever it needed to be to get it scheduled for installation on Saturday the 21st. Called back to installer number today, Monday, the 23rd. Dishwasher not in to be installed, no additional information available. The Lowe's installer person said they would e-mail the store to see what was going, and ask that they get back to us on Wednesday, the 27th. What a bummer this has been.

I bought a dryer from here. I waited an hour instore in line just to make my purchase. Then my dryer arrived with the wall plug missing, which I paid for! I then called customer service who told me a manager would call me back within 24 hours. No one ever called. I then called the store and have been on hold for almost an hour. 0/10 do not buy items that need to be installed from this store!

So...after reading these reviews and giving this Lowe's location a SECOND CHANCE after a terrible experience years back with a front door installation, I went there yesterday and bought a refrigerator. The refrigerator is scheduled to be delivered between 8am and 8pm tomorrow. So we will consider this a test of sorts, to see if they can come through. If they do, I will change my rating to 5 stars, if they screw up again, the rating will go to 1 star! Stay tuned! Update: Lowe's came through with their promise! The refrigerator was set up and delivered by 11:30 this morning! Thanks for great service!

We purchased a new electric range from Lowe’s in mid-November. We selected it based on Consumer Reports’ recommendations AND availability. The Lowe’s website indicated that it would arrive before Thanksgiving and we were happy that we would be able to have a home prepared Thanksgiving dinner! Then we received the first of at least 8 delivery cancellations by email. We were disappointed. After the Thanksgiving debacle, we thought we would at least have it by Christmas so we could bake Christmas cookies with the grandkids and have a home cooked Christmas dinner. Again, no luck. It was promised several times in December but it never arrived.Our disappointment turned to anger when this happened again in the beginning in January. We are a household of 6 people. It is tiresome cooking one pot meals on a hot plate for 6 people every day for 9 weeks.We called several times. Customer service people were polite enough, but no apologies or explanations were given. We spent lots of time on hold and phone transfers to other people as the buck was being passed. A few times our calls were dropped after spending long wait times on hold. NEVER a call back from the store even though they had our number.We arranged work schedules each time to accommodate the phantom deliver dates, too. Very frustrating!We will never make a major purchase at Lowe’s again. If you are purchasing an expensive appliance, I strongly recommend you take your money elsewhere. Not worth the inconvenience and aggravation.

We ordered a washer, dryer and two pedestal to be delivered and installed. One pedestal came damaged. So I say nix the pedestal. Hmmm apparently you can't do that. According to the delivery person, you have to decline the entire order and wait for Lowes to contact us. Yeah like that would've happened. If what the delivery person said is true that is a ridiculous policy. The washer and dryer were the most important items and most expensive why not hook up the washer and dryer. So Instead of playing a waiting game with Lowes. I cancelled the entire order.I most certainly learned a lesson. I won't do any major business with Lowes. I also cancelled my appoinment for an installation of a fence. I can imagine the foolishness that would come with that.Fool me once. Never twice.

Ordered a shed an freezer chest on August 4th the delivery date was Aug 7th. It's now Aug 19th and I've received the chest but they can't give me a justifiable reason whymy shed isn't in yet. They said delivery issues. Also got hung up on multiple times trying to talk to someone about the issue. 10/10 do not recommend

This whole store sucks. Very rarely is there someone who can help me. Want to do pickup? Should be simple. Make sure you have over an hour to wait for one item. Customer service desk? Rude, unhelpful, and couldn’t care less about the jobs. I get it, retail sucks, seems like this location has trash management.

I placed an order for 90+ items for a drywall project for Truck delivery on a Monday evening. At the time I placed the order the ETA was Wednesday. Immediately after placing the order, I received an email that the delivery would be Friday. Friday I received email and text alerts that the order would be delivered between 1-5PM. Friday at 4:30 I had not heard anything so I checked the status and the status said "We're running behind but your order is on the way" The order never showed up. I called 3 times Saturday and was either hung up on, or received a busy signal each time after the receptionist transferred me. Saturday night at 10PM I received an email that my order had been delivered.....It had not been delivered. Sunday I called the corporate customer service number. She noted that in her system it showed the order had not been delivered even though on lowes website it said it had been delivered. She said she would send a message to the store to get this delivered ASAP. Monday morning I called the store, the associate spoke with a manager and returned to let me know that the best they could do is Tuesday afternoon delivery (just over a week since I placed the order). No discounts offered and that's the best ETA they could do at this time. I need to get the job done so the best thing at this point is to proceed but this has been a bad experience, I should have bought locally from the start.

Bring delivery here are not ideal if you have a 2nd load to pick up and deliver for them. Run by bunch of unorganized kids that have no care if you dont get paid by the hour cause they do . Worse store ever to deliver supply's to. Appointment is at 6am and seen no one to start unload yet. Two of us been here since 5am not a soul to start unloading.

Alex & Jared helped us with our order of 60 bags of insulation. They were so quick & efficient to get the forklift and get the bags down to us, and then to help us load them in the trailer. I hope the manager of this location recognizes the value in them! So rare to see such initiative in employees nowadays. Never had a better experience at Lowe’s.

If Lowe's can pay employees to ASSIST customers at these self-checkouts, then they can pay them to ACTUALLY CHECK CUSTOMERS OUT. It's more time- consuming and frustrating to use the self-checkout when using a method of payment other than cash or credit card. You have to stand there and wait for the employee to stop talking or assisting another customers so that they can help you with something that an actual cashier should be doing.

Great experience actually ordering the washer and dryer, and was offered free delivery which is great. Waited 11 days, and was supposed to be delivered between 1230-430 on a day (11 days from purchase) that we made special arrangements for.No one ever came. I tried to call provided number and took 2 days and many hours to reschedule delivery.Although it was awful to actually reschedule the delivery and took an extra 4 days, they did great job installing. So it all wasn’t bad. But wasn’t great

After several visits to choose new flooring for my entire house, I find out the person I was supposed to meet with today is no longer there. The flooring department is only covered while the new trainee is there. Waited 45 minutes. Poor guy is overwhelmed! Lost my business. $10,000+ Bad decisions! Very, very bad decision. Find Tina and get her back!

They never have correct inventoy that is online. Then when you want to order they say not sure when it will come because they don't have an order coming for the store. Correct your inventory or just give your sales to Amazon!!!
