Staff is helpful and friendly, was able to direct me efficiently to the self pickup section, which was very well organized. Nothing like other kohl's I've been to up north. Aisles are clean and all the departments are tidy.

If you are shopping at Kohl's, Dawn is the one to help you. My husband and I went to buy him a suit for an upcoming trip and were totally lost. Dawn helped us through the whole process, the jacket, the pants, the belt, socks, boxers, a suitcase, a whole second outfit and extra shirts. Without her it would have taken hours but she listened to what we wanted, made sure everything fit properly, and had us in and out in a jiffy. I hope the company reads this and gives that Lady a raise. Her name is Dawn and she's a sweetheart.

The salespeople are helpful and friendly. But as a long-time Kohl's customer, I can honestly say that I'm disappointed with the selection and quality of the merchandise these days. I'm not sure of the reasons why. Things have really changed since Covid started. I go there less often and often walk out empty-handed. I guess the selection online is much better

The store was very welcoming and filled with lots of merchandise however, I waited at the jewelry counter for a while and no one came to help, also many of the shelves were in disarray, may have been the Christmas rush?The checkout was quick, but the prices seemed higher than I expected for Kohls a few days before Christmas!

I used to work here for a short period of time in 2014. Great staff and very welcoming. I love khols but they're expensive so I only shop in here for certain items.

I was only in here for a few minutes, just to get a gift card, but what I saw was great. When I went to check out the clerk told me that the type of gift card I had chosen does not register sometimes and he was nice enough to go and get me a different one.

Omg this was not good, it was not a business night on a Monday, set for 15 minutes before anyone came to ask about drinks. I know the pizza is cooked in a stone oven but the bottom was black I have teeth and couldn’t eat it, paid my bill asked to take to management she offered me some cheese cake not everyone eats sweets. Now the wine was great but the service was not. We were staying at the hotel for my birthday.

Love Kohl’s! So convenient for in person and online shopping. This clearance sale was pretty remarkable, for example, paid $7 for a $38 pair of shorts plus earned $40 Kohl’s cash while overall saving $174 on this visit. Saleta at the register was very pleasant and informative. My favorite place to shop for clothing!

The store is OK. Looks clean and organized. However, entering the store feels busy/crowded because if all the merchandise at the front with not much breathing space walking in.Not enough personnel, so had to wait to be tended at jewelry. Yet, the lady was very pleasant.

This was a huge, nice, Kohls. Unfortunately the prices reflect that.... I was a little surprised at the counter $78 for a pair of Levi's. I love them just wasn't expecting mall prices at a Kohl's.

I went there today to look at jewelry. I went straight to the jewelry counter and there was a worker there. I was obviously looking and she walked off. I waited for a while to see if she would come back. She didn’t. My husband then went and asked for help and was told someone would be there soon. We stood there watching them. There were three ladies at the register area. One was checking someone out and there was no one else to check out and the other two were just talking. It didn’t look like they were talking about work and one of them were on their phone scrolling. Well. I was going to buy jewelry and a new dress for my birthday. I ended up just walking out. I may not go back. I will just go to Annapolis or Middletown.

Great experience returning things from Amazon. Staff was very helpful. Had a pretty good selection of men's shoes. I didnt spend to much time in there, but I definitely will be going back when I want to check out some more things. Thanks Kohl's and staff....

This Kohl's is pretty nice. Everybody has always been very kind to us every time we've gone. Prices tend to be high in my opinion, but you can find deals occasionally. I do like the fact that they are an Amazon return center.

Clean and organized. We have some Kohl's cash that was expiring today so we headed over. We got there about 30 minutes before they were set to close but the staff as a whole was very patient with all the shoppers. Just reminding them that the store was closing but still answering questions and pointing us in the right direction. Our cashier though was rushing us through the line even though there was no one behind us. She didn't answer our questions about coupon codes or anything. Overall, it's one of my favorite stores so we'll be back, if we're in the area.
