I work in St. Michaels and typically make a stop in HT in the morning and check out their deals for lunch items or whatnot. I recently arrived at HT and was experiencing a severe low blood sugar episode where I was starting to get confused and unsteady. I was able to get to an employee and ask where they kept juice at. He ran over and grabbed me an orange juice opened it and told me to sit, he even offered to pay for the juice for me. This employee was Mark. The funny thing about this incident is that I used to work across the parking lot and was a frequent flyer in HT for lunch. About 5 years ago I was running into the store for the same reason, but I was less successful than I was today. I made it to the salad bars before I could barely walk, mark and another employee grabbed me a chair and stood by me to make sure I did not fall over. I love going into this store. All employees and very kind and courteous. I made sure to thank these men that helped me with a nice cup of Star bucks on me. Not everyone would have gone out of their way to help a stranger. Thank you guys, so much!

Parking was easy and well lit.Nice wide isles.The store is clean and bright.There was lots of variety and was well stocked.Offers: on line orders, floral shop, fresh produce, etc.

💖💖💖 Harris Teeter Sushi Section was recommended by a friend. Wow!!!! So very impressed by the Sushi selection and the chef, Sam Ko Ko Kliang, who walked over to help me pick the perfect sushi for me. Thank you. I will be back. Sushi was very fresh, tasty & service was perfect! Also, peeked on salad bar... lots of selection. Thanks!

Huge selection, clean, and bright. We went this weekend and the line started at the self checkout and ran nearly the entire length of the store, so we put our items back... not sure if that's normal or because of the holidays? My fiance loves the pharmacy. It's a little pricier than other stores but that's kinda the normal these days.

Always have great staff who asks if you’re finding everything alright, regardless of what task they are currently doing. The cashiers are also always kind, Ikiea was very personable giving her thoughts on some of my purchases and just being so kind.

Very clean, well organized and modern grocery store with a killer sushi department.Prices are high but you can get some good deals with their rewards program. I would go to Aldi's for some stuff though if you're a shopper on a budget.Check out lanes are confusing and hard to manage, especially if you're in a scooter or wheelchair.Starbucks coffee counter is a nice pick me up for after the shopping run so you have energy to put your stuff away.

I really like this store and drive out of my way to shop here once a week. Friendly employees, nice variety and clean. I must mention the deli department, I actually mildly dread having to stop there. I have to wait 15 minutes to be helped. Only one employee is helping customers and the other 4- 5 deli workers are farting around with other ' side work'. You can here them bickering with each other. Where I come from the customer is the priority

Great place but racist employee. I usually go there during my lunch break because it’s nearest to my job and I like their pizza, nonetheless, every time I go to self checkout there’s this old white lady— that should not even be working if you ask me cause of how old she is. it’s so obvious she’s racist. Why have an OLD racist granny interacting with employees?

This place was terrible. Prices are way too high. Employees felt disinterested in talking to me when went to get items. It nice and clean, but feel with employees less than thrilled to be there. This place feels more fake than Walmart.

The Pharmacy is a winner! I’m very impressed by the kindness and professionalism of the staff! I have chronic medical issues and require the use of many drugs.The Pharmacist and Techs have been helpful in reducing my costs and have been proactive beyond what I expected. Great Pharmacy and People in a convenient environment!

Love Harris Teeter it's the only place to get good tasteful meats . Fresh cut always tasting like meat used to. It's worth a trip just to get the meat especially steaks and it seems like one is always on sale with half off . You can't go wrong shopping at Harris Teeter!

Most the time the subs are awesome! The last two times I’ve ordered online I’ve gotten either super stale bread or mustard instead of Mayo. I double checked my order that I put in and did not but that I wanted mustard anywhere. Like I said most the time the subs are really good but my last two visits has changed that

You have to pay for paper bags here and there is no option for plastic. This makes running in to grab a quick lunch with your children a hassle. One paper bag would have been nice. God forbid you don't have a bag budget, cooperate greed.

They are always out of sale items, even on the 2nd day of the sale, with no rain checks any more. Their reply is always the same, come back on Monday. I shouldn't have to make 2 trips to get my groceries. How about you stock enough product in the first place? Never have fried chicken when getting off work. The self-checkout machines are the worst! Those things are the most bossy and annoying of any I have ever used. They need to go visit Walmart to understand what a self-checkout machine experience should be like. We do like the people, the pizza, and the store cleanliness.

Very RUDE staff!!!Attempted to get assistance finding an item. The 1st individual had no idea where it was located, 2nd person, whom was restocking at the time, was clearly bothered by being interrupted, so I thought better to continue asking, the 3rd and final individual said "I just started working here" and proceeded to walk off????Needless to say, after trying Harris Teeter for the 1st, and only time, I will continue to gladly travel across the bridge to Whole Foods!!!

The pharmacist is awesome. Really goes all out to ensure my doctor refills my prescription promptly. Love the store. Only complaint is the tiny stand dedicated to like cal products. Get rid of the tiny stand and expand local products to the store shelves; for example, offer a generous supply of Fisher's Popcorn in the snack aisle instead of only three bags on that tiny stand. What were you thinking? You are NOT supporting local businesses by offering LESS products on a tiny stand.

Constantly out of the 2 or 3 items I actually come here for, then I get to wait in line for a minimum of 10 min at the self checkout since they only have 4 of them for this large store.

I can’t imagine why anyone would shop anywhere else in Easton. The selection and prices are competitive, service friendly and atmosphere relaxing.The folks in the cheese and pizza section are fantastic. There’s a few bad apples in the deli department that don’t respond well to requests for specific cuts.

Love this place! Everything is always nice and neat. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I really couldn’t ask for a better grocery store. There’s even a nice wine section. My favorite area is the produce section. Everything is always fresh and well kept. I drive an extra 20min just to go here.

I go to Harris Teeter at least 3 times a week. The selection is incredible and the staff greets you by name. Prices aren't important to me as long as quality is the absolute highest. Steaks,deli and seafood is top notch. Always clean and happy people. A+

We love Harris Teeter! Talk about wanting to keep their customers happy?! They offer everything from your standard market with the freshest produce/products to freshly baked pizza, subs, a sushi bar, Starbucks... This place has it all! As for the staff, I have nothing but great things to say about them. I had to contact customer service at one point in regards to my missing ice cream and they made the entire process so simple and helped me in a matter of seconds, and all with a smile. This! This is what some of the local markets should take into consideration. Understand that when something like this happens and the customer is frustrated, just do your best to ease the situation and make the customer feel at ease.Harris Teeter will always be a fav!
