I love going to this Giant to do my food shopping and more, but lately when i go with my husband he always buy beer or liquor, we are over 40 years old, and I have never had any problems with any cashier only with one; Miss Rosie she always asking for both ID , when we are over 40 I understand but goodness we are there spending are money for someone to ask ID for both, should be only one anyway, every time I have to call management. Sad cause like I said this is my favorite place to do my shopping. I hope won't happen again....

I’ve been shopping here for as long as I can remember. It’s a relatively large store with a great selection of pretty much everything. Employees are friendly and helpful. We love giant!

Been shopping at giant for about 6 years. Conveniently located close to my house. Plus I can go in for a couple of things pick them up and go because I know where things are now. But I've never seen more unhappy employees anywhere. Most seen like they don't want to be there. And sometimes I feel like I'm being a inconvenience to them. Besides that store is great.

I’m not sure if deli makes their own Cole slaw, last night bought a pack of the Amish Cole slaw and tastes like they prepped it on a cutting board right after raw fish , can somebody correct me please

BAD ATTITUDE/CUSTOMER SERVICE!I had a coupon that came directly from Kraft-Hienz corporation.When I tried to use it the Store Manager accused me of making a copy and it was fraudulant.Why would anyone do business with Giant Foods?Giant needs to train the Manager in Easton.

It may be a little more expensive, but if you get a bonus card and watch for sales it's comparable. More often than not I find everything I need and always great quality items. Love my Giant!

Store is always nice and clean, the produce fresh, and the prices fair. Never run into the issue where you can't find an employee if you need assistance, and if you're the type who doesn't like to do self checkout, there are always employees at the register aisles.

I went to Giant to pick up Hawaiian rolls and they had the 12 ct @ $5.99 or 24 ct (no price). So I inquired with the deli about the cost where I was told by Bill that they were very expensive but if I still wanted them I could take it to customer service for a price match. I don't even know what that means as I have no price. Spencer did try to help but has not been there long. Bill has been there for years. He was just as rude and arrogant as he always is. Bill went back to standing around and talking with 2 other people behind the counter. They had no customers. I did go to customer service where there was only one person and the front was very busy. The same girl at customer service was also tending to self checkout. She did try to scan it and it came back item not found. She did apologize as she could not sell it because there was no price and she could not leave to find it in the computer. This I understood. I know the case comes in with more than the three on the shelf and they obviously did sell some as they only had three left and I have purchased them from there a long time ago. I did go buy a pack of 12 and will get more tomorrow from another store. This store has gone downhill and I will not be shopping here anymore unless absolutely necessary. Clearly there are only so many people that can do anything at this store and Bill from the deli is not one of them.

A good choice given the options (Aldi's and MalWart). They have a respectable organic food collection including decent produce most times. Also Sells wine and beer! The store is fairly clean, decent customer service and easy to access from the road. Also has good discount, self-service gas station for Giant card holders.

Every other experience I've had here was fine, otherwise I'd leave a 1 star review based on tonight's visit. The cashier, Liam, was rude and bad at their job. Probably partially because of the recent switch away from plastic bags. They were determined to have me carry almost everything separately without bags because they were convinced the paper bags would fall apart if you put a single can or glass jar or bottle in them or anything with the slightest bit of condensation. I quietly told them to go ahead and put most of it in bags and they got very annoyed with me, telling the next customers how people never listen to them and I'm going to regret it. They kept acting like I knew absolutely nothing every step of the checkout process. By far the worst experience I've had with a cashier anywhere in the past few years. I'm generally understanding of service workers and I'm not quick to anger. This person was determined to be unkind the entire time. Maybe they were having a bad day, maybe they need retraining. One way or another I did not deserve to be treated the way I was.

I ordered a cupcake cake for a birthday and it wasn't the freshest and I called customer service the next day and they were very professional about it. Not only did they meet my expectations with giving me a refund no questions asked they even told me to pick out some other cupcakes and if they still weren't fresh to bring those back but the second batch were delicious! Very happy with the service and not many companies anymore guarantee a happy experience and mean it. Thanks Giant!

Good selection, but pricey. They closed one of their entrances making the store less convenient. Local BS ordinance forces use of paper bags, which are of low quality and you are charged for them.

Store is cleaner lately and better organized now. I feel their prices are on the high side. I do not like the prepackaged meats. The shelves lack to many items. They have one exceptional employee. He maintains the wine and beer. However he goes out of his way to be helpful and assist customers

I live close to this store. I have always bought meat from there it has always been good; until this morning when I went to cook a steak my husband had bought me and it was bad. I took it back to store they not only refunded my money but also gave me 2 more vacuum packed steaks and 4 hamburger patties. I have high food needs especially meat and so thankful for this blessing. I believe her name is Amanda I love all the workers there they are pleasant and kind.

Huge selection. Great produce and meat/seafood. I love the flex points (free items, money off of groceries, or use towards gas) and definitely use the coupons. Some things are definitely pricey but the quality is great.

Went to the deli to make a salad and there were no hard boiled eggs...went to ask the employees behind the deli counter if they could ask someone to bring some out... they ignored me and acted if I wasn't there & finally got hold of another employee and she brought some out... the salads are high enough in price to begin with , and you should be able to get what you want on them.

The place is always clean. The staff always seems pleasant. I appreciate their salad bar being well stocked all the time. Great assortment of rolls to go with the salad as well. Pretty much anything you're looking for, they have. I've never really had a problem with their pricing. All round, I think 5 stars is fitting as I don't really have any complaints about this store.

Tried to return empty 5 gallon water jugs. Got yelled at by the manager because she thought I was exchanging them and I wasn’t, just returning. Got yelled at a second time because she thought I was putting empty ones on the floor when I wasn’t and I even made sure to leave space in the return bin for others. I literally never want to come back to a store that yells at adults like children when I did nothing wrong.

Store was clean, everyone was very polite and helpful, and clear signs posted around the store. ((Updated)) My friends and I got some streamed shrimp for a surf and turf, and the shrimp was cooked perfectly, and well seasoned! They also have a well stocked selection of not only shrimp but fish filets as well. We will definitely be back again for more seafood in the future!

I love Giant, wish I lived closer. Always find things here that I can't find anywhere else, except today. I was looking for Tapioca flour and it just wasn't there. It certainly won't deter my appreciation for the store, and I will always shop here when I am nearby. Love the variety of selections.

Giant has a great & vast selection of what I refer to as 'your basic living needs', if you are looking for a very specific item, you will find it,or find an employee to find it for you. Sometimes, the prices are reflected on SOME of those products. I'm willing to pay a little more if it saves me from having to run around town. They've got great sales, just grab the circular on your way in. Customer service is outstanding and I don't think I can find a cleaner grocery store. I use a scooter to get around & have no issues navigating the store. At least, the Giant food in Easton, Maryland is easier, without all the cardboard displays clogging up the aisles.

I haven't been in Giant for quite something. Now I know why. The prices are far higher than any other store in Easton. But you should expect that with a Union employee store I guess. The beef selection was minimal. No one at the fresh cut meat counter. One checkout open. I won't be back. I expected more for the cost of food here.

I love this Giant. It carries just about every product you could need. Very clean in the store as well as outside. The only reason I gave a 4 star instead of a 5 is because of the prices. Still overall on the high side. The sale products are a good sale price.

I like this market place because everything is good, fresh and high quality. But the cashiers are almost all the time in a bad mood or looks like upset or mad, I don't know why...but I prefer always pay by myself for avoid a bad experience. Anyway, I pass almost everyday to this place because I can found good groceries.

Aldi has not lived up to our town's hopes. At first we thought the new store was exciting...Actually it was. Alas, the newest quickly became sameness......Checkout lanes, the full length of the store, empty disinfect dispensers and dirty men's rooms. Often produce returns due to mold when unwrapping, no brown rice, just white.At first the low prices got your attention,but quickly one realized you were not in Trader Joe's or Giant.....Just a mediocre chain store, with limited offerings.
