Came in to go shopping and had my baby with me in her carseat covered by the cover me and my fiancé go to the SELF CHECK OUT and go to began scanning items mind you it is flu and rsv season the older lady with a short hair cut comes over processed to pull my babies carseat cover and tries to grab her carseat I proceeded to ask her what the hell she was doing she then proceeded to scan all of our items for us as i assume she thought we were incapable of doing so our selves as it was self check out i felt very targeted and very unsafe she felt comfortable enough to come up and try to touch my baby without even asking please check yalls staff as no one should just walk up and touch any child.

I was really excited to check this place out. The hype I heard built up my excitement and I was ready to check out all the store had to offer. The employees were really friendly but the merchandise was not that great. I heard that they had a wide range of candy, they do if that candy is gummies. When I finally found what I was looking for the packaging was small and over priced. In fact I could get most of the items I saw in there cheaper at the dollar store and in bigger packages. It was a true disappointment. I understand that this place targets teens and tweens but I can't even see them enjoying it. I will be in no hurry to go back and will recommend others to go someplace else to shop.

Great staff! The two individuals working the night my family was there shopping were extremely helpful and friendly.There cheerful attitude made our shopping a very positive one. Please hire more folks like them!

I showed up for a job interview here awhile ago and it look promising. I wait for half a week with zero response. I called to find out the position was filled. No called to at lest let me know that moved with someone else. Very Disappointing.

What's not to like? It's a fun place to shop, always interesting and unusual things, plus the standard items I like to pickup. The people working were friendly and the store was well stocked. The self checkout was a new experience, (I have done it before, but not at 5 Below) but I really like the way that they have set it up.

Amazing customer service. I went into the store to purchase a pair of Spider-Man Bluetooth headphones for my son (I purchased a pair from this location a few months prior and being 3 he demolished them). Unfortunately they didn’t have any in stock so I asked the ladies working and they were nice enough to take my contact information and track down a pair for me. I received a call a day later letting me know the headphones were at the front of the store waiting for me. Way to go above and beyond!!! 10 out of 10 would recommend

I love this store, and I go there all the time! The reason for my two star review, is that when I went to check out, a lady did it all for me at the self check out. It was nice of her, but whats the point of the self check out? That’s not what rubbed me there wrong way tho. What did it for me, is that she answered the survey for me on the pin pad! And she put it at the highest level. I would’ve done that myself. If corporate finds out that you’re doing that, someone could be fired for review fraud. I didn’t speak up about it but I will next time it happens.
