Zero stars for the Pharmacy! They will kill you if you trust them.If you have a family member with cognitive impairment or aren’t a person that pays attention to details, this pharmacy will kill you. I’ve witnessed them give my mother the wrong medication, cancel her current prescriptions while filling the wrong ones and then refusing to return the incorrect medication stating a ghost policy that doesn’t exist.If CVS wants to steal from little old ladies they can’t just make up return policies. And you cannot legally force a customer to call an 888 number to be told a verbal policy. All return policies are required by law to be clearly written and available to customers.I encourage everyone to submit credit card disputes for any medication returns that they refuse to make.Save your own life and run away from CVS. Hills Drug is the only local pharmacy. Go local because you can never trust capitalist a-holes like CVS with your health!Pro tip: the only way to connect with the pharmacy is to press number two (providers) and then ask to speak with the staff. They never check the voicemail.

Prices are not competitive, there is never enough staff, and may the powers that be help you if you're desperately waiting for a prescription. I'm going to strongly encourage my mom to switch pharmacies. It would be more convenient to drive to the next town than to come back here. It's clear the staff is trying but there is just not enough. Drive thru closes seemingly randomly so don't expect to relax in your car while waiting- that's the exception not the rule... Oh - and don’t think you can just call, it might just goto voicemail which will be full! SMH!

While I’m not sure what the root cause of all the problems this CVS pharmacy is experiencing, I do know that it was easier to switch all my prescriptions to a new pharmacy. Long wait times, chaos behind the counter and the pharmacist being rude (I’m not embellishing!) to both patrons and staff sealed the deal.

Lord help you if you need to transfer your prescription to another pharmacy. The employees here must be really really unhappy because my new pharmacy has a backlog of transfers from CVS, waiting on CVS staff to complete the transfers. It kind of seems a bit passive aggressive to me.I moved because customer service at this pharmacy is almost nonexistent. Their drive-thru is closed more often than open and they have a high employee turnover. That also says to me that too many people have had access to my personal info. I do not recommend.

i use this pharmacy based only on proximity to my home. meds sent a week prior and still have to go inside and nudge them to fill anything. my daughter had a severe ear infection, took me 30 min just to drop off.. they dont seem to know how to prioritize, will hold the line up gor vaccine scheduling and other trivial reasons. it will take an average person 20 mins for anything in that store.

The CVS should be brought up on criminal charges for its lack of response to individuals in need of medicine in a prompt time line.Call them? Get answering machine saying someone will get back to you - no call back. Yesterday I called and the voice mailbox was full! Asked Giant to request scrip transfer, Giant said they’d try but they were working with another customer and left 3 messages at CVS over two days and no calls returned.We’ve gotten text messages saying scrip was ready and go to store to find scripts had not been filled. Clerks response was those text messages are not generated by store.Some of the staff is surly and incompetent. The competent staff is so over worked it’s no wonder no one stays there very long.My husband and I have a Caremark scrip plan which limits where we can go. Short term solution is to use GoodRx and pay out of pocket. Many can’t afford to do this.Is anyone from CVS READING THIS????

I went to go pick up my prescription that was called in weeks ago. App said it was ready for pick up. The lady at the window was rude. Did not greet me first off. She told me it would be a half hour. I told her it should be ready. She said she was from Delaware and shouldn’t even be at this store and was doing the best she can …. Well I thanked her for wasting her time and drove off. This place is a joke !!! Management needs to step in. Last month I had to wait for my prescription too. I tried to call for 3 days and no one ever answered the phone. I’m moving my prescriptions to another pharmacy!!! I don’t have to be treated this way just to get my medicine.

Every single time I have to deal with this pharmacy in Easton it is a horrible experience! This is a huge reason why people end up in the ER. This is hands down the worst pharmacy I have every dealt with. It is a shame that they don’t get fined from the government like hospitals for not meeting healthcare standards. They never have medications filled in a timely manner. They lie about not receiving prescription electronically. They are a disgrace to the healthcare profession. This is the first review I have ever written in my 46 years. This pharmacy is a danger to our community due to its incompetence! I would give zero stars if if would allow me.

Place is the worst! Never open when they are supposed to. Posted 8 am go there at 9am and pharmacy still not open. There is zero customer service. Tell you that your perception is ready but get there and still have at least 20 min wait.

Could not possibly be a worse pharmacy. It takes several trips every month with refills. It's beyond frustrating. Even when I return after they tell me it will be another 30 minutes....which I gave 90 minutes they still say another 30 min. I spend more time trying to get my prescriptions every month. Worst service ever.

Dropped off hand written script. When I came in to pick it up they had no record of my prescription and told me to go back to the doctor for another one. The drive thru is never open. The lines in the store are long with people and long in time. 3 times this year they have not been able to get certain meds. Instead of letting us know they told us and our doctors office they had not received any of the scripts. Unfortunately, CVS is who we have to use for our insurance. I said forget it and Dropped off a prescription at a local pharmacy yesterday. Now we are waiting for 2 prescriptions for my husband's pink eye. Can't get anyone on phone to see if it is ready. Not listed on cvs website. He needs to go out of network also. This place is worse then awful.

The only pharmacy that will work with my mother’s insurance. It’s been 11 months and they still have not gotten her prescriptions right. The drive though is frequently closed at inconvenient times in the middle of the day. Have been waiting in line at the pharmacy for over 15 minutes. I absolutely would change if we could.

Went to pickup rx for pneumonia. Called first they said open til 1:30pm got there at 1:20 drive thru closed. Since very ill, called and asked if they could run rx out to handicapped space 10 feet from their front door. Said no they were closed for lunch and argued with me until 130 and then said we're closed.til Mon 8am. Another 2 customers said the guy pulled the metal blind down when he was at the pharmacy and refused his medication..I WILL NEVER NEVER EVER GO INTO ANOTHER CVS! HE SHOULD NOT REPRESENT CVS ! I believe he was probably Asian by his accent. No bias intended just trying to help cvs identify him totally rude.

More than a year ago the staff was kind and efficient. They are now some of the rudest people there. The head pharmacist makes it impossible to get my medications and there’s absolutely nothing I can do about it. There new members are rude and have no respect for your daily lives. There’s another CVS attached to target and they aren’t great but they are better than this one. DO NOT trust this CVS with you or your loved ones care.

This CVS has really gone downhill. The pharmacy is understaffed, shelves poorly stocked and the checkout person was very unpleasant and failed to provide me with important information regarding COVID home tests. Namely that they are free on request from the government, or in DC. Instead I got charged a considerable amount. Just after I took my credit card out of the reader I asked about the price and then said to please cancel the sale. She informed me that once sold, they could not be returned. Had I asked prior to the credit card transaction being approved (60 seconds earlier) she would have cancelled the sale. I won't go back to this CVS again.

Zero customer service. I switched to a different CVS for prescriptions because of it, but attempted to schedule a COVID booster there. I received a confirmation and drove 20 minutes there to find out the pharmacy closed early that day. The front store employee giggled and laughed when I told her why I was there, the pharmacist was still back there filling prescriptions but told me he couldn’t do the booster.

Went to this pharmacy had horrible experience filling up prescription, pharmacist TARIK won't do it because happened that I don't have insurance when I had my tooth extracted emergency and told my husband to fill my prescription somewhere else!!!! What kind of professionalism is that!!! I chose cvs expecting they would have better customer service but it's the worst ever! Won't give us any more reason why he can't fill it, just because of no Insurance, where he can verify and dig deeper and make sure I dont abuse narco!!!! Bad judgement for your profession/license.

I had previously been impressed at how quickly my prescriptions were ready at this CVS nine miles from my house. However when I drove up to the prescription window the lady there was super argumentative. When I asked her multiple times not to yell at me and call me ma'am (especially since I am not a ma'am) she got flustered and slammed the window shut. I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior in all my life from a CVS and I have lived a lot of places. My mother had to come down and she had the same opinion and experience I had. After, she tried to blame it on her being a widow. Ma'am, you're not the only one with a sob story and it is no excuse for being wrong and bad at your job.

Terrible customer service. Took me 2 days and 3 trips to get a simple prescription. Last trip I went the line was not an exaggerated 20 people long. Horribly run pharmacy

I never leave reviews, however the customer service of the pharmacy was horrible. I waited on hold over 15 minutes. He pretended he couldn’t hear me but responded to everything I said & rushed me off the phone.

I came into CVS around 11/11:30 and the gift card I was using wasn't working as well as it did when I came in a day or two ago and used it for the first time. When I came in around 11/11:30 Maggie had to fight with the gift card to get it to work. She figured it out without ever making me feel like the pain in the butt that I knew I was being. I left for a few hours to do some Christmas shopping, but I found that I had to go back to CVS and Maggie was still working. I'm sure Maggie knew that it was going to be difficult (again) to get my gift card to work, but she helped me find what I was looking for and treated me as if I was any other customer using cash. Her patience and understanding was amazing. If she was any bit of frustrated then I had absolutely NO idea. Maggie appeared to be nothing less than humble, respectful, and appreciative. It's not often that you meet a younger employee of any job who does their job with such respect and doesn't give the immature attitude as if they don't care about who they come in contact with.Maggie - I'm sorry if my gift card was a pain in the butt, (and I know it was), but thank you for being a patient breath of fresh air, (which is a pleasant change from what I'm used to getting from others at this store). Thank you for your help today. I know your coworkers were totally not patient enough to deal with it, but you handled it the best way possible, and I am grateful for your professionalism and friendliness. Seriously.CVS - you're lucky to have an employee like Maggie. Both of my visits today were great because of her.

You can't speak to someone on the phone at the pharmacy. They are never opened when they are supposed to be. And they have closed their drive thru. Nothing like standing in line with sick kids for an hour surrounding by other sick people. 🤬

I've been going to this pharmacy for 4 years.They consistently are out of stock on prescriptions. Even everyday items are not in stock. They had 3 hours to prepare some prescriptions. When i arrived they were not ready. I gave them another hour only to find out after 4 hours they didn't have it in stock. Would have been nice to know that in advance. This was a friday and they said monday. Problem is i needed it now and could not wait. No effort was made to find it. I had to go to another pharmacy. How ever it's the counterwoman who is the worst. She talks down to you and is extremely condescending.Don't show up at 15 minutes before they close! My dogs don't bark as loud as she does.

CVS pharmacy is the worst I've been to, never have prescriptions ready when they should be. They always have the excuse we are running a day behind. The chubby girl with the tattoos and the shaved head haircut (couldn't get gee name as she wasnt wearing a name tag abs the shirt looks like it hadnt been washed in a bit) has a serious attitude problem, she argued with most of the customers in front of me and was extremely aggravated when it was my turn. She constantly complained that things that went wrong werent her fault but others that werent there. I've been to this location 3 times to pic up a medication and it's never been ready when it should have been. Last time I'm going to come here, just wanted to warn others.

Very disappointed...switching to Hills immediately. New clerk needs ID after 4 years of decent service I have to show my Mother's ID. She's home with a 2 day SHOULDER REPLACEMENT SURGERY.Then I call CVS to schedule a delivery...they do not deliver Percocet. So that tells me they do not trust the DELIVERY SERVICE THEY HIRED...?

After previously fruitless search for a Covid vaccine in our area, my husband (1C) went online and got an appointment at our local CVS . Quick and easy (you do have to sit for observation for 20 min. post shot). He said it was well-organized.

The drive-thru pickup is no longer observing disinfection protocols. They give the same pen and pad to everyone and do not disinfect between customers. Even pre-COVID, for a pharmacy, this is a sad mistake. When I shared that with the cashier, her extremely disinterested response was, “I’ll tell the pharmacist.”
