As someone who reads reviews before I go somewhere, read this one! I own a 4 year old Himalayan/ Persian mix. This cat is our best friend and is like our child - we love him so much! Buddy started getting some matting in areas like his chest and back of his legs that is not easily and safely able to be removed by someone who is not a professional groomer. His fur is insanely thick and long so I did my research and took him to Bright Eyed & Bushy Tailed. The 2 women who took care of Buddy listened to my concerns and how I wanted him hair cut and they safely removed all the mats and gave him a perfect shave. He also got his ears cleaned and they even said he almost instinctually held his paws out to get his nails clipped he trusted them so much (which I just thought this was adorable). I can’t tell you how happy buddy is with his new cut, he’s purring and rolling around all the time! I recently moved to the area and hate to get his haircut because it is extremely thick and I worry about his well-being as cats skin is very thin and can be easily cut. But buddy came out looking amazing and he wasn’t terrified so I knew I came to the right place. when I tell you I thought this would take a couple hours at least, it took less than 30 minutes. Extremely efficient and quick! I wouldn’t recommend another groomer and don’t often leave reviews but go here!! Your animals are safe and well cared for!

The people that run this boutique are incredibly kind, patient and have a true love and deep respect for pets. They made sure to make our dog, Copper, feel safe and well loved while she was groomed. Even if it meant sitting in their lap to be blow dried! We love this groomer!

Simply the best! Lauren, Melissa and Kelley are so wonderful and patient both with their 4-legged clients and their 2-legged clients. They are expert groomers and also seem to be a tight-knit team which creates a lovely environment for animals to enter into. They have groomed several dogs that I look after and always do a great job. Plus their online scheduling, text receipt service etc is very convenient and easy to use. The dogs always look great and they give special attention to any sensitivities like hot spots, tender areas etc. Highly recommend.

BE&BT is the best groomer in the Easton area. Lauren and her new assistant are impeccable and delightful, with excellent attention to detail and a flawless performance. They get your desire exactly right, and always do an amazing job. They've groomed 3 of my dogs over the last 4 years, and two cats. Never disappointed! I took my dog here today for a bath/nails/ear cleaning and they did a great job! Everyone was very friendly and they took their time and were very patient with my dog who HATES having her nails clipped. Will definitely be back soon!

Lauren and the crew at Bright Eyed And Bushy Tailed are just delightful. I’ve been taking my dogs there ever since they opened and they always do a wonderful job on my Shih Tzu-Pekingese. The premises is always sparkling, the dogs there are always very happy, and it never takes more than a week to get an appointment. It’s also nice is that if they notice anything off about Sassy, they’ll mention it, so I can follow up.

The ladies there were wonderful! They were so patient and loving with my big, long-haired cat! She had huge mattes of hair that we couldn't get out, and she was so uncomfortable that we had to do something! But finding a groomer that works on cats in this area is impossible! I found "Bright Eyed and Bushy Tailed" and was so relieved, but I didn't even consider it until I read the reviews. The reviews were great, so I took our poor big Raz in, and she came out so happy and looking better than she ever has! The amazing thing is that our very nervous Raz not only looked good, but she was calm and not freaked out like i thought she would be, not screaming all the way home like she did on the way there! Now that is impressive! Any disruption in her routine sets her off, but she came out from her very first time EVER being groomed like she had been going there once a week all her life!It takes a lot for me to write a review, I don't even like texting, but if a business goes above and beyond what would be considered the norm of their line of work, not just trying to be good enough to have a viable business, but to be good enough to have people come back because you can tell that those ladies LOVE WHAT THEY DO! That is a place where I want to take my cat, and those kind of people deserve to have all the business that they can handle!Hooray for Bright Eyed and Bushy Tailed!

I would give no stars if I couldNot happy I get a text 1 hour before my appointment I made online they canceled and tried to reschedule me for 2 weeks after my appointment I made online I explained it was my moms cat she passed away last month and this cat needed groomed because she’s been scared up under a bed. Don’t have online appointment booking if u can’t do it
