I went to BJ’s earlier today with my brand new baby he’s about 2 months old. Let’s just say I had a time while trying to shop I love BJ’s for their prices, bulk items etc. I really wanted to make a huge SHOUT OUT to a gentleman named Justice who helped ring/pull out all items up and then at the end offered to help me load my items into my car he saw and heard how I was slightly having a hard time with my baby and offered to help me with no questions asked. This meant so much to me because my grocery shopping was made an entire process between the baby wanting to eat in the middle of the grocery store to having a blow out I was just done at that moment but he helped me and saw I was having a hard time. The fact he didn’t even think twice about asking if I needed help is what spoke to his character and work ethic. I am absolutely thankful he was there today and completely thankful for his help it’s always the small things that mean the most. Thank you Justice for being so kind, thoughtful, and caring! You made this Momma’s day and even made my day a little bit easier on myself thank you again for being so thoughtful.

Bought a TV March 13th was delivered March 20th. We finally had time to open the box to set it up that Saturday the 23rd. It was broken. Went through return process. They picked up March 25th. I signed a paper, have it on ring video. As of April 4th still no refund. I have called 3 times, and get the same excuse. Yet BJs took my yearly membership of $100 no priblem, but still sitting on my $500 instead of refunding me. Apparently I have to wait for the driver to confirm that he dropped it off at a warehouse even though I have receipt and video proof.I WILL NEVER buy anything but food from this place again.

Worst customer service. Can't get it right.Out sourced customer service that is unable to fix a membership issue. I paid automatic renewal. Everytime I check out my membership is expired. Local store is unable to fix it. Only corporate can. The problem is BJs corporate service is outsourced to a foreign country. Guess what they can't fix it! I am amazed they stay in business.

This place is truly worthless. They cancel online orders "for your security" and when you call they can't explain it and say it can take 24 to 48 hrs to resolve. Not ok if the sale will end soon.

Love the bulk sizes! Great place to stock up your house or to get ready for a camping trip! Deli meats are fresh and delicious. Best place in Easton to buy Coffee Pods!

Well I love the store, but customer service really sucks, this lady who works at the register is so mean miserable, if u don’t like you job just leave!! She’s the only one !this been my 3rd time!

Tucked quietly in the back near the Queen Anne County medical center. Clean, great prices and friendly folks all rolled into one. Plenty of VEGAN burger choices. Does not have a tire center. I would definitely recommend shopping here.

Usually BJs food is cooked and well done.Sliders were over cooked tenders were cold fries barely warm. My grandson was so disappointed in their food. Not happy with them today🙁

If you are think about applying for a job at this store, please reconsider. I would only apply if you need a job. This place is merciless when comes to attendants. If you miss a single day, you always have to have a doctor note or it gets counted against you. And no, those days you missed never fall off. Three write ups and your gone. The pay really isn't worth it since everywhere else paying far more. If your a woman and wanted to be forklift trained here. Forget it. I have only seen men get trained here. Which is very disappointing when your told that everyone can be trained here. The managment is very bad and communication is very lacking. Plus, There is very little training at all. There a lot quid pro quo going on with management, which is causing a lot of employees to either put in their two week noticed or out right quit. I hope place can turn things around, however it's been going on like this for five years. Personally, I am tired of it.

I gave them five stars only because of the Front End Manager, Deborah. She went above and beyond. My husband and I are thankful. We have our deck furniture. If it wasn't for her walking up when she did, we wouldn't have it. Her energy and reassurance made us comfortable and we didn't mind waiting. Her direction help the other worker understand the process. I hope in the future the other worker would have a better understanding how to handle situations such as ours.... her attitude was still great.It was only the first worker she asked... name beginning with a K...I won't throw her completely under the bus that had an attitude, like I don't want to help but... THANK GOD for Deborah.BJ's y'al better keep treating her right. 😁😀

I always enjoy my visit to BJ's. I overlooked my membership renewal date, but was able to renew right at the self checkout station. I would like better if the store was larger. The spaces in front on the road could have added more space to the store for more products.

As usual shopping there was always worth the trip. We know what we want and where's at. Large selection of food stuffs. Beats are better than the local supermarkets. Prices are also a bargain. Love their meats. Steaks, spareribs and hamburgers gave you great taste at a very lower price than local supermarkets.

The handicapped spaces are so far from the door, it's a real big deal to go there. Seems they could move them to the front so it's easier for people with pain and health problems to get in and out. By the time you're done shopping, it's very painful to get to the car. It would be so much nicer if they thought about this and did something about it.

This review is only about the customer service. We asked about keys we might have lost at BJ's, and the lady in the front told us straight no we didn't find any keys. We had to ask her to check in the back, and indeed there were our keys. This was our third time that we had to go back to BJ's after looking in other stores. If the staff member could spend a little time just looking in the back that would have saved everyone's time.

They have reasonable prices on everyday needs and a large selection to choose from. They also have lots of riding carts for those with mobility issues and that is definitely a plus. Associates there are very nice and helpful.

I had a large online order of gatorade and waters and Chrissy and her team were so helpful when I got there. Chrissy even personally helped me load all 30 cases of water into my van. Cut my time in half!! Thanks for great customer service!!

The plus was the effort the staff put into finding the last available of the special item I was looking for. The minus was the state of the restroom. It's not easy taking a toddler into a public restroom. It would be better if the place wasn't filthy.

Carries organic dairy and eggs, raw cashews, lovely mushrooms. Has good meat, bakery, and deli selections. New great clothing bargains. Very friendly staff. Never too crowded.

Very eventful as always. I can never get just what's on my list. I'm so thankful for the riding carts. Having carts for people with disabilities is what keeps me coming back. I can shop in comfort, explore and shop til I drop.

My first visit to the Easton BJ's was underwhelming. It is smaller than the one in Bowie MD and does not sell gas or do tires.It was hard to get anyone on the floor to tell me where certain items I was looking for were. They kept saying ask at the service desk. Unfortunately this is on the other side of the store. When I checked out, the cashier took my coupon in hand, but did not ring it into the register. I had to have customer service give me the 2 dollars. All in all a very average experience.

So, I went into BJs on Tuesday the 3rd of July 2018. I stood there for about 10-15mins waiting in the bakery department to be helped. Finally the "cake decorator" came over to me after a dept. Manager came to me. I showed her, explained to her AND sent her the picture of exactly what I wanted the birthday cake to look like that I was ordering. She showed me some of the ones like it that she'd already done and explained to me she was definitely able to do it. She wrote down everything it was supposed to say and what colors (plus had the picture I sent her for reference). She informed me that the names would be going across the bottom layer of the cake an I agreed that was fine. My daughters 6th birthday party was this evening an I asked my mother to stop and pick the cake up on her way to the party. She gets there and the colors on the cake look nothing like what we discussed or what I said I wanted or what the picture looked like and the names went from the bottom layer down on to the cardboard that the cake sat on. My mother told her flat out she didnt want to nor did she think she needed to pay for the cake beings it's not what we asked for and looked sloppy. Unfortunately, there was not any time to wait for another 2 tier cake to be made special order for a bday party that was happening 15mins from them picking it up. I'm extremely disappointed and unsatisfied an I will be calling to speak with a manager tomorrow morning. Never again, bad part is I'm a cake decorator an I knew I could do it, I just didnt have the time.

The Verizon Wirless station at this Bjs location is full of money hungry sales representatives who swindle the elderly. Their manager at this location, Emily is rude, irresponsible, and not helpful. They swindled a family member of ours into changing plans, made unauthorized adjustments to our phone plan, and played dumb when called out for their mistakes. Daniel and Matt were the associates who made sale and Emily did nothing to help fix it. We are potentially leaving Verizon because of our experience here and will spread the word to the local community never to go to this Verizon branch EVER. Very very very unhappy.... we came here to MD to celebrate birthdays and anniversaries with our loved ones and this sly money grubbing group of associates put a very large damper on our weekend.

Can't beat the Deli deals. With all of the chain grocery stores charging $10.00 a pound across the board, BJ's is the way to go. Savings on Deli products alone will more than pay for my yearly membership.

I like BJ's because it has good prices but in sizes/amounts smaller than Costco and Sams. Very good deli with Citterio and D&W, and the house brand is also good.

More often than not, items that are advertised in BJ'S flyers are not available at this location. The explanation has always been the Easton BJ'S is a "small" store and therefore does not always get the products a "large" store would. All fine and good, except I have started visiting "small" BJ'S stores in mainland Maryland and Virginia only to discover that the available product is always there and that in this instance of life - size truely doesn't matter.It would seem as if the problem is with management. :-(
