Excellent customer service, high quality products, and just an overall amazing shopping experience. Nice people who run it but the asking prices of more than half the items are not realistic. I bargain shop often I fine the exact item at goodwill weeks prior going for fractions of the cost. For people who don't know, they are being taken advantage of. I don't think it's the owner, it's the people who are selling there items there. Now they are taking there clothes off the shelves. I have been shopping hear for years but unfortunately I can shop other places for the same items for a fraction of the cost. Goodbye Baystar

I love this store. I visit often since I am a vendor for a product and on my own as a customer that lives 60 miles away. Anne and her husband has some very nice items and furniture and I will not hesitate making a trip to their establishment to get what I need for my home or my hobbies. I also enjoy the kindness and conversations with staff. They also have Berger Cookies which are a hit.

I love shopping at Bay Star! There are always treasures to be found there. I also do consignment with them. Owners Anne and her husband are extremely professional. It is very easy to make an appointment to bring in your items for consignment. But the best part is when I come in and I have money on my account to do some shopping!They have everything from furniture to clothes to household items.....and everything in between! You just never know what treasures you will find! Highly recommended for shopping as well as for consignment.

Please carefully examine your clothes BEFORE purchase. Any damage or flaws, etc, are not disclosed. I purchased a Chico's top. It had several holes which were not easily seen. ( Do a light test if possible.) I purchased a suit that looked just perfect The top was a size 6, and the skirt was a size 8. To me, that kind of information NEEDS to be stated on the tag. And yes, I should have checked it out. Lesson learned. And of course, no returns. I won't shop there again.
