Sold us a very sick kitten who died two days later.The kitten was adopted Saturday afternoon. On Tuesday during the day he threw up a huge pile of round worms (see picture) and then began throwing up bile into the evening. We got him to the vet who told us the cat had a zero white blood cell count and was going into sepsis. There was little they could do for him at that point.

Dolly Loves shopping at her Local Petsmart!! The employees are all very nice and helpful, even though they are short staffed. The few workers they have deserve a pat on the back and a raise as they work very hard!!

The shelves I saw were poorly stocked and unorganized. I only saw two people working and only one of them seemed competent. I assumed the other employee was just new. I realize a lot of places are having trouble getting and keeping good employees so I'm not trying to flame-spray the store or company. I just can't give a great review to this store.

Really enjoyed the groomers at this location. We had just moved and our doggo was feeling a little sad. We took him to Hannah and she treated him wonderful and he came out his old happy self. They made him feel like this was home.

Wow petsmart, just wow. I placed an order as a new customer, wanting to take advantage of your first autoship order offer for a month worth of diabetic cat food. Back then, you were offering 40% off the first order. You emailed me saying the order was placed, contacted my vet and everything, and then canceled my order the next day, citing a lack of inventory. I even called, hoping to keep my order and ask you to just send it when you get more, but no, that wasn't an option. I had to go buy it elsewhere. Now I see why. I was price shopping today for another case of food and discovered your new first time autoship deal, which is now only 30% and has a maximum discount of $20. Now it seems clear that you thought I was getting too good of a deal, so you cancelled my order and changed your offer. Not winning my loyalty. That's for sure.

I went into PetSmart after realizing that the last person who fed the dog neglected to tell me that there was NO more dog food. This was a slight problem, because the dog food my dog eats weighs 50lbs, but due to medical reasons I can only lift around 10lb right now. Alissa you were a Godsend not only did Alissa place the dog food in my cart she also pushed the cart outside and placed the dog food in my trunk. Alissa THANK YOU for going above and beyond to assist me. Your Kindness and professionalism did not go unnoticed!!!!

Our Dunkirk PetSmart is a great place to find items for our dog. They staff is very helpful. The sales person was very helpful. when she even got down on the floor to help us find a coat to fit our pup. The groomers are very patient with her also.

This is my preferred choice for 6 years to have my dog groomed. The groomers are always very friendly, professional and loving towards my dog. Only once have I ever had an issue when he was cut to close causing him irritation in the area. Living over 15 miles away I have 9 closer stores one less than 4 miles from my house.

I took my kids here on a raining Friday afternoon. We were greeted by a staff member named Andrew. My girls were there to look at some of the cats available to adopt or one of the smaller mammals. Let me tell you—Andrew was the single best help I’ve ever had at a pet store EVER! He let us interact with each creature we’ve been thinking about adopting. Not only that but he educated us on everything from a general overview of each kind of animal but he also seemed to have some exceptional knowledge on the personality of just about every one of the animals in the store. Like every single animal. He knew if the animal was maybe too high strung to be handled by my kids (who a teens and very busy type kids). He coached them on how to touch a ball python and then let them pet her. I never thought my kids would handle any python—not ever. So a big big big thank you to Andrew for being the best representative of. PetSmart and of the wonderful animals that are up for adoption. so to you Andrew—I THANK YOU!! You are the bees knees! Got a Winter White hamster from here and I could tell Andrew did a great job socializing the hamsters, I put my hand in the cage and she immediately walked up to me and started giving me some friendly nibbles on my hand trying to find out who I was. Probably the first time I've ever had one of these naturally skiddish hamsters walk right up to me like that!

Very helpful associates. Has a kitten adoption center and was helped by a very good worker. Taking a star off because the prices in store didn't match online. Had to order stuff online and do pick up order because it's cheaper that way....

Unfortunately it seems they are focusing less on cats and more on dogs snd other animals as the selection of cat treats, food, and toys is constantly shrinking

It's a good store with very nice staff. Oddly enough, they have nothing at all in or on their entire storefront windows, so it looks like they aren't in business.... but, they are. I only shop for cats products so I can't address other areas but all of the supplies are generally there when needed. I recommend this location.

I needed a dog crate after my GSD had surgery. One was in stock, and on sale which was a good buy. i also needed an xl inflatable collar to replace that god-awful plastic collar/shroud. They had one but i thought a tad expensive at 40+ dollars but it beats the plastic collar and the dog is much better with it. Overall it was clean and well stocked for what i needed. i could have used a flat cart as its an oversized item and couldn't fit in the cart. i'd go again if needed pet supplies.

This Petsmart location has the best grooming shop. I have been so happy taking my dog, Timmy Johnson, there for bathing and grooming. The staff is so good with the dogs and very knowledgeable about grooming and pet care. My favorite groomer is Amanda, Timmy Johnson seems to be very comfortable with her. It is a very clean location compared to other locations.
