Her line was super long as she asked for help over and over to no avail , regardless she was apologetic and working as fast as possible. This store is ridiculous. For the last few months their fish have had ick. They seem to be dragging their feet on doing anything about it!!!!! I've had many aquariums of different sizes and yes unfortunately I have ick affect my fish. It has never taken months to get rid of it. If they can't fix their problem then they need to drain All tanks and dispose of the affected fish and start over!! This is ridiculous

Worst experience ever for grooming. Not only did my dog come home with a bleeding nail but also a choppy ugly haircut! Now we have to scramble to get an appointment elsewhere before our vacation thanks Barbara from Petsmart!!!!!!!! Extremely upset I will be contacting corporate about this tomorrow!!!!!! Happy Easter to my family!!!!

Came here to get fish food realized they were having a dog adoption day just out of curiosity went off in the truck checked out a few of the dogs immediately fell in love with one of the pitbulls adopted him immediately fell in love with him and thanks to PetSmart I have a another child LOL my daughter has a little furry brother such a good boy the dogs they have there I suggest if anybody is looking to adopt look into their adoption programs every one of the dogs and animals there were so great but Buster that was his name he already knew it one year old stole my heart took him out of his little kennel and immediately fell in love with him and left with him thank God we were there that day I don't know what I would do without him and this was only a few weeks ago

Beware if you're going here to get your dogs nails clipped. They don't tell you anywhere that they don't use muzzles so if your dog gives them a hard time (which I told them she would) they just won't do it and will bill you anyway. They just wrote it in a card and sent me to pay without saying anything. My dog comes out with her nails looking awful. I have a 6-year-old beagle and the manager tried to tell me they can't muzzle her because of her age. I called corporate and found out that's a lie. Why on Earth, a professional groomer would put their employees in danger and keep a dog with unhealthy nails, all to keep from simply putting on a muzzle, is incomprehensible. This also opens the dog owner for a potential lawsuit.

Went in to purchase a lizard. She questioned me like she was the fbi. What kind of of lizard. You need a certain cage etc. I said ok I’ll get a lizard and I’ll get whatever cage. We need to know what kind.. ITS NOT THAT SERIOUS. I left and went and got a reptile and everything the lizard needed from the reptile store. Easy $200 transaction

So, I decided to work more on my aquarium but when I go to PetSmart to get live plants they're always dying but yet never on sale anymore. I'm not buying dying plants and the price is still the same as if they were healthy. I'm not paying extra money to ship online either. They're always running out of stock. Disappointed!

I have been going to this location for the last 4 months, I get my dog groom once a month. The scheduling is very easy, I love when we arrive they are on time, they take a look at Watkins and tell me if its anyting else that i need to get done to him. They are very knowledgeable about my dog.

Rachel injured my puppy! We took pour puppy cash in for a trim and nail cut. Instead of getting a hair cut and nail trim. He got a horrible hair cut and she took the top layer of skin off of his b*ll sack! He is swollen raw and in pain. He can’t sit without holding his leg up. I previously been service by Barbara who was amazing. This lady Rachel has left my usually happy puppy traumatized. If you know you cut the puppy why would you continue to cut? At this point I feel like it was intentional. I was told that I was speaking to the manager then she said the manager will call me I have not received a call. I’m starting to think it was her I was speaking to. Take your puppy anywhere except here

Staff at this location always greet you & your pup at the door, give the fur-kids tons of attention, love and snax, and are always super helpful when we're looking for a specific product. If you find the product you're buying on PetSmart's app and it's on sale, they'll price match it in the store. Lastly, I'm told that they carry delicious snacks and bones! My boy, Riker 💙 just couldn't wait for home to have his sweet potato & duck stuffed rawhide rolls!

Last time I went to the grooming salon, someone got stabbed in the store in 2017. I’ve been working with a therapist for 6 years to try to go to this location again. I have an autoimmune disease that is currently flaring up and i can’t travel far distances so I tried setting up a booking for grooming for my dog here because it’s closer and was turned down because she has hip dysplasia. I’ve only had problems at this location. Would not recommend. I don’t even know why this location even has a groomer if they aren’t aware that you can’t just Chuck dogs in a bath like frisbees.

My dog was half groomed because they stated he had ringworm. The spot was dried up blood from getting nicked. She pointed out a tiny red spot and said it was ring worm and had to stop mid grooming. My dog was a little matted due to us dealing with a death in the family and planning and getting married over the last several months. I figured they didn’t want to deal with it so they made this elaborate plan to say something that wasn’t true. Once he gets from the vet on Monday 8/9 and they confirm he doesn’t have it, I’m going back up there. For now, I did it myself as sometimes I do because I use to groom years ago.I meant to update…this is my “Lil ol’e man” after Petco in Canton groomed him without me making it to the vet because we went on a few vacations. But there was no mention of ring warm which doesn’t just go away on its own. They will let the new employees cut those dogs that the veterans don’t feel like dealing with. 🤦🏽‍♀️

I would like to give a huge shout out to Beth who works in your Grooming Salon. She takes such great care of my 12 year old blind Poodle every six weeks. We do the express service. It costs a little more but my dog is NEVER at any time put into a cage and her entire grooming is done within 60 minutes. I sit on the parking lot and that's my time to relax while waiting for my girl. My old gal would get extremely stressed out if she had to be at the salon for 3 to 4 hours. I highly recommend her.

The store was clean, organized, and had everything that I needed for this visit. Amanda at the store’s cashier desk was helpful with finding me what I was looking for plus being very friendly and approachable too. I have been to this location for many years and I have never had a bad experience there. I recommend anyone to go take a look there especially if your needing any pet supplies or even looking at possibly getting a pet. They have a good variety of things for any types of animals. Also have a nice adoption area for cats if anyone is interested. I have trusted and relied on their consistency to help me with whatever I need or am trying to find. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place to anyone whether that’s in the Dundalk area or the surrounding areas. Always have my support!

The store is always clean and well stocked. The associates in the aquatics department are very knowledgeable and are happy to help explain everything to you in regard to your fish tank. They don't pressure you to buy what you don't need and help you come up with solutions to keep your tank and fish healthy and happy. I know I can put the health and safety of my tank in their hands.

Always an easy trip. Only issue was that we had signed up for a group dog training class, and no one else signed up. That isn't the stores fault, but a phone call letting us know would've been appreciated. The trainer was very apologetic, offered one on ones, and getting a refund was a breeze. We had planned our day around that so it was a bit frustrating.

Very horrible experience with the grooming staff on 7/16/23Booked an appointment for my dog, which profile is on file in their system..Was called and rushed to come earlier than my scheduled appointment..When I arrived earlier than my appointment time I was told I could no long receive service..I asked why, they said my dogs size and the time frame they had they couldn’t work with..This was very unprofessional, seeing as though they rushed my from my home..Then denied me service..When they could of simply asked me to reschedule when they first called me.When I asked for the store manager, I was given the pet smart 1800 number for customer service.I thought this was also unprofessional because I asked for the store managers name and contact..Which at first they acted like they didn’t know, then later was found “ conveniently”.I will be making a complaint to the BBB.

Tammy has been discriminatory towards me every time I come here. Being in her line at the register is nothing but microaggressions and rudeness. The first time I ever came to this location I actually left her line without buying my items because I will not accept mistreatment on any level. It's giving racist and most of the other staff are white as well so it will probably go over everyone's head. I will most certainly go to the Petco down the way to avoid mistreatment.Tonight I came to pick up an online order Tammy was unbelievable. It's a shame because this location is right down the street from my house. Not worth it.

On Saturday Jan.27 took my dog to get her first grooming some how she got out of her collar and was scared to come back to me a young lady that now is a groomer was wonderful, she got my dog to come back to us so we grab her now to speak on her hair cut it was the best awesome first hair cut
