Don't do online orders here. The process is smooth anywhere else but here. You'll place a same day delivery with adequate time, it won't be fulfilled, they won't cancel so next thing you know there's an order sitting outside while you're at work - THE NEXT DAY. Tried a different option for curbside pickup. No one came out after 20 mins. Already not feeling well, I call in to cancel so I can lay down. Girl gave me the smart "it cancels after three days". I told her this situation was different because I marker that I was there. Please confirm... she got smart. As soon as I finally close my eyes, I get alerts that the order was PICKED UP. Now I'm getting the whole ring around the rosy with the phones and trying to get confirmation or a refund or bag the order back up so I can get it. Left on hold. I have a feeling I'm going to take a $50 loss here so I just emailed corporate because the " chat" is useless. Scripted responses.

This Walgreens hours of operation listed in the store front window, need to be re-aligned properly. Some of the shelves were empty but staff were restocking items. This store was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The store was not open during the hours of operation as displayed and posted on the store's main entrance window. Please post the correct hours for the general public and most of all, the customers. When the hours operation change, even if for a day and etcetera, as a major corporation be responsible, respectful, diligent and exercise business etiquette.

These reviews clearly match the SERVICE THAT WAS SHOWN TO ME. The pharmaceutical people here are TRASH. Who's hiring these people?!?! Tells me over the phone "Your doing to much, tell me your first name" lol wha?!?!Then later says "you need to stop talking, your giving me irrelevant information..." I am APPAULED.BUT WAIT she calls me back and tells me I need to be more respectful after hanging on me twice! Not to mention waiting 30+min on the phone for 1 caller ahead of me lolTHIS PLACE ISNA JOKE who ever I spoke to today onJan 25th at 6:30ish NEEDS TO BE FIRED! These reviews are a pattern. Yes sometimes the pharmacy lines are long but I have never experienced bad customer service as far as attitude and being rude. They've all been very very nice to me even greeting me at the door every time.

Hello, I was just at your Walgreens on Silver Hill Road in Maryland filling a prescription which has me to wait a long period of time at least over 45 minutes and while waiting I had to use the restroom and unfortunately this facility does not have the key "so they say" to the public's restroom. That's unacceptable especially if there's a long wait for someone to get their prescription.

Worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Waited more than 40 minutes for vaccines for my kids and finally had to leave because no one was doing their job. Since when does it take more than 20 minutes to mix medication. There were more than 6 people in that pharmacy and yet no work was being done. absolutely terrible I would give 0 stars if I could.

Please don’t go to this pharmacy. Unprofessional and poor customer service. My prescription was “accidentally” deleted from my profile, after which it took them an additional week and try to fill it. No one apologized, nor was there a sense of urgency to try to get my medication. I had to suggest they reach out to another store to see if they could acquire the medication. This is completely unacceptable.

Either the ATM shorted me $20 or I gave the cashier an extra $20 by mistake (the $20’s were fresh out of the ATM, so they were sticking together). Either way, I lost $20 here and I’m annoyed.

It's 10:52 pm and it said it's open but the employee closed the store early just to not get anymore customers. Ya should really be more honestly with your store hours not make people waste their time driving so far to a store that said it's close at 11pm not 10:52pm .

Worst Pharmacist EVER!!!! VERY VERY VERY RUDE AND DISMISSIVE!!!
