My favorite department store is target.Everywhere I am I always look for one to go shopping. I can spend whole day in there and come out with a lot of bags which makes me so happy because I always find what I am looking for.The best I like of target it’s they have an Starbucks by the entrance so I first get my coffee and shopping I goFor every season I like to get new decor for the house.There are always good dealsWell recommended

I’m only giving 3 stars because of TL Kayla who was very nice and helpful. I come to this target frequently and today was just ridiculous. I bought a mac book charger from there back in Aug 2023 and it recently stopped working. I went to return it today and it did state on the receipt to return by 8/21/23 BUT that was only for when and if it stopped working within that time frame of me purchasing it, well today I tried to return it and the associate who assisted me (can not remember her name, she was dark skin with glasses working exchange & returns) said that the item was not refundable, i said okay well can I get store credit because I would at least like to leave with a new charger, She states that it wasn’t anything that they could do and that I should reach out to Apple for a solution and I was confused because why would I reach out to Apple when the item was purchased from here I asked. She didn’t have anything to say So I went to the Tech section and asked for a manager (TL Kayla) I explained to her what was going on and she immediately gave 3 different solutions. I’m going to stop here but the story was far from over I just want TL Kayla to get the recognition she deserves. Thank you Kayla:)

I usually shop at this store with no problem. I brought my ten year old daughter a VR system for three hundred dollars. I'm not able to hook it up with her age after verifying with meta support team multiple times. I would not recommend purchasing a system from here because the time window is closed to return it and we are stuck with a system we can't use after only having it for a month. I'll try Walmart from now on .

I was appalled when I went into the hygiene and beauty aisles to find hair products, and hygiene items behind locked glass encasements. Not only, did you have to wait for assistance, but one couldn't even shop or carouse the products until it had been decided what I liked. I left with nothing from that aisle but feelings of disappointment and unwelcome!Unfortunately, I had to purchase 3 other items as I did not have other options for shopping at the time. Otherwise, I would've left the store without purchasing anything!The products were inaccessible and locked behind a glass case. You had to wait for staff to come to your assistance and open the cases for you to read labels, smell products, etc.It's also important to note that this was in a location in a predominately Black area. This has not been my experience at other Target stores where the demographics are not predominately Black or POC.This made the shopping experience unpleasant and quite frankly made me feel unwelcome!

I arrived at 9:15am Saturday morning and this store was an eye sore..and they had the nerve to have a long line. Just about every isle was blocked 🚫 with product! And you couldn't find staff for help!

Why did the pharmacist at this location fiil a prescription that costs almost $50 that could have cost far less over the counter. This iron supplement has been prescribed for patients for years. Why treat an 84 year old this way...?

This target is so ridiculous, ...one of the manager name Donni has terrible customer service, it's a clear difference in how they talk and treat there African American customers compared to the others. It's sad because over half the employees are black but they constantly target the black customers at this store as if they can't afford to shop at target..mean while the others are walking right out with merchandise. I seen it with my own eyes ...Do Better!!

I placed an online order, it was a drive up pick up. The items were placed in my car. When I got home and checked the bags half of the items that I ordered weren't there. There's something wrong with the driving pick up because the last time I sat in my car for more than 30 minutes.

I arrived at the store about 12:15 pm! Took a picture of the job opening post in the door for my FBF. Viewed the clearance rakes. Staff were restocking shelves and putting stock away. Picked up my dog food, and some other food items for myself, went to check out, and saw two cashiers open and plenty of customers at self-checkout!!! Used my new e-gift card certificate and was out in good time! Lovely experience! The store is clean , bright, and colorful.

Manager and lady at the return low-key mid and my boy Kenneth in the back at electronics is the absolute goat boy deserves a raise more then pizza deserves cheese he may not be the hero I deserved but he was the hero I needed thank you Kenneth 🙏

This location has gone way down. It's really giving a dollar tree vibe. It's not clean or organized. The shelves are not stocked. The detergent is locked up, so be prepared to stand there and wait 10 minutes for an associate to come unlock the cabinet for you to make your selection. The customer service is sub par. It looks horrible. I work in VA and the Targets I go to out there are luxury in comparison. It's so disappointing. It's like this is the forgotton Target. So sad.

Lately, feel like the staff are working hard to make the customer experience here great. Over the past few months, they have ramped up customer service and store cleanliness. Every once in a while there are some stocking issues. Jordan at customer service has helped me many times with returns I needed to do, and I appreciate that it’s usually pretty smooth getting in and out of the store. The two biggest spots needing attention are the parking lot which can be tedious to get in and out of, and the check out line which at times is quite long.

The employee at the returns desk did not speak nor hold a conversation. He just simply returned my merchandise to a store credit, handed me the card and looked at me. Just RUDE AS EVER! I hope they hire new staff or teach their current employees what it means to have excellent customer service

The guest services area never answers the phone. Furthermore, when you go into the store, they are never present at the service desk. This is sad and I hate to think it has to do with the location and demographics. Very sad.

Order pickup service is horrible. Placed an order an hour ago still hasn't processed . Before they go through and then take more than 2 hours to fill . Better to just go to the store . No one answers the phones btw. When you walk in there is rarely a person at the guest services counter.They are now little number of cashier's available so it always a long line. If you can go out to largo or any other target do so. They will have a better selection and more staff available and they do pick up in 2 hours.

This location biggest challenges are its parking lot, staffing, and checkout lines. The parking lot caters to drive up parking. It’s a pretty small lot considering the location. Too much traffic. Not ideal walking with babies or kids. The store rarely has available workers on the floor for help. I had to walk from the back of the store to guest services just to be told an item that said it was in stock was really not. And then the check out lines are sooo long. They have like 1 or 2 cashiers and the self checkout moves so slow. Other locations there’s more staff and ones that problem solve to get the line moving fast. I honestly only come here if a specific item I need is here. I prefer Oxon hill for their parking lot and fast lines. And Alexandria for their inventory

Convenient location off of Rt 4/Pennsylvania ave and Donnell Dr. Plenty of parking, clean store. They have begun to keep many items locked behind glass. Clothes detergent and skincare items are a few of them.

I had to return an item and pick up an online order at the Forestville, MD store. The experience was awesome! I don’t believe I was in the store more than five minutes and was able to do both of my transactions and literally seconds. The staff were friendly and accommodating. This was one of the best customer service experiences that I have had in a while.

I have had no problem with this location since starting shopping there 2 months ago, keep in mind I'm shopping on the weekdays, so not as crowded. The self checkout is still the busiest line even on weekdays. Yesterday I went there and got everything on my list, except for a single day pill holder, which was no big deal; they had plenty of the weekly pill holders though. Not sure why people waste their time putting in a review that complains about empty shelves and long lines, THAT IS LIFE NOW in this almost post pandemic world. People need to get back to work so our economy and everything can get back to normal!
