A picture is worth a thousand words. I gave the store a few chances before posting this review but the mold in the soda cooler was the last straw. There are close to 10 other Dollar Trees around this area go to any and I mean any of them instead of this store. You can never find anything you are looking for unless you get lucky and find it in one for the boxes of stock that is laying around waiting to be put up and by put up I mean thrown on maybe the correct shelf. If you do happen to find what you are looking for then, you have to stand in the one line (maybe 2 if you are really lucky) that reaches the back the of the store. There is never anyone higher up that seems to be working to complain to. The only ok thing about the store is that the overworked employees that are there are friendly and apologetic. The store seems to just be so understaffed that there is just not enough man power or hours in a shirt to get anything done. They did recently add Amazon delivery lockers but good luck getting g an employee to have the time to help you because they are probably busy attending to the long line or blowing up balloons or doing tons of other stuff except for cleaning the soda cooler.

One of the worst dollar tree stores in the area. Lots of clutter, and dysfunction.No change. Still the worst. The shelves are bare, always. They dont even have a section with the vitamins, and cheap meds. Would give less stars, if it were allowed. Simply, Awful, Awful, Awful.No change. Bare shelves, few employees etc.No change. 🤔I wonder which day the shelves are fully stocked.

This is my neighborhood dollar tree or what I thought it was until I was accused of stealing today…I went into the store to purchase trash bags but they didn’t have the ones I normally purchase so while I was in another aisle,a family member text me and told me to not purchase any alternatives and see if I can see the items we buy in the aisle maybe behind or besides something…So I dropped the current trash bags I had in the aisle I was currently in and checked the trash bag aisle again…it was no black trash bags instead of the white ones so I was walking out when I was approached by the manager who seen me come in there for years and a new associate worker who insisted I was acting suspicious…They asked to check my bag and asked why I left the items in the wrong aisle.I told her it was the stockers responsibility to put things back and she stated it was the customer’s responsibility to either bring them to the front or put them back correctly.I stayed there and called the police and once they arrived she didn’t want to give out her name so I can report her to corporate which is fine but gave me the number to corporate in a rude way and walked away from me and the officer.She told me I had more items than I had and when I asked her to show me,she stated she didn’t have to…when I alerted her that I was calling the police,she shrugged her shoulders…This place is horrible as far as customer service,and inexperienced minors working the cash registers…Go to the dollar tree in forestville or marlow heights or oxon hillBut try to make this one your last option.

Who said “the early bird gets the worm”? IDK. I rise up at 7:00 am today to go to the store. Made it there by 10:30am, got greetings cards, paper towels, baking soda, pet odor powder, cups, okra, soap, comet, napkins, facial tissues and toilet tissue. Ooops! Only one cashier!!! Dah!!! Hello!!! I ain’t tryin to be here all morning long! Okay, bagged up, paid and left out. Got back home and guess what? No toilet tissue in my bags!!!!!!!!!!

This store is well stocked, clean, employees friendly and helpful. Female employee willingly help retrieve an item I could not reach. Very good prices on everything. Will shop there again.

It's close to were I live and they keep it stocked pretty good. .... Today it was chaotic boxes everywhere all in the aisles it was a mess but it's close...... That $0.25 makes a difference I was looking at my bags and wondering how did I spend $85 in Dollar tree crazy.

Only in highly populated, predominantly minority areas do they have crowded stores, dollar tree specifically, with only 1 cashier! We should boycott these stores..

Credit Card system down,inconvenience...second day it was hot as hell in the store(hotter inside that outside)and yall need to get that ac up and running asap!!! The employees shouldn't have to work in those conditions and it's a pregnant cashier in there.

This location I truly enjoy. Not only do they have a full stock as opposed to the smaller stores, they tend to keep it very well stocked. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and everything is normally where it's supposed to be!! As always each item is just a dollar, but the quality of the products, the service and the atmosphere make you think like your worth a million bucks.

Horrible management instead of clearing lines before you try to empty a register. No you do it with two full lines.Try to speak with her about it but she did not see how she could have open a register to make everyone happy and handle all of those things when you don’t have customers. Every business has little issues the ones that are great don’t do it in front of customers.

June 1st 2022I went in this store at 8pm and there was No Air conditioning,the cashier had to put a mini fan at her register,and it was 90 degree's outside.This store is always Hot but it was extremely hot and uncomfortable,and Unacceptable working conditions aside from shopping conditions. Not to mention a primarily Black Neighborhood!!!!!

Note to Corporate or Owner of Dollar Tree, Silver Hill Rd next to Ashley Home Store:The Dollar Tree is not open but online it states its Open. There is a handwritten sign that states its closed until further notice but the store signage also states it is open. I checked back twice 9am and now approx 11am.

This is the most horribly organized location I've ever been too. It's very tacky and ghetto. The staff especially the manager is unprofessional. She never knows where anything is. U boats in the middle of the small cramped isles. Pallet jacks left in isles which I tripped over. Never the same staff. Very dirty floors. The staff is uncaring. Nothing is organized at all. The other three locations in my area are great though. None of these problems. They don't even have working AC.

This location only has 3 or 4 carts available for its customers at any given time. And I've been to this location several times in the past few months. How does Dollar Tree Inc. expect customers to spend a lot of money, if they can only purchase what they can carry in their arms???

The sales girl was awesome, friendly and nice. It was my first time there and she made feel welcome. I just wished I had her name. Thanks for the experience in my first dollar tree purchase.

This place has so many things that you need/want for a buck. They just need to have at least 2-3 registers open throughout the day, the lines be towards the back of the store. 🙄. This is for ALL Dollar Trees. But it's definitely a go-to place, especially when your funds are low. Food, household items, candles, toys, decorations........

Smaller than 'super' one (farther out towards Forestville (@ Pa Ave) and always busy, but clean and organized. Alot of stock placed way, way too high and usual endless employee turnover, but dependably clean, with endless parking....

This location is dangerously cluttered, stocking equipment is left in the middle of the sales floor along with unpacked boxes, manager is terrible at customer service, always has a negative attitude, never knows where anything is and follows customers around the store. Security is highly unprofessional. This location is the worst location I've been to, the only reason I tolerate it is because of its proximity from my home.

Excellent customer service by everybody in the store was very clean and organized they were stalking with fresh product when I was in there was able to find everything that I needed and a little bit more so this was a nice location

Staff is helpful. Store is not appealing. Just looks over crowded and messy. Not sure if they have staffing concerns. Overall I do occasionally shop here because it's convenient to other places I go to in the area.

Dollar Tree keeps a very well stocked inventory. Sometimes the lines are long but the cashiers do a good job clearing the lines.

The cashier was ryde, he threw my bag and when I said something, he responded I didn't throw it at you. I actually walked out without the items.

They didn't have all the craft items I wanted, but they have more online. It would be nice if they had vegetables like they do in the 99 cent stores in Los Angeles

Great prices but this particular Dollar Tree and very poor management when stock comes in it's hard to find a basket because the workers are using the basket that are meant for the shoppers message always boxes in the aisle ways is the same item in three different areas in the store the same it never used to be this way they should have their workers come in early introductory stock and clean out the asiles.
