This place is like this because of kids stealing. Bad parenting, my friend witness a mother leave but left her children in the parking lot but they going back in stealing and the sad thing is. They had the youngest stealing and she looks everything 3-4 years old

This place I guess is comparable with other locations though I'm not a frequent Dollar General consumer. Other similar competitors are more convenient for but this store was out of so much stuff and it was so cluttered and really just kind of disappointing. However as I said, maybe this typical of Dollar General but I definitely prefer other competitors.

This store needs a serious REVAMP!!! someone needs to get in that store and turn it around!!! I went in there today after 5 months since I've been in there.. and it's dirty!!!! Nasty!!!! Trash every where! Shelves hardly stocked mold.. rust!! Looks like only a manger works there now.... I feel.so Gross going in that store now... SOMEONE IN THE HIGHER UPS NEED TO TURN AROUND! AND HIRE THE RIGHT PEOPLE!!!----------------The reviews with 5 stars have to be the employees friends or they paying folk to write a good review... there's NOTHING 5 STAR about this place! Not even a 4.. under 2 stars..

Never shop here! Can't get decent service. Lines are always long because they keep only 2 staff on board during a shift. So, typically there is one cashier (hence the long lines). I complained to the corporate office about this location. They didn't care enough to respond. Shop at your own risk. The savings aren't worth the headache.

It's ok for a quick run if you need something but the staff doesn't usually pay attention to the customers . Sometimes the cashier's will answer their phone while you are in front of them on the register. Sometimes the store feels a bit cluttered, could do with a better layout and plan-o-gram planning.

The employees at this dollar general are not efficient, they treat the customer very badly, it shouldn't be like that and they say at 8:30 when the door says at 9 pm.

The gentleman that helped me was good (Kynon??) The other young girl had customers in line, eventually walked away and left them standing there and when she was questioned she said she was already clocked out for break and didn't see them (bold face lie). The store hours state that they close at 9pm but they changed the time on the paper to 8pm.

Always has what I need. The store is typically under-staffed (sometimes no bags) - but the employees that ARE there work hard and are good people. On the times I’ve been there with no bags, the employee’s supplied their own.

When staffed its a great place for a quick shopping need. Lines can be long but the cashiers try to make it a fun wait by socializing with wating customers. I love this place all tho it has room for improvements.

The employee's were arguing with each other at the cash register.... that should tell you something right there. And there was no management in sight to deal with that situation!... Don't go!!!...I don't what these other reviewers saw, but this store had dirty everything! Floors, shelves, and boxes everywhere!. Let me know when this store ever gets to 5*.

Totally disgusting! I had not been to this store in a while. It used to be well stocked and very clean. However, now it’s the worst dollar store in the area! Don’t waste your time because they have nothing to buy! And the ghetto staff wouldn’t care one way or the other! It’s such a shame that this store has been run into the ground.

The store was short staffed at the time with a long line. Asst. Mgr Vonnell worked diligently to provide excellent to all shopper, even when several became impatient and rude. He rained calm and professional.

Please beware the store hours are NOT correct!!!!! They do close down 15 minutes early. It's a shame in the Black community we can't get decent stores that care about the neighborhood they are serving. I got there today at 7:45pm and they were CLOSED!!! The employee said soory but we are closed now lol smh. The time on the door said closing is 8:00pm?!?!?!?! My last time patronizing this store I will drive the 5 minutes to Family Dollar on Marlboro Pike next time.

Lines long, Cashiers slow, and I am offended by the invasive bag checks done by store security. Store security has always been polite to me but I've experienced other Dollar Generals and was not treated like a criminal.

I rented a rug doctor from here and it didnt work. I went to return it and the store manager at the time - a younger (early 30's) African-american woman - displayed such poor customer service skills and a horrible attitude. She snatched the receipt and my ID out of my hand. Threw the pen at me when I was asked to sign a document, and overall was just so hostile. I should have asked for her name but she was so nasty, I doubt she would have given it to me. Working in retail, it should be your daily goal to provide your customers with friendly and competent service. As a manager, you should carry yourself with more professionalism and dignity. Aside from that, the store is a wreck, good luck trying to find what you're looking for.

Great customer service. Usually greeted every time I walk through the doors and asked if I need assistance while walking through the store. Shelves stay stocked and the store is always neat.

Over alI do like this Dollar General! They had everything I needed. It beats waiting in line at the Bigbox stores. I went on a Saturday evening and it wasn't too busy. I'm likely to return to this location for shopping.

If youre young and black they will follow you around like you dont have money to pay for your items. From my understanding, there have been a lot of folks stealing from there but profiling customers isnt okay.

I go to this dollar general because it is close to home.. there has not been one time that I walked into this dollar general and there not be a line. There is always 1 register open with line backed into the shoppong aisles. I would love to see this get better

This dollar general is the worst!! They are rude, trifling and messy, the guard follow you around in the store making it uncomfortable to shop, they stuff tissue in there box of cigarettes and when my husband ask for A refund they called the police on him, and when the police came they look at my husband receipt they told the manager to give my husband his refund or give him A pack of cigarettes.

Customer service is awful. They always have long lines. But, they normally have what I go there for. I would go to another location if if were closer to where I live.
