Under staffed out gunned and definitely under appreciated in this time. The lines are longer now and the service is still good you've just got to be patient. The pharmacy staff tries to be courteous to everyone. Its a 24 hour pharmacy if the line is long come back or use the new delivery service

I love using the CVS on Silver Hill Road for the simple fact; the Pharmacist truly take their time with your concerns. The entire staff do their best to make sure every customer has a great experience.

The fact that it’s 24 hours is convenient. The pharmacy line is ALWAYS long. They never answer the phone when you call them either. The cashiers on the front are always nice though. I haven’t had any issues with them...With the pharmacy being so busy, one would think they would have better customer service.

Sent a prescription to this pharmacy late Sunday evening when no other pharmacy was open for a patient desperately needing treatment. Phone was answered on time, pharmacy person was polite and efficient. Great service to have 24hrs availability.

The worst customer service. Lines are always long, technicians are rude. I understand the "demographic" of this area but YOU filled out this job application to work here. You cant get an attitude and cut off the customer/patient when they are trying to explain how a prescription that has been filled at that location before (numerous times, mind you) was billed. I understand that policies and whatnots change with the insurance companies all the time, but there is a certain way that you talk to your customer/patient. Long lines, short staffed, no customer service equals a very unpleasant experience with each visit and I am tired of it. I will be taking my prescriptions as well as my business to another pharmacy that has better customer service.

Everytime I come they slow as hell. They are in the back having conversations with each other versus paying attention. I have picked up my prescription and the instructions were in Spanish. Picked up a prescription where I needed a syringe for the medication. They didnt provide it and I didnt find out til I was an hr from the store. Bad service all the time everytime

Don't waste your time calling because they will not answer the phone. Twice I have called and been on hold for over twenty minutes waiting for someone to pick up so I don't waste another trip only to be told that my prescription is out of stock or hasn't been received. Very annoyed.

I had a very poor experience while shopping. I had intentions on using two similar coupons, which the coupon stated I could. I also have done the same thing many times before so it wasn't a learning experience for me. The manager, Ms. Pam was very rude and unprofessional when she attempted to block me from using the coupons. Unlike others, I refused to make a spectical of myself. I told my cashier, Andrew (very kind) who kept apologizing, no worries, I would come back and get the other.About an hour later, I stopped back at the same CVS on my way home. When I walked in, another associate, Samdrea, pointed (yes with her finger), at me and said something to the two customers she was helping. They both turned around and looked at me. Very strange since I had no contact with this associate before and she was not near the desk when I checked out the first time. Slightly embarrassed, but I said nothing. I grabbed my item, and proceeded towards checkout. Before I could even get to the desk, Samdrea said she couldn't take my coupon. I had not even given her the coupon, so I was insulted. I asked why because I just used a similar coupon earlier. She said because Ms. Pam told them not to.She called Ms. Pam to the front. Ms. Pam refused to even acknowledge me. Professional, not even close. She scrutinized my coupon like she did earlier, said some snide remark to Samdrea and told her to take the coupon that one time. The whole time I was trying to figure out what was happening. Tell me what issue you have as the manager. We can speak as adults. If it was me or the coupon, tell me. Samdrea said the manager can change the policy at will. I said that is not what my problem was. My issue was, I was targeted and Ms. Pam is the one with the issue, not me. I said I would just contact corporate, which I did.The coupon wasn't that serious, but her lack of customer service and professionalism was. That was beyond disrespectful and yet I remained as respectful as possible.

Terrible place to go line is always long you call them over the phone you have to wait 5 hours they can never find your medication there unprofessional one of the young ladies that works there dress like she's in the club and be rude to customers don't ever come here to get your medication
