Most of the time really good service, recently they have improved. The phone customer service is in need of a revamp. Due to the long wait on the phone, suggestion a call back system would be great.

This CVS must have new employees in the pharmacy department because of the wait that's more than usual and the lack of keeping safe distance as COVID rules consist. I did observe sign s but not where it matters in face level.

Worst CVS Pharmacy in the area by far. They never answer the phone, prescriptions are never ready for pickup when they’re supposed to be, they always take forever to fill prescriptions, always have a RIDICULOUSLY LONG line/wait time, and always have only ONE person working on the register.

WORST....PHARMACY....EVER. There is always a line no matter the time of day. There when they open at 8 am? There's a line. There when they close at 8 pm? There's a line. And always only 1 person working to check people out. They are slow, rude, condescending, and ignore phone calls (seriously, don't even try). I was on hold once from 7:30 pm until they closed at 8 pm. The phone automatically hung up after being in the hold queue for 30 MINUTES! UNACCEPTABLE behavior. I literally just transferred every single one of my prescriptions from this store. I suggest you do the same. This is NOT a one-time-thing and has become habit enough to where the only reason I will visit is due to the store itself being open 24/7. Otherwise, my drugs needs are moving to Costco.

My sister went to this location on 9/27/21 at around 10:00 pm and no cashier was at the front to check the customers out and security was sitting up on the counter. The self check out was closed and her and the other customers was told by security to go back to the pharmacy and check out after several attempts for assistance and waiting about 15 minutes. UNACCEPTABLE

Ladies at the front were rude. Long line of customers waiting to be checked out. Woman with nose piercings said that everybody was acting like they couldn't use the self checkout. She refused to check anybody out because she said if she checked out one person everyone else in line would expect her to check them out as well. The woman who was the cashier walked off looking for supplies in an effort to avoid checking out customers too. Interesting that the only two people at the fron thought they shouldn't assist the people waiting in line to be checked out.

Been on hold waiting for 45 minutes for the pharmacy to pick up SMH. EVER TIME I go to this CVS it's a black girl in the front of the store with a attitude and keep saying how she tried and ready to go home. I feel uncomfortable going here. I don't think it will make a difference if I leave a review or not because it's a lot of bad reviews and nothing is getting done about it.

This pharmacy is NOT 24 hours (the only reason I sent my prescriptions here).I should've taken a picture but they had changed the pharmacy hours a few months ago to close at 10pm, but last night they had a sign up that said they now close at 8pm (I got there around 9 smh). If they think I'm going to keep going there for those weak pharmacy hours, got dang it I'm not!

Always a long wait to pick up prescriptions. No one answers the phone when calling the pharmacy after waiting almost 45 minutes when someone does answer they have the audacity to place you on hold again

Being the only CVS open at 10pm for miles, they could manage this store better. Standing in line for 20 minutes just to read the label on the baby formula, because it's hidden behind the cashier on a shelf, is just ghetto.

Once again the hours have changed it's no longer a 24 hour institution. Opens at 6am closes at midnight. But the key is the pharmacy is only open from 8am to 8pm. Which means the lines are longer the wait is beyond professionalism at this point. They seem to be better when the whole world was in the grips of COVID-19 which is a sad state of affairs. I don't know if they don't have the help anymore or what's going on. It's just another issue the people in the community have to deal with. I think if this were in a different neighborhood/ community there would be better hours and much more help. So please pay ATTENTION TO THE NEW HOURS IT WILL COST YOU IN TIME AND HEADACHE

This is probably the worst CVS I have ever had to deal with. They are very rude, crude, and just downright unprofessional. I was on hold for 10 minutes, told that the pharmacist was giving a vaccine so it would be a few minutes. 10 minutes later, a tech picked up the phone to apologize for the wait but her pharmacist was very busy as if I were not and put me on hold again. After being on hold for a total of 39 minutes, I hung up and called the front of the store to inform them of what's going on in the pharmacy dept and I was told that the front of the store was different then the back of the store and that she cant help me. I wish I could give 0 stars this pharmacy is an abomination and needs shut down immediately or fire and rehire needs to be done. Ugh sooooo disgusted

I am writing this review which I normally don't do. But as far as the pharmacy goes, all I needed was to get information about s refill. Just one question. I called them three times. Each time I waited for 20 minutes or more and no answer. It was snowing outside and I didn't want to drive there to ask one question. It makes me wonder if they just don't answer the phones. I don't want to send a complaint to Corporate but, if this continues, I think I will. The pharmacy is one of the most important departments in CVS. Many people have to rely on them. I chose this pharmacy because it is close and 24 hours.

I do not come to this CVS because it is convenient to my home. I come because they are the only pharmacy that carries a medication for my child. The first few months getting this prescription filled was simple. Now for the last few months the employee and the register and pharmacist immediately state they do not carry the medication or they are out without even checking. I have to demand that they look before I just leave. Every time they miraculously have the medication after checking. I wish I could find the medication somewhere else. Otherwise I would not suggest coming here ever. Poor customer service and even worse work ethics.

They tell you that your order is ready and then you get there and have to wait 30-45 mins every time. They tell you when you go to pick up a prescription that there's no prescription listed but then you call your doc office to find out it was sent out long ago and then go back to find out it was in there system the whole time. So they make you go through all the bs just to find out the orders were already sent. And when you ask, they never have an explanation as to why smh They never give me all of my prescriptions when its time to pick up. They almost never answer the phone and when I'm there the place is always packed. They are the slowest with service and there Customer service just ain't it.

One of many “worst” CVS’s out there.Give them prescription in the morning pick up after work ?. Wrong still have to wait.Call them to ask about anything anytime ? Wrong. NOBODY. I REPEAT. NOBODY. picks up at any time.U got trough? lucky you.They do their job as if they don’t careand look at you like your an alien. Like. what you want.?You give them ID for your name they still got it wrong on the prescription medicine.Nasty place to sit and wait.

Veronica is the ONLY one that shouldn’t be part of this complaint! Sad thing is, it won’t change! I work in the medical field and this has to be the worst CVS Pharmacy experience I have ever had. the Pharmacy Tech are very unprofessional and don't take working with the public serious. the attitudes are cold and unfriendly. they don't take the time to explain what is going on with your prescriptions if there is a out of stock issue or insurance authorization needed. It's sad that CVS hasn't stepped in to correct the issues. I guess they feel that because of the area we should receive any type of services and be okay with it. Very disappointing.

This location’s pharmacy keeps you on hold FOREVER if they even answer the phone. & Several times after holding for 20/30 minutes someone picks up the phone then hangs up. This location needs serious help & if they have it already, they apparently need more.I have gone to the cashier for them to only say I don’t have a prescription there, but if I go to the “consultation” side they will say “I don’t know what they’re talking about at the register, it’s here.” Definitely taking my business elsewhere. My insurance has given CVS thousands upon thousands of dollars, but not again.. Customer service & communication is piss poor.

The worst experience ever.. went to pick up a prescription, was told, the rx was never called in.. Spoke with Doctors office which confirmed rx was sent electronically two days prior. called the next day after waiting on the phone for 46 minutes for a pharmacist to tell me their system was down to call back.. Call the next day Spoke with pharmacist, who told me, they don’t have the prescription, then they don’t have and insurance on file, mind you I had a prescription filled a month prior... Switching pharmacies after today.. Very disappointed

This is the worst CVS pharmacy location.i have been on hold 5 times for over 30 minutes. I decided to stay on the phone while i drive to CVS. I get here and there are 3 employees at the pharmacy with 2 customers in the line. I asked is there a manager to make a complaint the arrogant employee says " you can call the 1-800 number but nothing is going to happen we are over worked" he proceeds to stand there with no sense of urgency and that i dont care look.

The pharmacy is the worst and the most unprofessional people I ever dealt with!!! My son had a emergency surgery which require him to have medicine around the clock.. the nurse called his prescription into this pharmacy at 8pm to make sure it wouldn’t be any issues being as though he needed the medicine and they wasn’t gonna discharge him if I couldn’t get the medicine tonight with my health insurance... it is now 1:07am I get to the pharmacy no prescription has been filled and now they want me to pay for the medicine because it was sent to the other cvs location near here... they never said that over the phone but now my son don’t have no medicine. We gotta return back to the hospital until morning because of these unprofessional pharmacist.. I HATE THIS LOCATION!!! Never will come back here!!

I gave three stars because its 24 hours, the employees have never been rude to me and they send texts when your prescription is ready; however, they always look unhappy and the service is alwaysssssssssss slow ALWAYS. Some of them don't pay attention to what they're doing, they messed up my prescription account by using the wrong card and it took months to get it straight, not to mention the wrong information to reverse it was given to me several times before getting it right thru Caremark, so with that said, this is the worse CVS to go to if you are in a hurry but the best if you have to go anytime any hour of the day. Hire Hire Hire if you need help my goodness.

I have been trying to reach the store so that I can confirm my delivery of a UPS package. The phone rings and rings and rings and rings and my thought is that it is connected to the pharmacy which is closed from 1 to 2 which is not helpful.

The WORST pharmacy to go too. Traveled all the way their because the other cvs didn’t have my 10 month old medication. Filled it in on Friday took any hour for them to place the order to tell me it would be available Saturday evening. To having to call them which took them several attempts of me calling and waiting for hours on the phone for them to tell me that they didn’t have the medicine in stock and it wouldn’t be available till Tuesday. Again never received messages or phone calls , and again calling several times and waits for hours on the phone for a nasty attitude women to answer and tell me that THEY DIDNT KNOW THEY WERE OUT AND THAT i could buy it over the counter. Then to place me on hold for 30 minutes and “NOT APOLOGIZE FOR HER MISTAKE” that she was wrong and they only had partial and they would fill it and it would be available Tuesday night. Came in today in the evening waited for an hour before someone to help me, only to find out it wasn’t filled and that they would give me a “CALL TONIGHT”. Needless to say i went off because it was for my 10 MONTH OLD BABY!!! wasted gas, and time, For them to do nothing and tell me nothing. PLEASE DO NOT FILL HERE!!! The pharmacist acted like they didn’t want to be bothered by the people or their employees for that matter. Go to Safeway, Giant, target etc other then CVS. THE WORST SERVICE EVER! I would love to give it “0” stars!!!

Convenient drug store that is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week is very well-stocked and the employees have know how to handle customer service care very well. Prices are reasonable and there's normally a sale on items once a week Pharmacy staff is very well educated

I have never called a place to check to see if my prescription is available and was placed on hold 3 different times of the day for 30 min waiting patiently, Then once i finally get in contact. She puts me back on hold. The manager of the store was no help and not professional . Just do us all of a favor , and throw the whole Cvs away. Dead weight wasting air .

I'm currently on hold for 33:46 minutes and counting. After the first 10 minutes the rep answered the phone and when she found out I wasn't refilling a prescription she placed me on hold. I work in a dental office and I have to call this particular CVS frequently and this is something that happens on a regular. It's so sad that the area has a lot to do with the service you receive. Whendo we the people of these communities say that's enough. When we know better we should dod better. 22:44 minutes and still counting.

Quite possibly the worst pharmacy known to man. Not an exaggeration. Other pharmacies around the state have heard about this specific CVS location and how egregiously horrid it is.
