This store has a great selection of items to shop from. The Produce department has fresh fruits that are obviously managed properly however there's no deli to mention. I saw a little deli counter with very little selection and the employee despite seeing ne at the counter, refused to serve me which was as unprofessional as it was rude. Don't expect a cashier at all the vacant check out lanes to check you out this is a self serve store only

It's a Walmart.The door receipt police at this location are especially obnoxious, and departments are understaffed. Wanted to get paint mixed and found out that one dude was covering the entire back third of the store- pets, electronics, hardware, sporting goods, automotive, crafts, housewares, toys... poor guy.Prefer to shop at any other store in Denton, Easton, or Seaford unless its late or I need something only Walmart has.

I came in to exchange a pair of shoes that I bought the day before, that were too big, walked up to customer service and Richard was standing at the counter. I presented him the shoebox with the shoes inside, he found my receipt, looked at them once for less than a second, slammed the box on the counter and said "hell no. Nice try" as all I was looking was to exchange them for a smaller size. Never once a smile or a polite attitude. Absolutely upset with the way he acted. Everybody else that works there is polite, especially James who goes out of his way to ask me how I'm doing and does it with a smile on his face.

Many shelves bare. 2 registers open, people lines up at them way down the aisles. Self serve open but line even longer.Only reason received a 3 star was helpful young man in electronics who found a cable quickly for me and Nelly at the pharmacy who was pleasant & professional.

Great place to get all you need - probably one of the large Walmart's with the best selection on Delmarva.+++ everything said above was earlier. Fast forward to today. The Denton Walmart remains one of my favorite stores. It was clean, the floors were shiney and polished and everything seemed well stocked. I did, though, experience a bit of a wait getting assistance at sporting goods. Their business has shiften to online shopping so much so that large numbers of staff were busy supporting online deliveries. So if you are ever waiting on help or cannot find an employee, they might be doing the online support. Perhaps they will hire more staff. Perhaps yesterday was just a fluke. Like I said the store looked wonderful which means they have staff looking after the store with great care.

Curbside pickup has been so convenient! The employees are friendly and helpful. The waiting time is under 10 minutes. I prefer doing pickups now!

This location doesn’t honor prices on clearance shelf instead they move the merchandise to section that it fits in and tell the customer they are lying and causing A scene & will call the cops if they don’t leave the store. I recommend for you to take pictures of product on shelf in the area you found it of not the employee will work against you and move items then you will have to contact headquarters for camera footage of employees moving items and answers instead of management honoring price on shelf.Update: store management did right thing and honored price after complaint to corporate 3 days later.

I should work here! I was unaware you could get paid to watch tic tok videos while standing in the Isles pretending to work and not even bothering to move out of the way for customers. So the profit you make off of my purchases pays for your employees to stand and do nothing? No wonder the prices are going up. It amazing anything is getting done.

This was a very organized and clean Walmart… Well with the exception of the Bathroom. It wasn’t bad but it looked like it was hit by some kids that missed the trash cans a few times. It was clean but messy, let’s just say that.

We ordered a #6 with coke and an extra coke. At the window they asked if we had a coke and a lg fry. No, a #6 with coke and an extra coke. We had to repeat the order at least 3 times. They ended up just redoing it into the computer. When we got to the second window they said lg fry and a coke? Once again we had to repeat the order several times b4 they got it straight.

Of all the Walmarts, this one takes the cake. Friendly, helpful staff, clean store, full shelves, bags for your purchases. Bags need to be given for those who cannot bag their own. Not everyone has the ability to do this. More Walmarts need to remember who their patrons are. This Walmart could be a training center for customer service and support.

The only two things I e ever come here for are the Mountain Dew and to look at their prebuilt pc selection. To anyone looking to buy a prebuilt pc here, I would suggest looking elsewhere. The selection is not very good and many of the pcs are just not worth the money. As for the Mountain Dew, the flavors they offer there fluctuate rather randomly. Sometimes they have a lot, sometimes they don’t.

A wonderful shopping experience! Spotless store, well stocked and well merchandised! Terrific staff and SO HELPFUL from the sales associate stocking small appliances who personally took to the greeting card department, to Syirita to Margaret who checked me out tonight around 7.30pm. I live in Washington, DC but I'd happily shop here again the next time I'm on the Eastern Shore.

Their store to delivery is a joke. First time it was a vacuum I purchased, said it was delivered, it wasn't. Ended up having to pick it up myself. Second and most recent is a baby gate. Paid the extra for 2 hrs delivery.. as I sit here it was to be delivered 15 mins ago. Still not here. Got a email stating it was delayed. Canceled the order.
