My favorite place to save money on gas and to redeem my points for free items!! The staff is so helpful. There is one lady who I am lucky enough to have each time I go in. She is awesome! Deli is extremely helpful when I was redeeming my chicken rewards etc.

Went there specifically for the chicken which is always really good asked the guy if it was fresh got all the way back home $30 later and dry that's an hour and a half I would rather wait for fresh chicken then to get an hour-and-a-half home and have it be dry and unedible

Lucky I gave 1 star. I'll never let my daughter eat food from here again. She bought a sub and in the middle of the night she was vomiting and sick as a dog. She couldn't stand up from the stomach pains and couldn't eat or drink for 2 days afterwards. SHE HAD FOOD POISON! I ended up taking her to the emergency room and had to get meds to stop the vomiting. This kid (17) never gets sick but she missed 3 days of work and thank God she was off school but what a way to spend your Christmas break.Beware of food supposedly made fresh to order. Now we have a huge Dr bill for a $6.99 sub!!

Overall most locations are ok but have so much more potential and used to be better. My biggest observation is that locations don't seem to be cleaned effectively. Floors seem like they are rarely.mopped and if don't they are not done well. Employess seem disengaged and just do what they simply have to. Appears to be a management issue.

Worst experience ever ! I live 1 mile from this store and stop everyday . Today @948am as usual NO One at the front , the girl in the the back called for Cassie or cassy , she was putting stuff on shelf , was so rude and nasty she was bothered .. rushing at the register , no hi just a grumpy face and plenty of attitude. Last week was given thighs instead of breast and the reason was I'm learning ... Like u never ate chicken .. use to be a great store the new help is just awful , seems to be a high turn over here .

You seriously need to get rid of your evening cashier. She has a terrible attitude very unprofessional. I come in every morning every one is pleasant but your cashier there after 4pm makes me not even want to come in the store the date is 12/8/22

I don't recommend adding sauce to your order when buying food at RF. Ask for it at the counter when you pickup your order. We got fries Saturday and ordered sauce that was also paid for but they were out.. giving money away to RF all the time

They charged me 15 bucks tax for a 4 pack of vuse pods. I should have argued but was in a rush. The lady was nice and has to work for a giant corporation that has no accountability so I didn't bother

All Royal farms food kinda sucks now … and is extremely overpriced .27 to get old bay on something … or 2.99 to get a extra burger patty … almost $6 cheese burger with no extras it’s highway robbery for terrible food

This had to be the dirtiest Royal Farms I've ever seen. Bathrooms were disgusting and in disrepair. Walls, windows, counters were filthy. Drink stations were dirty and had debris everywhere. Manager on duty was having loud discussion with subordinates about how she wasn't paid enough to do her job so made sense hearing that.

The staff were nice and helpful but the "world famous fried chicken" was not in good shape. Taste was decent but the texture became mushy. The hot dog I ordered "with onions" had literally large, long strips of yellow onion making it really hard to eat (chopped up would have been much easier to eat). Also it was super windy so they removed all the trash cans from the gas pumps making it very inconvenient if you needed to throw trash out (they should find a way to bolt them down if they can rather than take them away).

We (my husband and I) love getting gas, chicken,and the western fries. Yesterday, (Tuesday, May 5, 2020) went to get a 10 piece chicken and when got home to eat it was nasty. Gave you a greasy taste in your mouth and looked burned. It tasted like it was time to change oil and any filter as well. That was the first time we ever got bad chicken from that location. The staff is helpful and friendly too.

Awesome gas station with a lot of snacks to choose from. The gas prices are reasonable and the store is fairly clean. The rest rooms need some work and the people working in the kitchen look to unclean to eat the delicious fried chicken Royal Farms has to offer.

Great place for getting your gas and fresh chicken or subs. Very clean. Plenty of gas pumps so you do not have to wait. Also free air if you tire is flat. If you want to sit and eat you can in the coffee bar section. Want fresh doughnuts? They have them delivered in store every day. Not a very big parking area if you have a eighteen wheeler. But they have DEF at the pump.

Least expensive fuel in area. Had kept price for regular below 5 dollars. Average fuel ⛽️ service with working receipt printer so did not need to go inside. Garbage cans full. Squeegee in good condition.

Clean nice store and gas station combined. Accessible, although checkout area is a bit tight for wheelchairs. No visible special needs employees, which is always a shame. Bathrooms clean. Parking fairly plentiful.

I'm a trucker and needed a place to get fuel. The staff member that helped me find the location when I called was very helpful. The location was clean and great food. I forgot the name of the staff member that helped me but he was fantastic. I'll stop here again when I make this run.

Stopped through here yesterday, and found a disturbing roll of toilet paper in the men's bathroom. I didn't report it, as the staff was quite busy...but turned it so that one of them could see...It had a sizeable splattering of what appeared to be fecal matter...like diarrhea...on one side. 😣

Extremely disappointed in Royal Farms, Denton MD. Stopped by there Friday (7/24) and ordered and PAID for 50 pieces of chicken for my husbands's 65th birthday party on Sunday (7/26)....told them I would need it 4:00 p.m., arrived there at 3:50 p.m and they did NOT have it ready...in fact, they admitted that they had thrown the ticket away !! They were very rude about it , acting like it was NO big deal !! The manager on duty was so rude she asked (with attitude), "well, do you still want it "? WHAT?, I have a birthday party in an hour and you want to know if I still want it ?? They reluctantly agreed to cook some for us, but we would have to wait a half an hour !! Which we did ...nothing like being late for your own party !! The did make it "right"....they gave us a free family order of potato logs ....not sure what I was supposed to do with that little box of potato logs when I had a large group of people to feed !! Extremely disappointed in Royal Farms !!

Very disappointed in the cleanliness and service at this Royal Farm past two visits. Husband and I always stop here on our way to/from Ocean City for coffee and snacks. No soap in either soap dispenser of the woman’s room, water wasn’t running in sink, trash in the stalls, black ash or something along the back of the toilets like someone had been smoking in the stalls. Mentioned it to the woman behind the counter this time and she said, “Ok” and turned her back to me to work at the other counter. I waited and watched for 5 min. She said nothing to anyone and no one went to the bathroom to address the situation. Won’t be going there again.
